He called me back promptly with a diagnosis of the problem and informed me that they were "Leaf Roller" moth larvae and would disperse once they turn into moths. He further assured me that they will not kill the trees and that new leaf growth will come back when they leave. Jim then made a referral to someone in the area licensed to spray insecticide and promptly texted me his contact information. He did all this without charging me and was a pleasure to talk to. After that, I've ALWAYS had Anthony do the maintenance. He's always friendly and responds QUICKLY - even when, on AT LEAST two occasions, I've called him, mid-May, in a PANIC, having forgotten that the maintenance was due! He does such a fantastic job, that I don't even get the ritual warning/reminder letter from the inspector.
