I weighed my 5 gallon bucket empty. It weighs 2 lbs. I added 25.5 lbs. of copper. I have over 500 lbs in stock but I was checking the companies integrity. So, I brought my 27.5 lb bucket in to cash it along with some brass, wire, aluminum ect ect....everything weighed on my medical scale. I was paid for the correct weight on my aluminum only. They compensated on my copper, brass and wire all exactly 3 lbs light. So instead of getting $3.06 per pound it worked out to around $2.60. It was below the lowest of 5 scrap yards that I called on that day. I am very disappointed with Scrap It of Worcester. I'll test them again sometime, but I will have my ducks in a row to pursue legal action if they pull that crap on me again. It's hard work and very unfair for the business to short change their customers. End of tune. Thanks for reading

Based on the quote, he should have received $25 back and myself $50. He refused. I only received $25. After a week of not seeing my $25 return I contacted them. They sent me receipts of the original charge and the credit. They were not mine. Tyler claimed he didn't know how this happened as he submitted the credit to my original payment method. Obviously not the case. I would not recommend them, but if you choose to use them, confirm the quote and communication between the office and pickup crew.

TCS was as good to me as they'd been to him, and provided the best customer service anyone could hope to get anywhere. I recently had to get my laptop's keyboard replaced; they accomplished that pretty quickly. But when I got it home, I couldn't type: it would have taken more muscles in my fingers than I have to drive each key down as hard as it would need to be pressed to actually register. Being a fast typist, I was hugely frustrated. But when I called them, they immediately offered to replace the keyboard (obviously defective--it happens. I don't at all blame them) ASAP. No arguments, no quibbling, no charge. As soon as they got a replacement they called. I brought it over and they swapped the keyboards out. Now I'm happily typing on the replacement, which works perfectly. Thank you so much Technical Computer Solutions!
