Based on the condition of the food and other reviews mentioning similar issues, it strongly suggests the burger was microwaved rather than properly remade. My partner ordered a medium-rare steak for his NY skillet, but it came out tough and overcooked, showing a lack of attention to basic temperature instructions. There was also an order error: the French toast was missing from his order and only brought out later after we flagged it and checked the receipt. They are large juicy, crispy and seasoned in a way you might not think until you've tasted it and then you'll know you need this flavor in your life. For me, I've tried both the medium and the hot varieties and if you want a little more kick go with the hot because the medium is really like a mild. They have a great dipping sauce for the chicken and I also recommend adding some honey packets as well. The fries that come in their basket are seasoned to perfection, crispy and great in the sauce too. I have had their slider with coleslaw and pickle, but for me, I just prefer the chicken strips alone themselves. All in all this is one of the best chicken tenders I've ever had. It's a step above Byrds Hot Chicken because of the size of the chicken.

I went into this White Castle on Tuesday Morning at about 6:30 am. I usually go through the drive…read morethru, not today. I told the young lady cashier, I wanted 2 double cheese burgers. I ask her if I could get the burgers and onions fresh bc the last time I came through the drive thru I had nasty greasy old onions and got a stomach ache. I explained to her that I want the same burgers the Managers leave with. She was so kindly patient and did what I asked. Another worker (Johnny) walked right in at beginning of shift and threw all the old burgers on the grill with them same brown, greasy, old onions away. It's happened to me often that if but ..if I come through the drive thru when Johnny is there my burgers are always fresh. Customers should always get fresh burgers with fresh onions. I really hope that this practice is discontinued with selling old grilled old brown onion burgers. I am sure the Corporate Office would not be happy to receive a order of old grilled, brown onions to one of their Corporate meetings. I personally don't mind the wait for fresh burgers.
