Although everything went smoothly on the wedding day, communication issues leading up to the event made working with this vendor unnecessarily difficult and stressful. On the wedding day, their team arrived on time and handled the setup quite well. While we didn't communicate with them much in person on that day, everything looked gorgeous and was ready right when it needed to be. They also returned that evening to take everything down without any issues. However, we had major issues communicating with Seacoast Events. Right before we were going to sign our contract, we stopped hearing from them altogether. We emailed and called them numerous times for almost three weeks with no response. We even dialed their extension to speak with the manager on duty, and never got a response there either. After we had one of our other wedding vendors contact them on our behalf, they immediately sent a generic bounce back message explaining that an employee was on vacation and couldn't respond to emails easily. The message also said to call the same number and extension as we did before to speak with the manager on duty, which of course did not work. When we did finally get a real response, it just contained an excuse to not send the contract because a piece of information was missing in our last message to them from before the vacation. At no point did this employee even address the fact that they failed to explain that they were going to be on vacation for four weeks before letting us sign a contract. Although this all worked out in the end, it was a difficult process. We were fortunate to have them respond to us and sign a contract just in time for the wedding, but it could easily have not worked out that way. If you are going to work with this vendor, then we would at least recommend reaching out to them far in advance, especially if it is for an event as important as a wedding.

Gotta say, I loved Glen. He made my night…read more He was one of the two dealers manning the Craps table during our event. I was a Craps newbie. Never mind Craps, I am just not a gambler. During my last trip to Vegas, I was out there for 2 reasons: food, and shows. Oh, and checking out the decorations at the casinos for Chinese New Year. Before our Casino Night party, I had checked out the wikiHow link on How to Play Craps that was kindly and wisely provided by our event coordinators in advance, and was utterly flabbergasted. I just could not wrap my mind around the game! I figured that Craps would be my nemesis, so I would just watch some poker, pick a few colors on the roulette wheel, and otherwise busy myself with Blackjack if I could count up to 21 quickly enough in my head. Screams of excitement drew me towards the Craps table. And after watching a bit and seeing how the dealer was helping my end of the table learn the game, I decided to jump on in, and was instantly provided with the starter set of chips each player was granted for the night. With no actual skin in the game, but with a real prize on the line (in addition to just beating the boss), I played, attempting to listen to Glen as he taught us the game - when and how to bet. When one player asked him how he knew how to pay off our bids so quickly, he also started giving out lessons on how to deal, during which, he would take over the bidding of the student's pot. I was the lucky third (or was it fourth?) student. And he was bold in his bids, which I carried on, matching his highest bids when I was once again responsible for my own chips. It probably also helped that I had no idea what the value were of each of the colors! As another attendee phrased it: I'm not a gambler, so I wasn't sure I would have fun. But we all had a great time!

I was one of those gals...but am SO glad that we had Tiffany with us during our planning and on our big day so we didn't have to bother with any of the details. We focused on being present and making memories while Tiffany and her team expertly and joyfully guided and corralled us through our day. Detailed Engagements was one of the best investments we made in our wedding planning. She was so helpful creating timelines, working with our caterer and providing great recommendations for vendors. And, she was downright fun to work with. Tiffany was hard at work throughout the day and think she had anything you could imagine needing at her fingertips. If we could do it all over again, we wouldn't change a thing!

Everything that we ever dreamed of on our special day happened because of Tiffany and the Detailed Engagements team. The entire day went by without a single hiccup. Her meticulous organization and planning made it so we had the perfect wedding day. I am a super organized and particular person. I thought my wedding planning was going to be a breeze. I slowly realized that it is extremely time intensive to communicate with vendors among many other things. I wanted my wedding day to be perfect. Like many brides, I had many Pinterest inspired signs, decorations, and knickknacks. I needed to figure out a way that I could create this amazing wedding without forcing my family and friends to be at the wedding venue setting everything up hours before the ceremony. The term "wedding planner" was not appealing to me. I did not need someone to pick out my invitations or tell me how the tables should look. I was also on a tight budget and I did want to pay for something I didn't need. I needed someone to be there on the day of the wedding to put out all of the details I had made and coordinate with my vendors ahead of time. Detailed Engagements was truly essential for our wedding. Tiffany and her team were their for us throughout the wedding planning process to support us when we needed recommendations and to make sure we were on track. She helped make sure that our wedding was truly representative of who we are and what we wanted. Tiffany, we can't thank you enough for everything you did to make our wedding day perfect. You go above and beyond for your clients and that is clear. Have a magical wedding, hire DE.

I have bought gift boxes to give out to our guests on my engagement party. I have messaged her and told her what I exactly wanted. I live in Maryland so she had to send me the the stuff via Mail. My engagement is on December 12 but I have placed the order on November 19th. The boxes arrived today, December 3rd but they were ALL scratched up and broken!!! She did not bubble wrap them and all the covers of the boxes were broken!! I messaged her and told her and sent her pictures and she told me that I would have to send them back AND pay for shipping. I told her the boxes themselves were expensive and was not going to pay more for the shipping especially when the quality is unknown. She responded by saying that's not my problem if you think they cost too much. I do not even trust her to do these again because I will be left with nothing on my engagement to give out! She has HORRIBLE customer service. I do not recommend her at all please save your money and time and do not buy anything from her. Screenshots are attached below and pictures. Next time someone decides to run a business, customer service should be the number one thing that business owners should learn before developing their skills. AND on top of that is the attitude that she has and she blocked me when I confronted her Please don't waste your energy and time on her because all she will do is ruin your events.
