I wish I had taken more photos but by the third or fourth photo I was so grossed out I just wanted to get out of there. It truly looked like it had not been cleaned in months. The corners of the floor and the corners of the play structures were filled with crumbs, dust and hair. There was old drool on the big round black tire and hairballs all over the rugs. The icing on the cake was the woman working the front desk had a young child with her, who had a gross wet cough and was coughing all over the playroom and lobby.

I did some research before coming to Launch and they are all basically pretty similar except a couple have a rock climbing wall into a foam pit. The ticket purchasing online was very easy and painless. It's definitely a good idea to buy tickets ahead of your visit to ensure you get the time slot you want. The check in process was pretty easy also. There are computers just next to the enterance where you sign an electronic waver so that if you get hurt you can't sue them. Seems reasonable to me! Play at your own risk. Then you check in with the front desk to get your wrist bands. This place is very new and extremely clean. There is a snack bar to get some food, an arcade, and some lockers to put your stuff in We had a great time and will come back again for sure!

There were numerous logistical failures while we were at Launch. When we arrived, we noticed that our reservation start time was listed on their check in screens for the wrong time. We notified staff that it was the wrong time and they said no big deal. Well, it turned into a big deal when they ran out of space for birthday parties starting after ours and they were trying to kick us out of our party room. They also ran out of pizza- they had to order pizza for our only our party from Domino's. They said it was from Domino's, but it tasted like the worst Domino's pizza we ever had in our lives. Something you don't want to happen at a kids birthday party is to run out of pizza- there will be a mutiny. We had booked our party months in advance- how poorly managed are you to not have enough dough, cheese and sauce to make enough pizzas for the booked parties. They also ran out of silverware, napkins and knives to cut cakes. While we were cutting our cake, the staff came in our party room and just took the knife from us as we were using it and gave the party room next door. After we finished cake, they were trying to rush us out because they ran out of party room space. It's their fault they had our time listed wrong- I showed them my confirmation email listing the correctly booked time. What a waste of time and money.

We have used the Party Fun twice now for Photobooth services about 1.5 years apart between events…read more The first event everything (2020) went great, there was communication prior to the event, I saw proofs, I got to look at the backdrops, it was great. This event, I had contacted them, signed the contract, and then there wasn't much communication after. I understand that its not necessary to be in touch until shortly before the event, but that didn't happen proactively on their end. I had to write to them asking to confirm everything, even asking them to confirm the Vendor meal we were going to provide, and they still did not respond. I asked for them to bring an album so that we could keep a copy of all the pictures in there so that it could serve as a guest book and people could sign it. Because of this, we didn't plan another type of "guest book" On the actual event- The person who came to set up was lovely, and was on time and did the best that he could, but it was obvious that someone either above him or before hand did not do their part. The event was for my in laws 50th Anniversary and it was very important to us hosting the party that everything went perfect, because it was almost uncertain if this party was going to happen due to my father in law's health. You can understand my disappointment when we went to get our photo taken and- -The photo came out in a strip instead of the postcard style (fine, I can let that pass) - The background of the photo strip was nothing I got to pick out, it was some pink background (ok fine, minor) - THE NAME on the strip was Mr. & Mrs - Not my inlaws last name!! The attendant had to cut every strip- so basically everyone was leaving with a photostrip but there is no name of the event, date of the event nothing on this strip. The attendant tried to call tech support but did not have much luck. I then asked the attendant if he had the album so that at least my in laws could go home with a memory of the event that night. The attendant told me he usually brings them but there were no notes in my event for him to do so, so he did not bring it, he did take my name and address and said they would mail it to me. I emailed the company post event on 8/22 still have not heard back, further more, no album has shown up yet. Shocker. I do think this company is well meaning, and this may have been a one time thing, but the mark of a company or vendor for me isn't just what they regularly do, but how they respond to adverse events like this- and clearly they have not done a good job, because they have not done Anything. PS we previously used Jackie for our 2020 event and he was wonderful, the attendant Ryan at our event this time was great as well! I just dont know what is happening on the backend.

When we first brought our son there we had to wait a few weeks and be patient with our son adapting to the newness and other issues that where delt with by management and my wife and I. If you have a problem or issue and call about it your problem will be delt with and tended to immediatly. When you walk in or leave the front desk is friendly and nice making sure your child is given a welcome or a good bye on a daily basis as-well as the parent. All the staff are professional. I had 3 other sons that are older that went to diffrent care centers over the years and I have to say the Next Generations in Andover is the best yet. If your a new parent with a first child going to this day care center or any for that matter just be patient from the start to work out any kinks you may be having. Its not easy leaving your loved one off in the morning but rest assured that in my opinion 6 months into it that your child is getting the love and attention they deserve by a "class act group of A-plus management and teachers. It is definitely important to know your child is being taken care of when you are at work or what ever reason your using Next Generations. I know from experience that my son is happy and doing well there by a excellent group !!!!! Thats why I gave them a 5 star rating !!!!!
