I went to this place in December. I went again on 1/20/2023. I called and asked if I could come in at 12:15 for SNS. I was told to come in at 12:30. I arrived in the parking lot at noon. I waited until 12:15 to go inside because my sister in law was meeting me there at 12:30. When I arrived, the lady was ready for me. I got out of nail shop at 1:40. They now have an English native speaker as the receptionist. Aside from the receptionist, English is the secondary language of the rest of the staff. My sister-in-law said it was eerily quiet in there. I told her English was difficult, that's why it's so quiet. She waited for 30 minutes in the chair while they finished with the clients already seated. I am not an expert or nails or SNS. I thought the color came out darker, but a nice color nonetheless. Based on the picture, I feel like my cuticles could be better, but what do I know? There's signs asking clients to tip using Venmo, cash, and cash app. I left my tip on my credit card because I had no small bill and I did not want to break my $100 bill. The lady who did my nails didn't have Venmo or cash app. The place is nicely kept. Staff is nice. I paid $50 for the SNS. I had SNS from last time, so removal of old SNS was performed. I am a rookie in that field of nails, so feel free to share tips. read more

It's a beautiful clean shop but horrible customer service. Went today to get a pedi done. First they tell me to go head and sit down and put my feet in the water.. COLD. The lady cutting my nails almost rips my nail off. Doesn't even acknowledges that I was in pain. She gets don't doing my nails and just leaves me sitting this. After what I think is an adequate time for my nails to dry I get up. She finally comes out from the back. NO Thank you i won't be back. read more

Great experience! Their AC went out today but the employees and manager were still in such a great mood. The manager had a group of 3 preteen girls and he was so patient with them, answered a dozen silly questions, and made them text their mom before adding services the mom hadn't previously mentioned. My nails look amazing and they took their time despite being VERY busy. Make an appointment! I didn't but I will in the future. read more

I asked for SNS with tips because my natural nails were super short since I pick them badly. He put the tips on & asked what length I liked, I said as short as possible. He said okay, then filed them to a length too long for my liking, when I asked if he could make them shorter, he goes "shorter?! I'll try" & files for 3-5 seconds before ignoring my request. When he put the clear powder on, he dipped all nails for three coats. Then he put 8, yes I counted, 8 coats of the SNS powder on. He never filed them down to thin them out, or get the lumps out, he just added the clear coat & let them dry, under a gel lamp?! which confused me extremely. Then said, "bye thank you" & I was speechless. I'm sad, disappointed & I will not be returning to this place. Some of the nails aren't even straight, they are lumpy & they are so thick I could make another set of nails. :( read more

It is clean, bright and spacious. The employees are okay but don't talk a lot to the clients. I want to commend and recommend a young fellow by the name of "Henry". He was a little slow but gave me the BEST pedicure I've had at Cureton Nail Spa, ever! He was thorough and I didn't feel like he was rushing to get me out of the seat! I'm going to ask for him again or I'll wait until he's finished if he has a client in the chair! read more

i would like to highly recommend Cureton Nail Spa, i had stopped using them quite awhile ago but was told by a friend how they had new Management and they were very good now, i scheduled a Pedicure, it was a great experience, the shope was immaculate and the girl doing my Pedi was so nice and took her time to do a great job, i will be using them from now on, so happy as they are close to my home. read more

Two! One for letting me walk In without an appointment and the other star is for cleanliness. It's hard to get your nails done w/o having an appointment, I was in a pinch, so why not? Well, the first the color was wrong, but when I asked about it and she said "The color on that fake nail will not be the same on yours, your nails are real". So, whatever, I just smh, I'm glad just to have them done before the wedding tomorrow, which I'm glad the wedding was the next day because the gel started peeling off on day three. Maybe I just didn't have the best person, but for the money spent, it was very disappointing. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. Older lady did my pedicure. Uneven paint job, bearly scrubbed my feet, cuticles were not treated. Water was lukewarm. Of course they spoke about me in their language which is so unprofessional. Never stepping foot in there again. read more

