I went to culver's with a few friends and was greeted with a very negative environment. the workers seemed like they didn't want us in their even tho they were still open. later in our meal the worker came up to our table and made some rude comments and made us all feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. Normally I wouldn't take the time to review a Culver's- which are typically always decent, but I am so irritated with my experience that I must. My wife, son, and I went through the drive thru. The attendant (girl) seemed to have a tough time following me on my order, which wasn't that tough. 3 kids meals with burgers and root beers. The burgers had different toppings, and this threw everything out of sorts. First I had to confirm and reorder one of the burgers again, as it someone got missed or lost, or who knows? This was a burger with everything but onions. We then added 3 scoopies of the flavor of the day. Getting the order taken was crazy difficult. Never in my hundred or more Culver's trips has it been like this. I get to the window and pay and get handed he root beers and the cover isn't on one fully- root beer on my lap. Nothing said even though I said "the cover's not on". No napkins either. We get our food in a normal amount of time. Remember - I got a burger with everything but onions. What do I actually get? A burger with everything but ketchup. Tons of lettuce and onions. My son got ketchup mayo lettuce tomato. He got mustard ketchup lettuce. What the heck? In summary- I enjoy Culver's, but the gal that was at the window needs to train more on listening comprehension and customer satisfaction. I will never return to this location. read more

I love Culvers and my family love the food but I recently had a really awful experience with this location. 10/9/21 my husband was in the mood to treat me and my daughter for dessert after dinner. We drove to Culvers. We had multiple instances where they've messed up our drive thru orders but we thought we are just ordering desserts that night so we went for it. Since it was almost late, we went to the drive thru. The staff taking the order was having a hard time hearing me well. I could sense in her voice that she was also getting frustrated. I suggested i drive to the window so she can hear me better. She said she needed to take my order thru the speaker. I insisted to order at the window, she eventually agreed. Frustrated like me, she was already giving me an attitude. When i was at the window, i asked something. She answered my question but in a different tone and so I asked to speak to the manager. I was shocked with an even worst attitude from the manager. Her name is Faith. She was talking over me, not listening to what I was saying and after she handed me the last dessert I ordered, she said these words with a great attitude -"YOU ARE COMING HERE 10 MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING, WHAT DO YOU EXPECT???" And slammed shut the window on me. Now i cannot question the attitude of the staff anymore because the manager herself is very rude!!! So thinking about what she said - "WHAT SHOULD CUSTOMERS REALLY EXPECT WHEN THEY COME TO THIS LOCATION 10MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING???" They shouldn't have posted that they are closing at 10pm if they do not want to entertain customers who come before 10pm. I wrote a review on the actual website that same night, but after almost 2weeks, no one has even contacted me. This to me is a very poor customer service!!! I would never come back to this location until I know that their staff has been retrained. I didn't feel the joy when i ordered dessert with my family. Yes we were thrilled when we went to the drive thru for our treats but after this experience, I ended up not liking my dessert at all that night even though i ordered my favorite Culvers dessert. TERRIBLE customer service. We waited two minutes for the employee to respond to us, and said "can you hear me?" Multiple times. After we pulled up to the window and a teenage employee started yelling at us and calling us ridiculous. Then one of the customers in the car went into Culver's while they employees were calling about us to try to get us in trouble, when they were the irresponsible employees. This experience was SO UNPROFRESSIONAL. I never will see Culver's the same after the rage fit of the employee. He truly should be fired. read more

I love this place by far my favorite restaurant ever. You couldn't pay me to name a better restaurant. The people are amazing, the food is fantastic, and the atmosphere can be chill or Poppin and is always welcoming. Culver's in Navarre has been my go-to place for over a decade. The food is high quality but affordable and is still "fast food" I have so much respect for the people that work here; they work so hard to please the customers. They bring out special requests, work in a scorching, stressful, environment and manage to pull through...most of the time. There has been the more than occasional lack of a requested side ranch, sweet or unsweetened tea mixup, and sometimes an extra chicken tender (actually, I'm okay with that one), but that's expected with a place like this. Overall excellent quality, clean environment, and great employees hook me up with fresh food every time! read more

Had a horrible experience here, and Culver's is spendy! My cod was good but the staff had no clue what what going on. I asked for my dinner with coleslaw. I got green beans. My husband never got his meal and we had to go up to the front and ask if his will be coming soon and if I could get my coleslaw? My husband asked and paid for extra pot roast and extra gravy. We have had this many times before at other locations and he did not get what he asked for. When he went up to the counter again, they told him that was extra. There was no way this was extra meat and gravy and there wasn't anyone working there past the age 20! As we were eating, service was walking around with food that no one ordered inside. You could hear how the drive thru orders were getting messed up too. Would be a lot better if there was some kind of older management to take charge a little as it was chaotic. read more

Good luck with your order. Order a shrimp meal for take home. Supposed to come with 2 sides get home open the bag and guess what? $12 for an incomplete meal. Call ask for the manager and he's 'really sorry' they've been working on that' Premium priced meals for under delivered product. Offering to let me 'drive back' the 6-7 miles to get my correct order is too little too late and this is the third time something like that has happened at that location in the past two month.
