Tried them yesterday on a whim. I was walking to the post office and smelled something amazing. Walked up to the truck at 3:40 not realizing they close at 4. They were nice and happy to see me walk up. They had the full menu available so I chose the Chimichurri Tri Tip bento style. I was happily surprised when they asked how I wanted my steak. So we commiserated over medium rare being the only way to enjoy steak. I walked back to work with my mouth watering in anticipation. My coworkers were drooling from the smell. The food tasted even better than it smelled if that's possible. Truly one of the best meals I've had. Not just from a truck mind you. I mean total. Absolutely amazing and the steak was prepared perfectly. I gave all the coworkers a bite to try and they all agreed. Great portion size, and the right portions of everything in the meal. Fast forward to today, and I just picked up three of the same thing for work. We are all sitting around groaning in delight at just how good this food is. You have to try this place. Curbside's food is absolutely amazing. The ingredients are always fresh and healthy. It's a meal you can eat and not feel gross. It's a unique blend of different ethnicity that meshes so well. The food comes out looking picture worthy every time, like a piece of culinary art. I've tried several different dishes and my go to is the curbside peanut. Keep an eye out for their current locations, whether in the truck or their new brick and mortar location. We had the pleasure of having curbside king come to our teacher appreciation lunch. Not only did they offer our teachers unique flavors from quality ingredients, their menu pleased the palates of everyone. For most of us it was the first time we had eaten from a food truck and the experience was fantastic and one we would like to enjoy again.The food was satisfying ,delicious and prepared, and served by people who were very friendly and obviously enjoyed what they were doing. This food truck is THE BEST!!! I've had their food several times and I'm never disappointed. Same with my Wife. I usually get the Spicy Peanut Chicken in a Bento. You won't find anything this delicious anywhere else. The flavors pair together perfectly and the bits of Cucumber...Yes, that's right, cucumber..Make this to die for. The teriyaki chicken is excellent as well, which my Wife gets. Prices are very fair and you get a lot of food. You'll want to stop yourself from finishing it, but it's impossible. Forget food truck food, I would compare the food prepared by Will at Curbside King to any top notch restaurant around! Will suggested a tri-tip chimichurri medium rare and what a great suggestion! Perfectly cooked to order, hot, seasoned just right, and he tossed some spinach in there which worked out perfectly. Delicious and fast! This did NOT disappoint. Simply dynamite. Feel so blessed to have this kind of food in our town. Absolutely gracious and one of the quicker trucks to put food out. I had the chicken in a peanut sauce with Udon noodles and a Bento with steak. The steak was tender and cooked to specifications. I love how accommodating they were for adding meat or making meals vegetarian. I would go again. And again. And again. And would definitely recommend. Will and his family have always been such kind, genuine folks. They provided so much to our community during the fires and in times of need. The food he offers is top notch, using only the best ingredients, mostly local, and truly going the extra mile. Our favorite is, and has always been, the Tri Tip Chimichurri lettuce cups!! So far this is a be of my favorite food trucks. They have delicious options, you can get your selected food in a lettuce wrap or a bowl. My go to is the lemon rosemary chicken lettuce wraps, omg so flavorful and fresh! Caution this one tends to be extra oily in the wraps vs. the bowl with rice that will soak it all up, but so delicious messy doesn't matter! And to top it off they have great health inspection reviews, not many places get a 100%! read more

I've been coming here since the Covid started and been here almost once a week since. Great quality, big portions, and fair prices. I'd recommend anything on the menu. Lunch spicy peanut chicken noodles are my favorite. Breakfast I'm spilt between the fat boy breakfast burritos (which it's the size of a small child) or today's breakfast was pork belly and quail egg gohan!! So bomb!! Their food is amazing! I had the roasted red pesto chicken, as a salad (since they had sold out of rice for the day), and the flavor was so good! I'm usually not a fan of salads because they often skimp on the meat and veggies and have too much lettuce, but this was perfectly portioned. I have followed will and his amazing food to every location he's been too. His lemon rosemary chicken is by far one of the best things I've ever eaten. They are a hidden little gem right downtown and they are definitely worth stopping in for a treat. All I can say is wow. Everything about the food is amazing. Before you even taste it, you are greeted by delicious smells. The ingredients are insanely fresh too. I Travel around all over the country for work and I'm always on the look out for AMAZING food and curbside king hit the spot.
