They walked us through their moss soft wash process, were very thorough with cleaning, and left us with clear gutters (previously clogged) and every inch of moss on the roof dead. Jacob did a great job with ground-level cleanup and put everything back as we had it on the patio. Finding a company of young, professional, honest guys (that actually knows the ins and outs of what they're doing) is very difficult to come by these days. We'll be sharing their info with our friends and family who also need all kinds of exterior cleaning done.

I cannot believe what an incredible job they did on cleaning our roof and gutters! We are underneath many large trees and the roof was full of pine needles and small branches. The gutters were jammed with a few years of needles, branches and pinecones. Salmon Bay came out and literally made our roof and gutters shine like new! There was a lot of debris that they disposed of. The most amazing part was that they FULLY cleaned up the entire area on the ground and hosed the house off as well. When they left there was not one extra pine needle to see! As well, on the invoice they provided before and after photos. I will DEFINITELY hire them for any need that they provide. Excellent company. Thanks Alan!

I have a metal roof and gutters with gutter guards. They company that used to do an excellent job on my roof (I'll call them "JB") is a janitorial firm that appears to no longer do roofs. I called AA based on reviews and explained that my roof was quite dirty with pollen and was clear with them it was metal. They said they would come and blow the roof off and see what else could be done. They did NOT come right out and say they could not clean up pollen. They quoted me a price lower than the previous company had been charging, so I scheduled the work about three weeks out. The tech came out late in the afternoon, spent a LOT of time looking around and talking to the office and then told me that they could only blow debris off. To do a wash would take two people a full day and cost around $2,000. Sorry, that's NOT going to happen! I said go ahead and blow the roof off, there was plenty of Douglas fir cones and other debris that needed to come off anyway. The work was fine for what it was, though there's still a mess of pollen up there. I would have preferred that they just say "we don't clean metal roofs because you won't be happy with the results."

The patio is 25 years old, and we have been doing it ourselves, using a pressure washer wand each spring to get it ready for summer BBQs, etc. This year we decided it needed more than the amateur approach, so I called Caleb. He was extremely polite and told me Jarom would come by for an estimate and scheduling. Jarom notified me when he was 10 minutes away and when he was walking up the drive. He was very respectful of our property, and demonstrated excellent customer experience skills! We agreed on scope of the project, a day/time, and price. Again, on the day of cleaning, Jarom reached out by text letting me know he was 10 minutes out. He reconfirmed what we wanted to have done, and then got to work. After about 90 minutes, we had a beautifully cleaned patio. Throughout the process Jarom was conscientious of his surroundings (not damaging the landscaping). I can't compliment these two more. They are well spoken, knowledgeable about their work process, hard working, and dependable. We are so delighted with their work we are going to schedule a driveway cleaning!
