Did a search and came across a few companies but only 1 caught my eye due to its 5-star review. Baktash got back to me in a timely manner and was very responsive via texts. He told me all that would be done with the wheels and what to expect with the outcome, and how much it would cost. Eventually got them done and glad I did. Baktash did a great job and got them looking as good as new. If you need wheels refinished, Baktash is the guy to go to!

That said, if you're looking at repairing a stock wheel, I'd highly recommend calling a dealership or checking online for the price of a brand-new replacement first. My repair turned out great, but after the fact, I realized the cost of a new stock wheel would have been surprisingly comparable to the repair cost. Definitely go here if you need a quick, friendly, and reliable fix, but do your homework on the replacement cost before committing!

They took me back into the shop and showed me where the damage had occurred and gave me a quote on the spot, estimated wait time, and started working right away. The price was reasonable and they gave me a discount off the top for an even better walk out value. Some of the worst things about car issues is all the waiting around, skepticism about pricing, and ambiguity for whether your whole day is lost during the repair. These guys were efficient, communicated well, and post their specific prices in the waiting area so there's no worries about what to expect. Overall, I'm so glad I found the place on short notice and was back on the road in no time.

I'm actually…read moreshocked at all the higher reviews, although I will admit, they allowed me to go here, even though I have been going to the Big Brand tire in Concord for last several decades. I thought I would come in here to get a tire rotation, which is a free service that they provide four tires that are theirs. I normally go to the one in Concord like I mentioned, but I happened to be closer to this one, so I thought I would take advantage of it. I was told after the rotation that I would need to get a new tire because there was a nail that was unrepairable on one of the tires. No problem, I thought, since I had paid for an extended warranty on all the tires a few months ago. I was led to believe this would come at no cost to me as a result. I also had paid for a three-year alignment previously, which I thought was a good deal. So, Tim quoted me with an invoice that had $136 alignment on it, but he assured me that it will be taken care of because I had paid for the three year alignment. He also showed me that everything else would cost zero. After an hour and a half, I was up sold on an extended tire warranty, which didn't make sense to me since I thought that the warranty would cover every tire, but I figured it would be fine since Tim told me it would cost $41. Then when they were about to give me the keys, I was charged $140 for services. I thought we were all included in the warranty, not to mention, I was quoted at zero. I was charged for taxes on the new tire (even though the tire was zero dollars), mounting and balancing, alignment, a tire recycling fee, and other labor costs. The extended tire warranty was quoted at $62 even though I was told it would be $41. In my mind, I still couldn't make heads nor tails of all of these things. I even questioned them about it. But I had an appointment elsewhere in the East Bay and needed to be on the road and ended up agreeing to paying $140 for a zero dollar service. I would've been happy paying $41 for the tire warranty but lo and behold I paid three times that. Don't come to this place unless you're prepared to get screwed. I recommend big brand tire in Concord if you must go to big brand at all - at least that place I had been going to for years and I know I could have counted on the folks there and could have trusted them not to charge me extra and not to lie to me about a zero cost service. Heck, go to any other tire place if you have to stay in Dublin or Pleasanton. Some tire places treat you like family. This one treated me like a couple of dollar signs.

However, Mark does not like to paint locomotives. Anyway, this horse trailer was destined to become a mobile bar. Yes I know that sounds odd, but that's the gospel truth. Naturally if you want to convert your horse trailer to a bar, it must be impeccable. So when Mark painted this trailer, he had to be positive there were no drips. I mean, just imagine if you were guzzling a beer and paint drops started plopping from the ceiling. That would be no fun! Plus it would add an unknown flavor to your beer. So of course, Mark had no choice but to sleep in the horse trailer. That way he could be positive there were no paint drips or drops. (Sleeping in a horse trailer is like going to a YMCA Camp, but without the archery.) I hear Mark's wife was not pleased with this turn of events, but the customer always comes first. That's just the type of man he is. I have known the owner of this business for years. He is a person of great integrity and trustworthiness. Whenever I have horse trailers to paint I always bring them to Mark.
