During my recent visit, I experienced conduct that was not only unprofessional but highly inappropriate for a customer-facing establishment. The people were not very friendly to me at all. They lacked manners and overall the atmosphere was not very great. The actions and attitude of the team--with the exception of Crazy Connie, who remained polite and respectful--made the visit extremely uncomfortable. Whether it was the tone used with customers, inappropriate jokes, or a general lack of courtesy, the behavior I witnessed does not align with the standard of service I expect from a brand like Dairy Queen. Although the food was good. I don't recommend. I believe customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I hope this message prompts a review of staffing and training practices to ensure that all employees reflect the values of your company. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

We got seated immediately and our server Matzi came over right away. She's a sweet and bubbly young lady, offered coffee right away. We ordered an omelet with crispy hash browns and pancakes. It arrived quickly. The omelet and pancakes were very good but the oil to cook the hash browns gave them a weird taste; and a little too much oil. Matzi refilled coffee several times, always friendly and sweet. She was the star of the show. Nice music was playing in the background, just perfect volume. Restaurant temp was also perfect.. comfortable. The restaurant was busy and everyone seemed happy. This place is a throwback to the 60s. Good times.
