Food was great, although when I got home, I realized I got no fries with my kids meal.

So surprised by the 3 stars- I don't eat fast food often but when I'm craving the tastiest burger combo, the deluxe double with onion rings and root beer is the ultimate! I don't know what they do to that root beer but it is so creamy and delicious- and that burger- perfectly smashed patties and I swear the flavor of the meat can't be beat! My son got the cod sandwich and he said it was tast as well! Service was fast and friendly- you do typically have to wait because they make everything fresh to order but it's worth it!! read more

Always love Culver's whichever State I'm in. I was visiting Colorado from Phoenix with family. And as we were driving through the neighborhood, we decided to stop by at Culver's, which was such a treat! I ordered the butter burger with a small fries and a concrete mixer. I thought I might get the flavor of the day to check it out. It was some sort of a pumpkin flavor. I ended up taking two bites and not liking it very much and went to the front and Tim the manager helped me out. I asked if it would be possible to switch it out for just plain chocolate. He gladly did it with a smile. Was very happy, thank you so much, Tim! The ambience, of course, is always chill and relaxed with family, dining, and a fun view of the main street. read more

Literally criminal behavior This place took an $80 order. Then proceeded to only give me 2/3 of the food ordered. When I spoke with customer service, they literally offered me a $1.96 refund. I'm forced to go through my credit card company to rectify this illegal action. read more

Food was amazing! All made to order and fresh! The best part about it was the customer service. Parker was amazing! Super positive, helpful & suggestive. This brand's lucky to have him. He should be in management, if not already. Cheers read more

Not lake wood Aurora, this is one of our favorite places. Some times we get burgers, sometimes we get fish ,and we love their frozen custard, we have it nearly every time we're there. Never had a bad meal. read more

The service here is incredibly disrespectful. An employee delivered my carry-out order to the table by tossing the bag of fries down and sliding my concretes across the table as if I was an inconvenience to them. To make matters worse, the order wasn't even right--my fries were completely burnt, the concretes were made wrong, and one of them even had a hair in it. Save your money and go somewhere that respects their customers. read more

Ophelia was the most pleasant and passionate cashier I have ever had. Her energy made my day.

I have NEVER left a negative review for an establishment. But this place EARNED IT! It If I could give them zero, I would. They forgot an order. When we called they took our address for a voucher. They didn't give us a refund FOR THE PRODUCT THEY DIDNT DELIVER. I spoke to the manager who said it was policy. I asked for the owner's emails and she gave me the general store's email. CHECK YOUR ORDER!!THIS STORE DOES NOT CARE OF THEY GOT IT WRONG AND WONT GIVE YOU YOUR MONEY BACK IF THEY DO!!! read more

I had an amazing meal tonight with some of my friends. It was snowing really hard and no one felt like cooking. We were headed home from King Soopers, right across the street and decided a butter burger sounded good. The staff at this restaurant is as personable and friendly as can be. Our counter person was an African American man named Prince. He was perfectly groomed, friendly, welcoming and great at his job. He is also the person that brought our food to the table and asked us, very professionally, if there was anything else he could get us. He was genuine and all smiles. Then, we ordered some food to go later on and the general manager, Briane, helped us. She was also friendly and extremely helpful. No request was too small for her and she chatted us up like we were old friends. The food is top notch for fast food but the staff is the real gem here. Plus, the building and parking lot are immaculate. Even the restrooms are spic and span. Thank you for making our snowy evening meal a delight. read more

Service is nice, once you get acknowledged. Picked slices are thicker than the burger - since when is culver's a smash burger? And I can't taste the beef! This was a disappointing visit. I don't see us coming back any time soon. Really disappointing. Cheese curds are exactly as they should be though. So there's that. read more

First time ever visiting a Culver's!!! Seriously was blown away by their service Walked in for a pick up order and even though we had to wait for our food to be finished, the staff interacted with us. Apologized multiple times. Made jokes. And just overall we're very welcoming and still happy to see us even though the rush was crazy. The manager asked to remake our concrete mixers since they had melted a bit by the time we got the rest of our order and used it as a training opportunity for a new hire that was working that night. (Smart of the manager to do coming from a retail management background myself and just overall stellar customer service) The staff behind the counter and by the drive thru window were singing songs and keeping the energy alive in their team. Taking requests and really giving it their all. The staff cleaning the dining hall and bathrooms were really paying attention and making sure their whole establishment was spotless which just made me even happier to be there. Very solid team that worked well together under pressure. And very great customer service and interaction. Really made my typical boring and frustrating Monday just so much better. Didn't stop smiling and talking about how awesome they were the rest of the way home. Thank you guys so much! read more

The burgers are fresh and full of flavor. Buns are delicious. Onion rings are some of the best around.

