One valet guy pointing for me to move up to the right and one valet guy pointing for me to move up to the left. Then one guy comes up to my car window and rudely asks what I'm doing when I'm looking at them confused on where to go or what to do because there is NO signage on the parking situation. They just said "valet". I said no, and asked if they have self parking. And he says no. And they don't tell you how much it is either. Literally the worst parking I've ever experienced in my entire life in Houston. There is street parking in the back which majority of our party self-parked at within minutes. Came for brunch with a party of 10 with a semi-private reservation. Table wasn't ready for over 45 minutes. No where to wait except stand in front of the front door in everyone's way. Another 20 mins to take our order after being seated. I ordered the ratatouille and I'd honestly rate it as a 2/10. First bite was good but it progressively got saltier with each bite. I got tired of it after 3 bites. Nothing special about it. Got back to my car to find my car had recorded a video of one of the valet guys bumping a car door into my car. Who knows what else these people are doing in/to our cars??? I was really really looking forward to trying this place, but it's been a major disappointment. I will never be coming back and I will be everyone not to come here. I urge everyone reading this to not waste your time and money here. I can't comprehend how they even have 4 stars.

After spending that kind of money and settling in to watch the game, they turned the game off and changed the TV to something completely different because a regular wanted to watch something else. Apparently, being a paying customer isn't enough if you're not one of the regulars. It was incredibly disappointing to order that much food specifically so we could sit, eat, and enjoy the game, only to have it changed for someone else. Don't go here to watch a game unless you're a regular -- because apparently their preference matters more than your business. Needless to say, we won't be back.

You know when the humans are getting whooped by the orcs/goblin looking things? The humans are your taste buds and the orcs, the sweetness of the pb&j. Just as the orcs (sweetness) are about to overpower, the old white wizard guy comes in with a staff shining a light at them to save the human looking fighters (the wizard is the bacon, the humans your taste buds etc.) so basically the bacon/wizard comes in yelling "NOT TODAY! The vibe is very relaxed and friendly. The first time I went the Office was staffed by Courtney. She was great!. Greeted me when I came in, very attentive, mixed a great drink, and took care of everything. I noticed how she was always working... taking care of customers, cleaning as she goes along, filling the humidifier in the humidor, and in general just staying busy and getting things done. I also noticed one day she saw a regular customer drive up and park, and before he could get in door she had a glass of water for him on the table next to his regular chair. Basically, now the deciding factor if I will stop by on my drive home from work is if I know Court is working. I am a pipe smoker rather than a cigar smoker so I cannot speak to the quality and selection of cigars that they have, but the cigar smoking patrons seem to never have trouble finding something from the humidor to enjoy.
