****DON'T SIGN UP FOR THE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION!**** For $75 per month I was told that I could get any mani or pedi of my choice anytime of the month but when the manicures colors kept falling apart or the color was bumpy or the edges were very smudged I was asking for corrections immediately the same day but because the sessions take a while I can't always stay and additional hour and Mark wanted to charge me extra to correct his staff's mistakes even after I showed him my concerns. I realize that the salon is new but his (owner) techs didn't learn how to do nails yesterday and if they did he doesn't go around and check quality. The selling point to his nail place was the various "natural" lotions and oils used on your mani/pedi but the work doesn't last and looked bad everytime I used their services. I would switch out the lotion for flawless color on my nails that last more than a few days and at $45 for a Cure mani you would expect a perfect finish. Now that I asked to cancel my subscription I am "accidentally" still being charged for mani/pedis I haven't had. Mark monitor your teams work for better results instead of trying to upcharge each sale. You will keep clients longer and get better reviews. Hope this place makes it because I really wanted to make it MY place but the work is very poor. Its definitely a pass for me. read more

I recently went and got what was a standard hard gel manicure on my natural nails. My manicures always last me at least 3 weeks. Literally 7 days later the whole nail started lifting, not breaking off, completely lifting like the nails you buy at Walgreens and stick on with glue! I lifted all my nails without any effort and under my nails was mold from the humidity going in. And then they also had the nerve to overcharged me for the service. I tried to get in contact with the salon via phone call, email, Instagram to get the charge fixed and even complain about the job. And I never heard back. Honestly though this isn't my first bad experience with them, I have seen the owner, Mark, scolding his employees in front of clients and humiliating them, I have seen him rush waxing appointments in the middle of a session to try and fit a walk in. The place is cute, my nail tech was sweet and I liked the color BUT the price is ridiculous and the quality is subpar. It's very disappointing. My polish has lumps and air bubbles and less than a week later started chipping. Don't get me started on my cuticles. Don't waste your money. I won't be back. read more

Loved my technician very friendly, and did a great job on my nails. The counter lady not very professional was on her phone and when asked for a moscato she brought me a red dry wine. Very nice and clean place. I was going to join their cure club that was advertised for $75 but when I asked the Lady she said it was $85 and couldn't point on their menu where it said that price. I really wanted to love this place because the decor is really gorgeous. The nail technician I had was rude and seemed very annoyed throughout the entire time she did my nails. She kept talking about how she had to leave to pick up her son so the session felt very rushed. She left my nails crooked and the nail polish was left bumpy on my nails. I really wanted to like this place. The pros it's a cute place with a nice idea and nice nail technicians. However I had the mishap of having my nail color begin to peel off that same day. I called and got an appointment in which they agreed to fix my nails. All was going well up into the time when my nails were fixed and the owner in front of the nail technician whom fixed my nails asks if I would like to leave a tip? Well I find it offensive in the fact that I spent 2 1/2 hours the first time left a tip then and my nails peeled off the same day and to ask me for more. Needless to say I won't go back. read more

I've been coming here since it opened. I'm even part of the Cure Club. Today I came in to get mani and pedi and I wanted a French manicure and I was told NO that I didn't book the extra time for nail art. There have been countless times I've had art without booking extra time and at the register I pay the extra. Well, Jessica said NO to me. In all the years I've gone to salons, no one has ever said no for a service. What's more, Not long ago, at Cure, I was booked for mani and pedi. I was told they didn't have time to do pedi so I had to come back another day. This was very inconvenient, but I did it because I understand things happen. I'm just so disappointed after weeks of no mani pedi to go in and come out upset! A very unsatisfied customer. I'm not the only one who's had an issue with Jessica. I thought it was about CUSTOMER SERVICE I GUESS I WAS WRONG!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED Oh and my sister had her appointment booked at the same time as me and she did not book extra time for nail art. The place is literally every girls dream..well probably mine. The decor is so beautiful, it is what I would want my beauty room to look like. The staff was very friendly, they gave a tour of the whole salon and explained where everything was, and what would be included in your service. My technicians name was Rene and he was super sweet and engaging the entire time. The owner Mark was very attentive and made sure everyone was taken cared of. I booked the grand opening special with included pedi and mani for 50 dollars. Which is honestly a steal but a great value. The only suggestions I would recommend more relaxed chilled music There was 80s pop which is fine but when at a salon or spa I just wanna zen out and maybe a little more scrubbing with the pumice stone. I work on my feet and I don't need a little extra tlc since I don't always have time for biweekly pedicures. I would definitely check this place out. You won't regret it. read more

