I arrived 50 minutes later, only to find out they hadn't even put it in the oven yet. I was told it would be another six minutes, but I ended up waiting an additional 30 minutes. To make matters worse, I watched my pizza sit on the counter for five minutes while employees continued delivering pizzas to the dining room instead of handing mine over. Mistakes happen, but repeated order errors, inaccurate wait times, and a lack of urgency or consideration for waiting customers are unacceptable. After two experiences like this, I'm extremely disappointed and won't be in a hurry to give them a third chance. They need to do a much better job of managing online orders and treating their customers' time with respect.
