Raspberry surprise

Simply delicious!! Cute shop offering both cupcakes & ice-cream. We came in close to closing and the staff was kind & efficient.

Cupcake Charlie's has delicious cupcakes in so many fun flavors! They made us the most beautiful cupcake display for our wedding with 6 different flavors of cupcakes! We even had a cupcake decorated as a bride and groom in our favorite flavors. I chose Chocolate Mint Madness and he chose Rockin' Red Velvet. The cupcakes were a huge hit with our guests!

This cupcake shop is located inside a shopping mall, called Mashpee Commons. They did have all kinds of cupcakes, from carrot cake cupcake, red velvet, lemon drop, and so many more. They also had some cookies and cookie sandwiches. Maybe you are not a cupcake person, and you are not really feeling the cookies either. Well, not to worry, they have Cake Cups if you prefer to have cake rather than cupcakes. Or, may be you want to skip all that sponge fluff, and just want to dig in to the frosting... Guess what, they have that too! They had Frosting Shots! My goodness, that is a lot of sugar... Enjoy responsibly! They had some seating area for those who want to have the sweets right there and then. Not that many seating, but you don't really need that many at a cupcake shops, as they are more of take-home establishment. We tried three kinds of cupcakes, Chocolate Mint Madness, Flavor of the Month, and Chocolate Raspberry Surprise. They were all nice, good flavors, and generous amount of frosting, making it way too sweet for me. If we were not sharing these among few people, I don't think I could have finished one. I like the fact that they have so many different flavors of cupcakes, and few other sweets there as well.

Great presentation

Great cupcakes w a lot of seasonal flavors and friendly staff. Prices are up there but you're paying for a piece of heaven in your mouth. Dozen cupcakes will run you roughly $37. So you're paying for the experience and that minute or two of bliss and being smitten. Great cookies n cream and Reece's are just a few of them.

If you are in the Mashpee area on the Cape, you NEED to go to Cupcake Charlie's. I live in Boston and have tried many, many, may cupcakes (I consider myself a bit of an expert) and Cupcake Charlie's seriously has some of the best. I was in Mashpee for a friend's wedding a couple weeks ago and a couple of my friends and I stopped here to pick up some cupcakes. The shop is adorable and everyone who works here is SO friendly. We got a dozen cupcakes and decided to have a tasting with all our friends the night before the wedding. It was seriously cupcake heaven. My favorite was the peanut butter pleasure- the peanut butter was so deliciously creamy and some was injected in the cupcake. However, the chocolate overload, carrot cake, pumpkin spice, funfetti, and orange dreamsicle were also amazing. There weren't any we didn't like so you really can't go wrong. We actually went back before leaving the Cape at the end of the weekend and had a nice chat with the owner who said they are thinking of expanding. Maybe to Boston! That would be amazing. But honestly, I would consider taking a day trip to the Cape just so I could get some more of these cupcakes. Cupcake Charlie's is JUST what Boston is lacking. And I'm always a fan of places that have delicious goods AND super friendly, happy service.

Giddy up!

Let's be honest, I am a sucker for any half decent cupcake. Give me a supermarket cupcake and you get yourself a smile. Anything better, well that's icing on the cupcake. So, after catching a flick, I saw a sign in the theater about some nearby cupcake place, Cupcake Charlie's. So, I made my way over to get some of the tasty goodness. And, I was surprised when I arrived to learn this was not just any cupcake spot, but a special one that had been featured on one of these cupcake tv shows. All of their creations looked really good. We got a black forest and some peanut butter chocolate ganache. Let me tell you, hot diggity dang theses were good. So, go get you some.

Simply sugar and way to much so I rarely bite and when I do I scrape off the topping.

Best cupcakes around at the Mashpee Commons. They also just opened on Main Street in Falmouth.

Rare 5 Star Review: Phenomenal products and pleasant staff…read more Stepping into Maison Villatte in Falmouth is like being instantly transported to the heart of Paris. The aroma of freshly baked dough and caramelized sugar fills the air, drawing you toward immaculate display cases filled with a stunning variety of treats. Every single item is a testament to authentic French baking technique, featuring perfectly laminated, buttery croissants that shatter with crispness, vibrant fruit tarts with flawlessly structured crusts, and dense, velvety eclairs. Whether you are grabbing a crusty, artisanal baguette or indulging in a luxurious mille-feuille, the exceptional quality of the imported ingredients and the meticulous craftsmanship shine through in every single bite. Beyond the extraordinary pastries and savory savories, the atmosphere makes this boulangerie an absolute destination. Even when the lines stretch long on busy summer weekends, the energetic, smartly aproned staff handle the rush with incredible warmth and effortless professionalism. The rustic, charming interior combined with the view of bakers working hard at the ovens in the back adds a comforting, lively energy to the entire experience. It is easily the finest bakery on Cape Cod, and an absolute must-visit neighborhood treasure that will leave you eager to return the very next morning. What a find! Thanks

This little French bakery in Falmouth MA was new to us on our last trip a couple of years ago. I…read morehave no idea how long it has existed but certainly not back when we lived nearby. We returned this visit on a very hot day and with very busy downtown, so parking close was a must. Sadly, there was hardly any parking at all so "nearby" became only a wish. It was quite a hike to this shop. But it was worth it. We had already eaten lunch and our goal was a French pastry each for dessert and the option to sit inside in the cooled room to eat. We found 2 seats at the nearby eating counter and enjoyed the sweet snack. The line was exceptionally long so it did take a while to get our treat. You need to browse the case as you wait in line and be ready to order as you reach the front of the line, which luckily parallels the case, affording a decent view. The staff member, who has rotated back to the front of the staff line, will pull what you want from the case, bag or box it as appropriate to the pastry, run it to the cashier and then return back into the staff line. When you see the staff member do that, turn yourself around and head to the cashier line and pay. Then find a place to eat. If it is completely full inside, there are benches outside, across the street on the library lawn. We have done that in the past. Be sure you get your drinks from the cashier because getting back in line to order them later is counterproductive to having a nice time. This time I ordered a berry custard tart and my husband ordered the pear caramel custard tart. The crust was beautifully made, as always, all classic French flavors filling them. There are breads and pastries of all kinds from croissants to eclairs. Most people order a lot and take out in a box for entertaining or a group waiting for them somewhere else. Honestly, when it's this good and this beautiful, and this crowded, I never even looked at the prices. It was worth whatever it was.
