No I didn't get another meal. I really wanted a soft serve ice cream. McD's was close to the restaurant. It was just what I needed. They have a parking lot, playground & drive thru. read more

This is a McDonald's I go to when I've lost patience with the one in my neighborhood. Plus, this location was participating in KPop Demon Hunters happy meals, and my local one was not. Sadly, like most all fast food places these days, accuracy and quality control is lacking. My order is rarely correct. They need a third window. That last window where they correct everything that is wrong with the order. Further, too many homeless allowed to just hang around and harass customers for money. All in all, it's an "ok" McDonald's read more

They moved the ADA parking as far away as they can just to accommodate online orders (pick ups). Not sure if it was to appease the customers or make it easier for the workers to walk less. Total garbage. I watched an elderly couple have to walk through the traffic of the drive thru just so others would have to work less. I'll definitely call the State about this. read more

They claim to stay open until 12 but consistently close at 11. I've gone here multiple times because it says they are open but am left furious that they closed early. try to call the store, no answer. try to get one of the 4 employees inside to talk to me, am ignored. Dont even deserve the 1 star I gave them read more

They give me 2 cookies when I asked 3 cookies. Man check the cookies before you guy services..

The food was good and the service was friendly. I used the restroom and it was clean, but out of towels. Overall a good experience.

they suck at taking orders they fuckn suck at there job especially the manager or whoever the fuck took my order

This location is so dirty. Food is old and cold. The staffs are chit chat and wait for ever for food. I saw staffs grab a cub for my drink and put her finger in my cup the put the cup in the ice bin without scoop. Disgusting. This place is dirty. No one care. Health department should be here and check with them. Not coming back read more

messed up my order, didn't include the full order, and didn't prioritize making my MISSING food at all. I waited MORE than before even though it was just a medium fry read more

Employees closed store early, doors are locked at 9:20pm instead of 10:00. Very frustrating

This location has horrible customer service, horrible food, and old food! I literally pulled my burger out of the box to an old dried up stack of patties and buns not even placed in the correct order. Also the manager spoke little to no English. Thus is unacceptable and I will be reporting this store to corporate. This store will suffer my rath. I don't pay money for old crappy food. Unacceptable! read more

McDonalds - PLEASE update your hours online!! Everywhere we checked stated an 11pm closing time, so we were betting on grabbing a late dinner here after hours of driving. We arrived at 10:15 to all lights off. What a disappointment! The only thing open in this town after-hours is the Flying J, with a Subway inside (our saving grace) read more

The food was great but unfortunately the fries were very cold by the time they got to me.

I had a beautiful relax walk with my dog this morning that he even let me trim his paw nails. So I decided to treat him with a pup-uccino. I didn't choose to go to where the name come from because of the size and we all know size matters. As I pull up to the drive thur speak it was hilarious to me asking them for just a cup of whip cream that they didn't question it and hand me a cup full of love and joy my dog was in heaven. I get annoyed like none other when there is a business out there with no photo on Yelp. Call it OCD, call it insanity but I added a pic of this particular McDonald's and for the past six months or so Yelp keeps asking for a review of this place. So, here it is: This McDonald's cured my hangover and that's about the extent of this review. Ok, ok - this is your run of the mill store but like one would expect the people watching was off the hook. It was nice to see these golden arches when I was out for a delivery during work. There's a lot of sun that comes in so you get your Vitamin-D and a Big Mac all at once! Done and done. read more

Came and used the kiosks. Told 4 different people that it was NOT printing receipts. So it was a mess standing in a crowd when they were only yelling out order numbers (which none of us had). When I finally talked to what I'm assuming is a manager was dismissed. Awful service. read more

All the haters be hating. Waa waa waa... One review said "It was the most disrespectful thing ever...." I got news for you people-it's a fast food joint with a playground. They serve more meals in a day than you will probably make in your lifetime. People are humans. Humans make mistakes. Every time one makes a mistake, it's not necessary to write a couple paragraphs about it. All these bad reviews about a fast food joint messing up your french fry. Look at these people's profiles and guess what- all 1 star reviews. Get a life people and quit hating- Maybe write about some positive things in life. I ordered the new Bacon Smokehouse burger and got a happy meal for my 6 year old. Food tasted great for fast food, the people working were very nice. The building was clean. My kid played and according to him it was "THE BEST DAY EVER!" read more

If people would quit socializing they might get an order correct. This location has decreased in efficiency, professionalism and overall quality for the last six months. Hopefully will be fixed soon! read more

