This Culvers has great service and great employees. The food and custard is always amazing. The dining area is always clean and ready for you to sit down to eat. Called Culvers and was told he can stop back and get his pint and receive another one on them for the mistake. They never specified when he had to come back...and they were going to send coupons, but was told it would be easier just to stop back.Well, he stopped back not even a week later and was told it was too long and they won't do that. One of the worst Culver's I've ever had the misfortune of visiting. Swung in the drive-thru for a cone. Sounds painless, right? If you like your clothes to be ruined by custard that is so runny it drips out of every orface painless, here's the place. The Oreo Blitz (or what ever it was called) blitzed my hands and white dress shirt with a sea of brown melted slop. The cone was covered in runny, melted custard as the kid handed it through the drive up window. My hands, shirt , and car interior were almost instantly covered in brown goo. At least the kid gave me one wilted napkin to clean the mess up with. I actually parked the car and walked into the place covered in custard, soggy cone in hand. Before I could say anything, the a-s hat behind the counter pointed to the napkin tray and never offered any help at all. "You can wash up in the bathroom." He said. I never was offered a replacement cone or anything. The guy saw me angerly toss it in the trash bucket. I never dropped or spilled any of the cone, it was filled with melted custard that ran all over when it was handed to me. Why would Culver's serve such a disgrace? My $3.49 cone cost me a total of $75 for new shirt, and a interior shampoo for my car. I never got to eat a drop of the thing, so I can't comment on how it tasted. What a joke. Fine burger made to order. It would be nice it the patties were not so well done. The staff that delivers is friendly, but napkins with your meal would be a good addition. The custard and shakes is really where they shine. Get the seasonal flavor. Always the best option on the menu. read more

Took the grandsons inside the restaurant for dinner. Have to say since Covid have not been inside before tonight. Ordered and when we got our tray the French fries were missing. My husband went up and brought them back to the table. Took one bite of my chicken sandwich and it was cold Went up to ask them to warm it and there were 6 people standing behind the counter and not one person asked to help me. I had to wait for the girl at the register. She was talking to someone who never got there cheese curds brought to their table. Finally she helped me and I got another sandwich. I came back to the table and told my husband how I stood there and some of the employees looked at me but no one asked to help. He said the same thing happened to him when he went up for the fries. My husband also ordered a Wisconsin Melt. Halfway thru he said - usually this is on bread and not a bun. Looked at the receipt and the cashier entered his sandwich incorrectly so he didn't actually have a patty melt after all. Upon leaving I asked for 2 cups of ice cream to go - she handed them to me with no covers and not to go. When I said I would like them to go I was just confronted with a dirty look. They need to make some changes at this location. Better training and more Management making sure the orders are correct and also making sure the customers are treated respectfully. Just fine service. Fine fries & strawberry shake. Single cheeseburger, added bacon-seemed very "pressed". Tasted fine inside, crispy outer edges. Canine loved the edges (not as picky)! Plenty of parking, right off US21 & 41, easy to get to (if you can handle roundabouts). read more

If you like greasy burgers with the scrapings from the grill, this is the place for you! Not sure where the Butter in the title came from, possibly the grease. I've had better luck with their chicken entree's, soups and of course the custard. They also make an excellent french fry, crinkle cut, not your usual shoestring most quick service outlets offer. Their custard with Daily special flavors can't be beat. Another thing you can't find at any of the other fast food outlets is the incredibly clean dining rooms as well as a staff that is second to none. This place was absolutely terrible. We ordered a small order with 3 shakes, 2 burgers, and fries and we ordered "for here." We were waiting about 20 minutes when finally a worker had come up to us and asked if we were still waiting on our food. We had said yes and the employee had said he would see what was going on. That employee went up and never returned to us and not a word was said or anything. Come 35 to 40 minutes in after ordering, we were quite frustrated and one of us went up and talked to the cashiers. After a minute, they had said our order was written down wrong as "to go" and it had been sitting up front on the counter for 20 ish minutes. They had said they would remake it and serve it to us shortly and we would get free things, which I didnt know if it was coupons or things added to our order. Still, it took a little bit to get us our order but whatever. It finally arrived and they had forgotten our fries and our shakes were a little melted. So we had to go back up once again, tell them, and then wait for our fries. We had not gotten any coupon or any free thing added to our order and it was just a terrible time all together. would not go to this place if you are ordering for a group of more than two and even then, i still think you should just go next door to one of the other fast food and restraunts. This Culver's is the worst Culver's I have eaten at. Often food is missing from drive through orders and the manager is disrespectful to the customers. There is clearly an issue with training. The first time I went to Culver's I liked it I had their butter burger. So a couple weeks ago my boyfriend came to get us dinner before he picked me up to head to a graduation a half hour away. I go to eat my food and there's no French fries in the bag. So I'm highly upset because that's part of the meal. My tenders aren't going to fill me up. So I call and speak w a female manager who's name I can't recall. Says I can come back for the fries. Which I can't because I'm on my way to a graduation which starts at a specific time. I was already halfway there and I did not have time to turn around and come back to fix the problem that culvers had caused. So I came through today to redeem my free meal as I was in Oshkosh again. (Also a part that I had left out was I have moved to another city so I haven't been able to come back here.) I explain the situation at the speaker they told me to pull up. I speak to the manager Eric who says that there's nothing written down in the office, which is what the previous female manager I had talked to told me she would do since I told her I wasn't falling for the whole mailed coupons because I never get those) then he says there's nothing written down in the book and only the manager who promised that can actually give the free meal because anyone can say that. Ok well my morals are higher than that. And that's extremely unprofessional and irresponsible of the manager. And Eric told me I have to come back a day heather is working in order to talk to her. Which is a huge inconvenience for me since I no longer live in Oshkosh! And how am I supposed to know when this lady works? She had a job to do she made a promise to me and she couldn't keep it.
