Today was my first time at any Culvers. I wanted to like it...but it was, at best, a mixed experience. I'll start with the best part: the vanilla custard was outstanding. OUTSTANDING! Rich, perfect texture, with excellent hot fudge. The interior of the restaurant was very clean, including the floors. Everything else was, at best, mediocre. The grilled chicken wasn't even warm, despite the fact that we dined in the restaurant. This might have been because we waited almost 20 minutes for the food. The chicken was full of gristle: tough, stringy bits I couldn't chew through. The person who brought the soft serve to our table was pleasant and efficient, however several other employees were neither pleasant nor efficient. When we first walked in, the two employees at the counter were both on their phones (maybe this was why there was a huge line of people behind us). Neither greeted us, and the one who took our order did so with just a sullen "What do you want?" That person's uniform was covered in thick food spatter. Why didn't management get her a new top? While waiting for employees to get off their phones to take our order, we saw and heard several other employees gathering behind the counter to complain in loud voices about their work. All of these service issues point to a need for *much* more employee training, not to mention closer attention by store management. Would I return to Culvers? Hard to say. read more

Culver's was the place to go with rewards! Gifting myself a delightful treat for dinner and lunch the next day with a 25% off reward in the Culver's app! Deliciousness loading and brought out to my car! I opted for the fish dinner with fries and coleslaw for my dinner and the Chicken Cashew Salad for lunch the next day. Stopped here for lunch the other day. Did drive thru as there was no line. Immediately greeted over the intercom which was great. I ordered a triple deluxe with grilled onions and a side of fries (medium). Total was $14 and some change. Service was very friendly and I got a my pleasure at the end which I was chuckling about (watch out Chick Fil A). Waited less than 5 minutes for my food which was more than reasonable. The burger was solid. Not the best fast food burger I've had, but definitely in the top tier of fast food spots. Could have used a little more seasoning, but the patties were smashed excellently and all the toppings were fresh and complimented the burger extremely well. I'd probably go a double next time, but you definitely get your money's worth. The fries are solid. Not elite, but I've had far worse. A little more salt and crisp would have elevated these to top tier; but still, very very good. Overall, a solid burger and fries if you're in a pinch. read more

The service is always fast (less than 10 minutes) for freshly-prepared food and the staff is always so polite. I usually get a kid's meal because the portions are so generous. The custard is almost unnecessary because it's so much food to begin with. I like the option of the voucher to return for the dessert at a later time. However, it's a nice addition if you have a sweet tooth and don't mind popping it in the freezer once you get home. I usually order the kid's cheeseburger (with all the toppings) with fries. Absolutely love coming here because the folks involved in the drive through operation are incredible - always pleasant, friendly, and complimentary. Of the three times I have been since the store opened, the person taking the order at the window and the person who walks the food to the car have been very kind. The staff at this location rival or surpass the manners you would expect from chick fil a. That being said, of the three times I have been, my order has been wrong all three times. Nothing major (onions on my burger after asking for no onions, no straw, etc) but for how long the wait typically is, I would expect better attention to detail. Slow as slow can be. Bland generic fast food. Overpriced and enough calories to help you get type 2 diabetes. Ordered ahead and it was supposed to be ready for pick up at 6:22. Wasn't ready until 6:52. Some was cold, some was warm. ‍ Ice cream in my concrete mixer tasted word and they went cheap and put in litte candy. Premium prices for cheap yucky crap. This is not fast food to save you time. It's fattening food to waste your time. Save you money and skip this. Nothing good here Ambiance is the same generic look as all Culver's. My husband and I ordered through the drive thru around 8p.m. The staff was really friendly, which I expect coming to Culver's. The grill master was on point tonight as well!! My husband always gets a burger, a few times he wasn't satisfied at this location but tonight was great. Well done, Culver's Crew! read more

The food was ok, cooked as advertised. I liked the way the fish and the fries were cooked. I did not like the Cole slaw and the prices are high. I had the cod fish dinner and it didn't taste any better than what I have had at a couple other places at half the price. read more

ordered a plain butter burger, onion rings and a coke at drive thru. The person who brought the food to the car was holding the bag way out in front of them, which I thought was odd. As I was driving home it became clear why the worker had done that as the food bag stunk to high heaven. When I got home I was able to determine the plain butter burger was what smelled horrible. The dog got the butter burger, no way would I eat something that smelled so foul. The onion rings were good as was the coke. I won't be returning. read more