The service is always polite and friendly, although not as fast as other units. But the sole reason for only two stars is the young white lady (18/19) at the pick up window had 7 nasty, disgusting hickies all over her neck. A professional restaurant McDonalds would have sent the employee home not allowing them to to work their shift. Says a lot about this unit operator. read more

I've been here several times and it's great. Super Service (esp. Eric, he is always friendly and in a good mood). Good burgers and clean. Thumbs up read more

This is the closest McDonald's to my home, but I will be going to a different one from now on. They can't seem to get any orders right. The last 3 or 4 times I've gone there it has been wrong. I mostly get kids meals and this last time they left out the milks from the kids meals. They take the happy out of the meal. This location needs to get better help. read more

I've never had McDonald's before, but I kept hearing about it from satisfied customers, so I decided to check it out last night. I was warned, by my European friends, that McDonald's, although it LOOKS like food, isn't actually food. I ordered seven quarter pounders, eighteen nuggets, two fries and three cokes. Then, I sat down to feast. I have to admit, I was skeptical at first. This stuff didn't SMELL like food, but when I took that first bite......heaven! This is the best food on the planet, bar none. In fact, I am comfortable saying that from this day forward, I will consume ONLY McDonald's products. Nothing but the best for this little girl! read more

No one working the drive-thru; see people cleaning and closing up 50 mins before closing. Circled twice, and was ignored.

I went to get the saweetie mean to try it when I got home and was ready to try it turns out I got a surprise of 2 spicy mcchickens

This one's got a playground! Giving room to that, the restaurant itself isn't as spacious as some of the other McDonald's I've been to.

I am not one that goes to McDonald's often. I did go in September and got a meal that was shockingly awful. I ordered a Big Mac meal with extra sauce. Apparently the employee heard no sauce or at least that's what was on my receipt. When I got home I had a Big Mac with a smear of sauce, no cheese, no pickle, no onion, and a burnt bun. The worst meal I think I've ever had. So, I called to let the manager know but was too exhausto return for another meal at the time. The manager took my name, told me that I can come in for a replacement meal and to bring my receipt in when I do. So, today I went in to get my meal. The manager said that it was too long ago, she couldn't remember all of the people that she has talked to and she asked why I hadn't come in sooner. I told her that I don't eat McDonald's that often so this was my first time back. During all of this another employee was standing there listening to the conversation as she worked. When the manager was explaining to me that she's the only manager and she tells all her people (I guess there are a lot) that they have to come in within 2 weeks. I told her that the manager did not tell me that. The other female employee now asks me, with judgement, why did I not come in before? I again said that I don't eat at McDonald's that often. So the manager says that she can only give me the sandwich, not the meal. Why? Is that tule in the manager handbook? Is that a widely known McDonald's rule? No, probably not. These two ladies were just rude. They didn't want to honor the offer that I had gotten previously. I wasn't asking for anything extra, or even different at all. But she said just the sandwich. Incredible. And she's a manager that should be making their mistake right after I paid full price for a shitty meal, which was their fault. So, instead of making a good impression and earning my business back, her and her co-worker have permanently cemented this rudeness in my mind. I left immediately, without a Big Mac and drove to another McDonald's, where I gladly paid full price for the meal that I was going to get (It was the Green Mountain McDonald's). The service was fast, my food was good, and I even got a "Merry Christmas " from the employee at the cash window. This is my permanent McDonald's. I will never again go back to that hood McDonald's on Wadsworth and Jewel. They should be ashamed. read more

So this McDonald's is terrible but it's convenient so I deal with the frequent mistakes and check my order before I leave...The door says they close at midnight. The website says they close at midnight. Google and yelp say they close at midnight. I pulled up at 10:58 and watched the lights go out. Waited. Waited. I called the store and was told quite rudely that they close at 11. I'm staring at the door that says 12...I also come here at least once a week after 11 and I've never had a problem. The employee tells me I'm wrong they close at 11 and the door says 11....rude and useless employees...just go to the one on Alameda. read more

Never in my life have i been so disrepected from a mcdonalds. Where to start. The cashiers were great. Now lets talk about the store manager lexus. This location made us pull ahead to wait for our food. No problem. Upon arriving home we realized they forgot our fries. So we headed back to the store during a blizzard. I politely asked to be compensated for the wrong order. Lexus very rude and disrespectful gave us 2 free apple pies. Our food was already very cold because we had to come back. We politely asked for a new hot fresh order after spending nearly $40 only to be told no. I called the store and asked to speak to lexus about this ordeal.
