I went to Culver's on Saturday, February 21 around 6 PM. The drive-through person managed to get my order severely wrong as he rung me up for tenders, even though I said cod, dinner with onion rings. Then as soon as this wonderful employee named Chazzy managed to help me out as this restaurant missed an entire burger and I had to wait for an extra 30 minutes for them to freshly remake my order as I did not want to have warm food. From now on, I will be going to the Culver's in Lexington as I never had an issue with an order ever until I came to the one in Nicholasville. Chazzy did a good job helping me as I did not come face-to-face with a manager with the issue at all. So thank you... otherwise I will invest my money into the Culver's of Lexington. read more

Order 59 at Culver's #479 on 8/12/2025. They only gave us two burgers of the three we ordered. They also did not give us the ketchup we asked for. I would love a follow up on this as we paid $37.92 for 3 meals and were robbed of $13. Shame on you Culver's! Edit: the bacon is also burnt. read more

the food is always great. however the wait is outrageous. Fast food isn't really fast food when you wait 25-30 minutes in a line after you already paid for your order. I've been sitting in the same position since 4:00pm. it's currently 4:38 and I am yet to recieve the food I already paid for lol. super inconvenient. where are your workers? Why can none of us get serviced? Why are managers not managing and Making sure adequate service is met. This is ridiculous and needs to be resolved. This winter I ordered and while I was explaining what I didn't want on my burger, the drive-thru worker cut though and said "what do drink", with a brash and annoying tone instead of allowing me to order. Did the same on my wife's order and then on the THIRD order she said "what to drink'" before I even ordered the entire and I could hear another girl laughing with her in the background like a bunch of children. I realized they were messing with me and drove off. Today was Father's Day so my family asked me what I wanted, and I told them Culver's. We ordered and they got 1 out of 3 types of drinks correct, almost no ice in any of them, forgot my drink completely and they explained that they didn't give it to me because they had to get it from the lobby, which made zero sense. so I should've known better to check the bag once the food arrived. When we got home, they forgot my entree on Father's Day. I still like Culver's as a company and will still go to other franchises, as they have good food, but I will never spend another dime at this location. read more

First time here and I must say that everything we ordered.. (Grilled chicken sandwich, cheese curds, fried shrimp dinner and a salad with Raspberry Vinegerrette) was absolutely delicious. If you are looking for a good meal with a decent price, I highly recommend this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even made sure that everything was good with us. My son and I visited Culver's for dinner 3/25/24 at 961 main st, Nicholasville. We were both so pleasantly surprised!! As a first visit to ANY Culver's, Ray was very friendly and made sure we understood their menu, and answered every question with KINDNESS! We go out to eat quite often and have NEVER been treated the way we were there. The food was brought to our table quickly, and was delicious! We ate our food in what seemed like a pre-covid atmosphere. Employees seemed happy to be there working - no yelling, cursing, hatefulness, like they actually enjoyed their jobs! The prices were fair and the portions were filling. I went to 'tell the manager' how pleasant our experience was only to find out the person who took our order WAS the manager, Ray. I love this place but not for the butter burgers. I go for items on the menu that you may not expect at a burger joint. You have to try the fried fish platter, cheese curds, cashew chicken salad, and ice cream! Everything is made fresh so expect a wait. If you use the drive-thru, they give you a plastic number that you can put on your car door handle. They bring it out to you within minutes and it's definitely worth the wait! read more

I really like Culver's and normally go to one in Lexington. However, while in Nicholasville, I decided to pick up dinner. I got the 3 piece fish dinner with fries and slaw to go. The fish crust was undercooked and doughy. I was unable to eat it as it was very gross and I felt the fish probably wasnt done either since the crust was wet & doughy inside. I called and asked to speak to the manager. A young-sounding female told me she would send me a coupon, but it never arrived. After a couple of weeks, I called a second time, same story. This time, I caught the manager's name. Waited a couple of weeks again...nothing. Called a third time, asked for manager by name, found she no longer worked there. They finally sent a coupon for a 2 piece fish meal. I haven't used it yet because it's only good at the Nicholasville location. Also, I was sort of shocked to read that their tarter sauce has 39 grams of fat! Yikes! That's insane! I love it and I realize that when I go to Culver's, it's not in search of nutritious food. But what the heck, I'm still planning to go...lol! I'll just skip the tarter sauce next time and make my own. read more

I don't get it. Can u get a burger that doesn't have butter on it? I guess the butter is what separates this place from a Steak and Shake. That and the prices! I thought my order had fries with it for $7.00. Nearly the same burger WITH fries at Steak and Shake is $4.00. I guess a pretzel bun adds $3.00. Still need to try the custard but I don't see how custard can beat ice cream. Maybe it's me. I'm beginning to think I'm the only person out there that doesn't like grease. Ok gave it another shot and tried the custard. Burger fries and custard shake was nearly $11. The burger was once again disgusting and extremely small for 2 patties. Then had me go back up and re order and wait even longer, yes they messed up and just added my new order to the end of the queue, I dined in and can't imagine how or if they get the drive thru orders right. We visited this Culver's for the first time tonight, we decided to eat in. I ordered a sandwich and was very disappointed in the amount of meat as well as the bun being very wet from the pot roast. The manager was walking around asking how our meal was and I explained to him my disappointment, he quickly went to the back and came back with a whole new sandwich. He was very kind, thorough and expeditious. I was very pleased with his attention to me and to the other patrons at the restaurant. I didn't get his name but he made a not so pleasant situation turn out to be very pleasant. I would recommend them, especially under his supervision anytime and the sandwich was delicious!! read more
