I go about once every 2 weeks now and am always disappointed. Order a blizzard and you are lucky to get 2 or 3 small pieces of reeses peanutbutter cup chunks. During my recent visit, I experienced conduct that was not only unprofessional but highly inappropriate for a customer-facing establishment. The people were not very friendly to me at all. They lacked manners and overall the atmosphere was not very great. The actions and attitude of the team--with the exception of Crazy Connie, who remained polite and respectful--made the visit extremely uncomfortable. Whether it was the tone used with customers, inappropriate jokes, or a general lack of courtesy, the behavior I witnessed does not align with the standard of service I expect from a brand like Dairy Queen. Although the food was good. I don't recommend. I believe customers deserve to be treated with basic respect and professionalism. I hope this message prompts a review of staffing and training practices to ensure that all employees reflect the values of your company. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to seeing improvements on my next visit.

Adrian's Frozen Custard isn't just a shop; it's a time capsule of Americana. Established in 1974, this roadside landmark at 512 S. Pine Street is announced by a towering, classic neon sign that has beckoned families toward Lake Geneva for over half a century. It represents a "meaningful moment" legacy--the kind of place where the world slows down long enough to capture a snapshot of pure bliss. I carry a memory of my departed father-in-law sitting there, surrounded by his grandchildren in the gentle breeze of a holiday afternoon. It is a perfect, preserved moment of happiness, fueled by the kind of soul-curing milkfat that most assuredly comes from cows just a few miles down the road. When it comes to the product, there is only one word that matters: Mouthfeel. This is the masterclass of the "Midwest Custard" texture--silky, dense, and unapologetically heavy. While the world tries to complicate things with endless toppings, Adrian's understands that the soul of custard lives in the trinity: Chocolate, Vanilla, or the Swirl. To me, those are the only flavors a true stand needs. Anything more would be a distraction from the perfection of the churn. Adrian's is the foundational entry on my Mount Rushmore of Ice Cream, a leading god in my Pantheon of Frozen Dairy. It is the nostalgic classic against which all other textures are measured. If you find yourself near the lake, do more than just grab a cone. Experience the stillness, sit in the circle, and build this into your own legacy of meaningful moments. It is a timeless experience that reminds us why we travel in the first place.

Still a gem! Always delicious, always the best flavors of the day and monthly specials. They do…read moreaccept cards now too!

The gentleman behind the counter was friendly and a family man. We ordered two individual scoops of ice cream plus a chocolate chip cookie. The black raspberry chip was something I haven't seen in a long time and I enjoyed all of it! My wife had the cosmic cookie flavor and that was out of this world good!. We have not eaten the cookie yet, so no idea what that was like, but I am sure it is good down to the last crumb. Oh, and the hot fudge was a great addition to the cosmic cookie flavor and the serving had to be put in a bigger cup to hold it all together!

Every one who works there makes you feel like a valued customer, and are so clearly happy to be there...what a pleasure! We were so sad when Ivy's closed, as it was a favorite place to go for a special treat, so we were very excited to see Sweets & Bean open in its place---and now it's our new favorite!
