I used to get a vanilla sundae with raspberry sauce every month. I have been not able to for 7 months, but today I was able to. I am extremely disappointed in the size of this sundae. Great Culver's location. My gf and I come here quite frequently for custard in the winter because it's really the only place open inside for dessert. Clean tables inside and nice people. They're always blasting terrible country music though which gets kinda annoying after a while. The flavor of the day when we went was blueberry lemon cheesecake and it was amazing wow. read more

We had a terrible experience here yesterday. While Culver's food is always excellent, this restaurant in particular truly underperformed. I waited 30 minutes in my drive-through waiting spot, and saw five other cars get their order behind me before I got mine. I didn't order anything special, just three combo meals. When I asked the guy why my stuff was so late, he said that the kitchen just kept ignoring his request to fulfill my order. That is not acceptable. We will not be coming back here. read more

I was very excited to have a Culver's open in Waterford! I love Culver's! It is a higher quality fast food experience. It is a place my children and I crave and can't wait to visit. They have a really nice, large menu which always entices me, but honestly I always order the same things, so I am not able to speak to most of the food. But this place is good enough just to come eat the amazing custard, so I find myself often making an excuse to take this kids and their friends out for ice cream. Culver's has a very similar style of burger, fries, and custard as Shake Shack, so I order similar meals. While Culver's is a bit cheaper than Shake Shack, they do not deliver the same quality ingredients as Shake Shack, for example, they use corn syrup in a lot of their products and custards. I would love to see either sugar instead of corn syrup in the custard, a sugar free option of custard, and no corn syrups in their bread products. That way, my entire family can eat here, and not just myself and the children. Besides that comparison, the food here is amazing. The burgers are juicy, the crinkle cut fries are so salty and crispy, and their ice cream products are out of this world. They have the best sundaes which you can add tons of toppings without paying too much extra. Their caramel cashew is simply to die for! Their concretes are scrumptious and the shakes are nice and thick. I bought their pre-made pints for the first time, and it was an amazing deal, $3 each or 4 for $10. I am definitely going to come back here, it is cheaper than a Ben and Jerry's at the grocery store. The workers have been very pleasant, and the place seems clean. It is a bit small for the area since it seems very popular, so you occasionally have limited seating. I am not sure if they can expand, but I imagine if they did, they would still fill the restaurant. Culver's is a bit pricier than the average fast food, expect to pay a little more, but it is a quality experience. You might not get at other fast food joints. read more

My wife and I are on vacation from Las Vegas Nevada and wanted to have something different other than burgers , tacos or pizza for a quick meal and we we're told that Culver's was across the street from the motel we were at and that the food was very good . I looked them up on Yelp and noticed that they had reasonable prices and many different items to choose from . I got the 10 piece shrimp meal with a big biscuit and butter , two sides of my choice, cocktail sauce and a coke which I ordered separately. My wife got two good sized pieces of cod , a biscuit with butter , two side orders of her choice and a soda which was bought separately . Everything was hot and delicious . We did wait approximately 15-20 minutes for our order to be ready but , it was brought out to our table for us and the restaurant was clean . The sodas were delicious tasting. We used to own a restaurant so we do know quality of foods etc. After we finished our meals I stopped at the front counter and told everyone that the food was perfectly cooked and delicious . I highly recommend this establishment . And will stop there again . The overall atmosphere was very pleasant. read more

Was contacted by Waterford Culver's management, who apologized for a less than perfect experience and offered an opportunity for us to revisit for the same meal at no cost. Our previous experience included a double burger and bun combination that did not appear fresh, nor properly prepared and service that was painfully slow. The fries and soda beverages were superior, as was the cleanliness and appearance. This visit restored our opinion of your establishment. The service was fast and our burgers were perfect, fresh, well crafted, correctly topped and delicious. Culver's is back on our "go to" list. read more

