I have never dealt with a more unprofessional business in my life. From getting an estimate to when the job was done was a complete cluster. After 3 weeks of paying a deposit and not hearing the company I called to get an update. Javier told me "oh uhh I'll call you back". Of course the clown never called. So I waited 3 hours and called back. Javier claims he spoke to "my husband" who told them we weren't available to install the fence the next day....?? I DONT HAVE A HUSBAND. After investigating, Javier apparently spoke to the WRONG customer. Ok fine. This is where it gets good... after back and forth 3 times of telling me they are coming and never showed up....they finally showed up 5 days later at 4:30pm and began installing my fence IN THE DARK AND BROUGHT NO LIGHTS....????..... They installed the fence with no gates because his worker "couldn't see..."? Ok so then these clowns show up the next day and install the gate DURING A SNOW STORM. I literally do not understand this company. Then as the snow melts I see they threw all the dirt that accumulated ALL OVER MY MULCHED GARDEN BEDS. Now my garden has been destroyed. So of course I call my friend Javier once again. Javier claims they do not remove dirt they "just do the fences" and there is nothing he can do. WTF. That is like having a plumber come. Abe from Lifta came out and gave an honest assessment of my garage floor fix and proposed many options and color schemes to fit my requirements. He promptly gave me a quote the next day scheduled start date on the same week. The Lifta Epoxy Flooring team arrived on time and with proper face coverings and started work on the floor. They properly prepare the floor which requires a complete sanding of the surface and repairing cracks before you can start applying layers. While his team worked he displayed real examples of all the endless textures and colors that can be applied. I took the silver base with gray swirls and metallic sparkles. The job took a total of three days (part-time) as each layer of coating (Adhesion, base, swirl, clear coat layer) needs ample time to dry and cure. In the end, the epoxy flooring looks amazing and I'm so happy with this work knowing it's also going to be a great investment into the value of my property.

Off the bat Michael swept in with a detailed plan, a reasonable quote, timeline, and a great team of experts. Michael dedicated time to sit with me and discuss design alternatives for the apartment, that will best maximize on space. The Stake team executed the work as planned and with attention to every detail. Our home was in good hands with Michael, so much so that we decided to expand the scope to include our basement, with a new kitchen and sprucing up of our utility room.