I've been a fan of the Culver's butter burger since we discovered them in Illinois. I still am. I know that fast food in Colorado is an afterthought in the whole scheme of public dining. My Illinois guilty pleasure, Burger King, and their south of the border sister, Taco Bell can't seem to get their orders correct in Colorado. Even McDonald's joins the wrong orders/ bad tasting food circus like the others. But Culver's seems to have managed to skip the quality complacency of their rivals to deliver consistently good meals. Their burgers taste exactly the same as back home and the custard does too. But none of this is why I'm taking the time to do a review. The Culver's off of Wadsworth is different possibly because of their secret customer weapon who takes the dining experience at this place a notch above others I've been to. Her name is Ophelia and she was the cashier when we visited last time. Her joyous personality brightened the place and simply made my day that much better. read more

I had the hot fish sandwich which came with cold cheese and toppings. Overall, it was not real tasty.

Been curious about Culver's for a while. I finally tried it after receiving a 'pint for a pint' gift certificate for donating blood. I thought the burger was soso, the chicken sandwich was very good and the frozen custard was great. I was most impressed with EVERY worker's friendliness, helpfulness, and efficiency. THAT is what has brought me back more than once! read more

Pulled into Culver's craving comfort and left with dental trauma, disappointment, and zero diet Dr Pepper. Got parked like I was up fine dining, only to be handed a jaw-shattering chicken sandwich. No DDP? Strike two. And making customers wait in spaces shows the kitchen isn't trained to handle orders efficiently. Strike three. Should've gone to Good Times. 2/10 -- won't be back anytime soon. read more

Culver's is always good for a fast-food ish type meal. This location though must have great management. The employees are quite young but everyone is well groomed, very pleasant and say the right things. In this day of young kids and fast food places that's a rarity. So kudos to management. read more

Man, I hate to write this because I LOVE Culver's but this location isn't it. I'm here at 8:50pm and I see 3 staff talking in the parking lot, but when I get out of my car to go inside they tell me it's closed with no explanation. Not the end of the world if it's closed, but communication is everything. Bummer. My last time here they missed my order and I went through the drive through and they happily corrected it. Again, not the end of the world but might be helpful for management to know. read more

Culver's cares about customer service. As soon we walked in we were greeted with smiles. We used a buy one get one entree coupon which was such an excellent deal. I got the double butter burger, fries, and a soda and my wife Crystal got chicken tender basket with fries and a soda. We ate inside and our meals were brought to us. Next visit we will definitely have to come back and get ice cream but we were way too full and even had left overs to bring home after eating. The burger was so juicy and delicious! Everything was fresh and hot and of course yummy dips for the chicken and the fries. We got our soda refills before leaving and enjoyed our visit in this very clean friendly and fun environment. We will definitely be coming back soon and can't wait to come just for some of the ice cream! read more

food was cold, bland and basically inedible. my fish and chips were soggy and tasted like oil, and nothing else. I spent $55 dollars on this meal, and waited over an hour and a half for it, and I am sad to say all I enjoyed was the cheese curds and even then, barely. everything was highly disappointing and I regret spending my money here. I do not recommend this location especially if ordering through an app like door dash or uber eats. I am not one to leave reviews especially bad ones but to say the least I am very very disappointed. read more

The place opened up recently, so everything there is new, clean and works! Which is pretty awesome. They had everything in order. They even had a little merch display. What they did not have in order was staffing for lunch. The place was packed with only one working the cashier, bless her heart, and was trying to remain patient with two in front of myself that obviously never been to a Culver's before. Finally, by the time they got to me, they opened up all the registers and orders started being taken smoothly. The food is as good as I remembered, with a warm, standard burger and crinkle fries to die for. And their brand root beer is always a must. read more

still the worst food around , Culver's commercials make it sound like good fresh , wholesome food , but again it is not. my daughter and my grandkids went to Culver's to get a burger . they said the burgers were cold and over cooked . that night all three of them felt sick from Culver's food and my daughter said she will never eat there food again. I don't know why this fast food or should I say slow wait forever food makes it sound like good food because it's not. This companies food is gross and not good at all. please be careful when getting food here you might regret it. if I could rate it less than a star I would rate it No Stars. eat at your own risk. They are pretty consistent about getting my order wrong. Not a huge deal, but dang y'all already take a long time to not get it right.

The food tastes like shit! Surely you want a review on an over praised meal that don't look anywhere near of what their advertisements show and if you like spoiled hot mayonnaise on a hamburger then this crap house is for you. Mayonnaise does not belong on an American hamburger ever! So in healthy I can't say enough how unhealthy their burger is. Overcooked terribly thin burger that is so greasy you could lube your car with it. And the cost makes it the biggest rippoff of all the burger joints! The staff is walking around wondering what to do. Get rid of 80% of them cause they are not needed. read more

Really good burgers, and the onion rings are awesome. Great friendly service. I really liked their frozen custard.

I've been to better Culver's . The fish wasn't as good as usual. It felt like they were using 'old oil'. The custard, was great!

The food is obviously good but the service is SO slow. I waited 25 minutes in the drive thru line with only one car in front of me, and I wasn't able to exit the line and go somewhere else because of the way the drive thru is laid out.
