February 2018, I got slammed by the county with an outrageous price for a grossly incompetent job ($1428 to bring the manzanitas within tolerance) on my vacant lot that failed reinspection, again, just six months later - manzanitas don't grow THAT quickly. After that, I've ALWAYS had Anthony do the maintenance. He's always friendly and responds QUICKLY - even when, on AT LEAST two occasions, I've called him, mid-May, in a PANIC, having forgotten that the maintenance was due! He does such a fantastic job, that I don't even get the ritual warning/reminder letter from the inspector.