Over rated nails salon. I got double booked and didn't even get a call to be notified that I wouldn't be seen at all! Weeks later I call to make a last minute appointment being that they advertise last minute openings on insta. I call and they tell me they can see me i let them know I will be a little bit late, being it's a last minute opening, they say it's not problem at all. I make my way over stuck in traffic I got there 14mins late. The front desk girl was so rude and condescending I couldn't believe the way she was talking to me. She told me I wouldn't be seen at all, being that they don't accept people after 15 mins from their appointment. Literally seconds into 15 mins. I told them I would be late and i was told it wouldn't be a problem. I was shaking my head in disbelief and she asked me if it's too hard for me to be on time to my appointment. I have waited many times on my appointment and have always been on time before. The nail tech ended up taking me because the situation was ridiculous. The front desk girl went around like a high schooler talking about me to other techs. Super unprofessional and rude as hell. I would drive across town and get my nails done every two . The place is very nice and I really liked the products. However, I had to wait for 40 minutes even though I had an appointment. Then the actual pedicure was something I could do myself at home, which is why I didn't sign up for the club option. Also, I didn't appreciate that the nail tech spent the time venting about her ex boss, that's not a conversation I want to hear when I go to get my nails done. Finally, I had to split my tip between 3 people because 1 person did my waxing, another my pedi, and another my mani. read more

Nail spa is beautiful and chic. The skin care products are all natural and fab!! Everyone is very professional and the spa is clean, clean, clean!! Every nail file and buffer is disposable so even hygienically clean! My mother and I received gift cards for the new client promotion. Walking into the nail salon we noticed how beautifully it was decorated but it smelled like sewer. We weren't exactly greeted by the receptionist so we had to stand around until he decided to notice us then asked us to wait until our nail techs were ready for us. One of the staff members showed us around the salon which was nice but she wasn't a very welcoming person. She seemed annoyed that she had to start my pedicure because the nail tech I booked was running behind. My nail tech did a beautiful job and he was very nice the whole time. The owner was walking around and had a horrible attitude with his staff. When paying he seemed bothered that we used our gift cards, when I asked about the free wax included in the promotion he again looked bothered and told us to wait so we waited a good 20 minutes but we were happy the girl who did the wax was so nice. We left feeling uncomfortable and not relaxed. The whole vibe of the place seemed off considering the staff was so miserable looking. A week later and my gel mani is peeling and my cuticles are extremely dry. Maybe the natural product they use isn't exactly working. read more

First and foremost I loved the salon. The decor is beautiful. But I just don't love the quality of the work that was done on my nails. I tried this place twice and both times my nails just looked messy. My nail tech left gel polish on the sides of my nails on my manicure and pedicure. I had to ask her multiple times to try and fix it and in the end it still didn't look professional. It also did not last and was chipping within days. On top of that when she finished my pedicure she blatantly grabbed all her stuff and told me to put on my shoes and meet her at her station. I don't know how she expected me to put my shoes on, grab my phone, keys, Wallet, etc when I had aluminum foil on my hands. In my experience at other salons the techs make sure to grab all your stuff for you when you switch from the pedicure chair to nail stations. All in all the concept is great but I think the staff needs more training in technique and customer service. read more

After getting a bad mani elsewhere, I decided to try Cure at the last minute because I had an event that day. I walked in and was disappointed to hear that everyone was all booked up. Thankfully the owner asked one of his nail techs for a spare 40 minutes and squeezed me in for quick mani with dip powder. It's been a few days and my manicure still looks brand new. There are many places in the city where you can get a manicure but you can tell that Cure is striving to take their business above and beyond any other nail salon in the city. Everyone was very nice and helpful and very accommodating. The actual establishment can not be described as anything less than pristine. All files are single use and everything is sterilized after each customer. If you ask around at other nail salons I'm sure that they would say the same thing but at Cure they have their sterilization station in plane view for their customers to see. After a very pleasant experience, I can't wait to be back. read more