Every single time we order in line they do not put any condiments in the bags!!! This has happened the last 4 times I have been here. It's ridiculous! No sauce for the tenders, no mayo or ketchup for the burgers. Should not have to go in and ask for what was ordered!! I won't be back it's not worth it for such poor service. Disappointed with Culver's. Came during dinner, and noticed it was on the busier side, which was fine. We ordered inside, and we were never offered a sticky note with our number (they got rid of the plastic table numbers). I asked the girl who took our order If we needed one, and she told me no, and to just go sit down. After 20 minutes of waiting I went to see what was going on. Our food was sat by the register and they didn't know who it belonged to. Once I got our food, I waited another 15 minutes for sauce while nobody would help me. I hate to be a Karen but this Culver's was so slow. We waited 32 minutes for our food and at least 25 minutes for our ice cream and when we got the ice cream it looked like soup. The food was good and tasty but the experience was awful. They were also super staffed which made me think it was going to be quick but in reality I walked up to check on the food and they were "play" fighting instead of making the food. read more

Brought my mom and husband here to have lunch and it was the biggest mistake. The people are so rude. If they are going to allow young people to work in their shop they need to be trained better in customer service because snickering and having an attitude at a customer who is telling you there was a mistake with the order is definitely not okay. The cook who I'm assuming was also a manager as well was very snotty when talking to me about the mistake made. They made the hamburger patty so small that my mom and I thought we didn't get a double deluxe burger because the patty was smaller than the bun hidden under a bunch of lettuce. It is ridiculous. This was my first visit to a Culvers. I have been wanting to try out the food for a while. The restaurant was clean & inviting. I ordered the Double butter burger with cheese & bacon. Amazing burger!! It comes with lettuce,tomato, delicious mustard & a tangy ketchup. I also got a grilled chicken sandwich to eat later. Even eaten cold this is a delicious sandwich. The lettuce is crisp,sweet tomato slice & pickle on it. It comes with a brioche style bun; makes this a delight. I had the ice tea with my food & its very smooth. Took my 91 year old Mother to Culver's for the first time. She ordered a small smorgasbord in an attempt to try a few different items: double burger with raw onion, pickles, ketchup,and mustard to include a regular size cheese curds, onion rings and a peanut butter shake. The burger was slightly dry and there were three small rings of thick red onion, two pickles and a nonexistent amount of ketchup and mustard. The shake had so much peanutbutter sauce that there was two inches of thickened peanut butter left at the bottom which is impossible to drink through a straw. Needless to say the entire shake,after allowing it to sit, was difficult to drink. Seriously, this is a burger and why can't a whole slice of onion be present so as you eat the onion does not fall out if the bun! A place that specializes in burgers should have a grasp on burgernomics!!! $16.00 plus later, my Mom's total alone, and I am adding ketchup, mustard, pickles and then a whole nicely sliced red onion. The little thick rings of onion provided hit the table after a few bites. They were too thick lending to uneven placement. I should not have to arrive home and rebuild a burger. Unfortunately, our server could not seem to comprehend our order that we specifically had him repeat. After he repeated it flawlessly, we get to the window and it's all screwed up. First off why to expensive for the service and food I got. I stood in front of the register waitng to pick up my online for 20+ minutes while 5 families went and ordered 2 registers away. I came in with one friend and all we got were small concrete mixers. When we first got there, there was nobody else there and the dining are was empty except for one other family who had their food. There were multiple people who came in and ordered after us including a large group teenagers who had come in fifteen minutes later. Everyone who ordered after us had their food taken out before us. We walked to the front as they were bringing out the large groups ice creams, which include milkshakes which take longer than what we had ordered. They asked what we ordered and let them know and they grabbed our ice creams off the counter that had clearly been sitting there. The ice cream was very melted and my friends was only half full. They didn't apologize or accommodate to us at all and I was extremely disappointed with the staff, especially with the girls working at the counter giving us dirty looks. read more
