We normally like this Culver's and tonight we stopped by for sundaes. We ordered through the drive thru. When we got to the window I handed her my card to pay and NOTHING was said by the employee. Didn't repeat the total, handed me back my card, then the sundaes, no receipt and most importantly, NO THANK YOU I'm tired of spending money at establishments where employees can't say Thank You. Without your customers you don't have a job. Management needs to make proper training a priority. And BTW, didn't get any napkins either. read more

I took a lunch break to grab food from here in the drive thru to have to wait for over 30 mins to get my food. I asked the food runner multiple times if I was going to get my food to no answer.Then, I had to walk inside for them to have to reorder my food and had to wait even longer. No applogy or anything. I love this Culver's! I have been to many different locations and this one is one of my favorites. The food and service is consistently on point. The staff is always courteous and kind. They go out of their way to take great care of my kids and I making us feel like valued customers. The management and owners are involved and care about their business and it shows! I don't have the easiest order I customize my food a lot and they always keep up with me and get my order correct which is a pretty rare thing. To begin- we are just relaxing a few of the COVID-19 rules. My significant other prefers to eat in a restaurant. So Culver's was open had seating - let's give it a try. We ordered (not having been to a Culver's but once before) and asked questions about the food options. It was like pulling teeth to get the girl at the counter to help. Once we made the decisions, they pointed to a table and said that our drinks would be set on. Oh great, they are taking precautions bc of Covid-19. We got the drinks and went around the corner to the dining room. Chose an empty table and started watching to see what measures were being taken to keep the place sanitized and germ free. I watched 3 different tables of people, who finished their meals (each table was a family of 4) and there was no effort to wipe the table, chairs or nearby surfaces. THEN, more people sat at these tables. WHAT?????? No sanitizing???? NOthing. These new groups had no idea that their table had not been sanitized. When the young kid worker finally came into the dining room and was checking tables, he ONLY checked and cleaned those that had crumbs on them. NEITHER of the used (twice by now) tables were touched. This made me really concerned about my table. I found my own disinfecting cloth and wiped down my table, food packaging and drink cup. Culver's please let me know if you aren't sanitizing your dining room, I would NEVER have gone into your restaurant. And probably won't ever go back. WHich is too bad, the fish was pretty good. Mashed potatoes were burnt and the salad was wilted. We are in a time where every effort counts and Culver's lack of effort is disappointing and I wish that there were some place that I could turn them in. This practice puts my health at risk. The food is good but the service at the drive thru is always terrible. No matter the shift the drive thru people are always super rude.

I came here multiple times but was not satisfied at all any of the visits. The workers took a while to make the food even though they were over staffed. When I ordered a concrete mixer, they managed to make 10 ice cream sundaes in less than 5 minutes but well over 15 minutes for the mixer. The lady who handed me the mixer had an attitude and did not care one bit. I'm sorry but I'm only going to be having the Culver's on the parkway. read more

Price deception and rude manager. When I ordered my basket I asked if onion rings were an option since the menu showed that the basket includes sandwich + side + drink and onion rings were listed on the menu as a side. The guy on the speaker stated that yes, they were an option without informing me there would be an upcharge. When my $8.50 meal turned into an $11.00 meal I asked about it when I got to the window. The lady stated that it was in fact an upcharge to which I responded that I had asked when ordering and was told it was no problem. The manager came to the window and started yelling at me that it was on the screen when I ordered. Seriously yelling! She was saying that they are a premium side and it showed up on the screen. I told her that it didn't show on the screen, that the menu didn't show that they were premium, and that I had asked the guy and he said I could get them. She continued to yell at me about it being on the screen and at that point I realized we were getting no where then mumbled something about them sucking (not my finest hour but if I'm going to tell the story I will be fair and point out that I was no angel either) and dropped it and pulled forward to wait for my meal. Once I received my meal I pulled around to the back and watched the screen when a couple of people ordered. Surprise, their order did not pop on the screen either and the total popped up only after they drove away. I will be sending a letter to the company but really, what else is there to do but warn you of their deceptive pricing & rudeness. On to the food. The fries were good, crispy on the outside mushy on the inside with a touch of salt. The cod sandwich was flavorless, soggy, and nothing I would waste my money on again. I didn't even finish it. The pepsi is the perfect mixture of syrup and fizz. And I have never had a bad custard at any Culvers location. It's always so incredibly creamy. I will visit other Culver's locations in the future though, if any at all. Fritz's has great custard too... read more

I don't care for the butter burgers but the frozen custard is amazing. So many options to choose from and they are all great.

Nice place to take somebody. I was a fan of the chicken they moved that item from the menu so I fell out of love. But they have other cool items the mash potatoes task like baby food I always say. The butter burgers are ok I just hate the thought of grease running down my face making me feel like tin man. LOL I do recommend Culvers the fries are great. The atmosphere is always clean and welcoming as well as safe for the entire family. I'm the Yelp out of here be blessed and eat at your own discretion. read more

Everything about this place was pretty average. The food wasn't amazing but it was good. The service wasn't above and beyond but I had no problems. They messed up my order but fixed it imideatly. Great fast food place that I would recomend. read more

I drove through and ordered. I had to pull around and wait. No big deal. When it came, my order was missing fries.The girl who brought the food to my car said I would have to go in as she was not allowed to go get them. SHE forgot something, but *I* had to park, and go in and get it myself. I used the drive through so I wouldn't HAVE TO go in. I went in. The manager, Destiny, put fries in a bag and gave them to me. For THAT I had to go in. It was the same thing that the original employee should have done. I guess the minimum wage workers can't be trusted around the fries. No apology from Destiny. I said I drove through so I wouldn't have to come in, And I didn't understand why the other girl couldn't have just brought me out the missing item. Destiny then proceeded to smirk, roll her eyes, and walk away. No " I'm sorry for your inconvenience." No apology. Nothing. She was extremely rude. And having to go in to fetch the remainder of my order instead of the employee going to retrieve it was ridiculous. Your manager, Destiny, was rude and condescending.