My usual nail salon was closed for the holiday... so me and two others went here for 3 pedicures. They were so incredibly rude to all of us and I've never had a pedicure have such sloppy paint. I had to beg them to re-polish bc it was all over the skin on both feet. Terrible experience :( and.... the manager didn't even do anything or seem to care! read more

I live in the area and had decided to visit this local business for services. When I arrived there was one guess and her small children. I approached the desk and immediately made eye contact with one of the techs. He never greeted me or asked how can he help me. I found that to be a little odd, but didn't really think much of it. I signed in on the iPad for check in. I stood there for a few moment, the iPad stated someone will be right with you. After about a very long 3-4 mins I walked closer to the back and greeted the gentleman and asked how long for a Pedicure. He stated about 30 mins. I sat down and waited....and waited. By this time several other woman entered. After about a hour, I asked another tech, who came out into the waiting area, how much longer. She stated just a few minutes, they are finishing up. So, I continued to wait! About 15 mins later the same Gentleman (John) walked out and told one of the ladies who came in after me, that she can go back and have a seat. I was in shock...I said excuse me sir I have been here for well over a hour and twenty minute and was here before anyone else in this waiting room. He became extremely rude and aggressive. He refused to acknowledge my presence or my questions. He then told me that I could leave!! Everyone in the waiting room was in amazement. I asked for his name and he walked away, I asked for the Manager and was told by another tech they were not there nor was the owner. NO ONE would give me the Managers name or the Owner. It was such an obvious exhibit of disrespect and humiliation. There was an older lady there and she said to me.....he's only treating you like that because you're Black and you should file a compliant. I did not want to believe that was the case, however another lady, who had been there waiting for about and hour, said to John, I'm leaving because it's taking to long and I have another appointment. John was very accommodating to her and said, can you come back at 3pm, I can make you an appointment and we will take care of you. This was the moment I felt like the color of my skin clearly was a factor as to why I had been treated with such disrespect. Needless to say, the complaints have been filed. I asked one of my neighbors in my sub, who is of a different nationality, and she stated she too have had similar things to happen but never that extreme. I posted on our Neighborhood app and informed my friends and neighbors in our community of my experience. I'm all for supporting businesses in my community but I discourage EVERYONE, from patronizing this local business. read more

I called and made an appointment for a manicure. At the appointed time I arrived, was seated and had my fingers wrapped to remove the polish. A customer came in after me who had her manicure completed while I was waiting to have anything else done to my nails. I sat for over 50 minutes before someone came to remove the polish. After sitting there for almost an hour I had the polish removed but no time for a manicure. I could understand if I hadn't made an appointment. I could also understand if I was a walk in and was told it would be an hour before they saw me. Very unprofessional and very frustrating.... read more

New owner at this Nail Spa location! They have scoured this place and it is sparkling clean! The owner & staff are amazing, very accommodating and the prices are fair as well. The entire place has been cleaned (and I mean REALLY cleaned) and it looks fabulous. New owner is a delight and he will go out of his way to make you happy - they also are knowledgeable and will help you decide between services that best fit your needs. GREAT NEW BUSINESS! BTW, be cautious of 'overly' negative reviews, as the previous owner left under not-so-respectable circumstances and has tried to damage the new owners reputation. I visited about a year ago & never thought I'd set foot in there again - new owner has gone above and beyond! read more

This doesn't even deserve 1 star. Worst experience with a nail solan I've ever had. Very over priced!!! She told me she can't do a shorter nail ombré and made me get long nails. She proceeded to charge me extra when I didn't even want the long nails. She completely tore up my cuticles and was very harsh. She didn't prep the nail in any way except when I already had the nails done she used the nail FILE to file at my cuticles. Worst costumer service I have ever had and walked out extremely unhappy and didn't get what I asked for. The nails came off a week later due to poor work and damaged my nails (I got acrylic and it shouldn't have came off that quickly at all) read more

By far worst experience. Waited almost an hr to be seen after told 20 mins. They let me soak my sns off fur almost 30 mins my fingers were burning so I took the foils off myself. Bad customer service. Never again. read more
