I love culver's but this location is always messing up my order or forgetting to add items. The other fargo location always does a good job, however I go to this one more often as it's way closer to where I live. Feel like the staff need more training and need to double check orders before sending them out because i'm getting tired of having to go back to get things remade and grab things they forgot to put in the bag! read more

4 times in a row I have gone through the drive thru for a simple concrete mixer. I order the largest size, which used to be a tall but is apparently medium today, and do simple mix-ins. Every time; I have been directed forward to wait rather than served at the window, waited 10-15 minutes for the singular item, been brought the item half melted (clearly having sat to the side for an unnecessary amount of time), and received it covered in nearly as much custard on the outside as what is inside the cup. I have put up with this, as I have loved Culver's since working there many years ago, but today I ordered a medium (per the menu) and received a short in the same quality as above. When I clarified the size, since I had been charged for a medium, I was informed that was it. So I am now genuinely upset; whether I was lied to by the young employee or we are being ripped off by the business itself with this predatory size change it is insulting. The food was accurate and hot but the workers are a 1 star. I thought Culver's was a family restaurant. The workers that are employed at this location will roll their eyes (just because you came to be a customer), stand around while the dinning area is a mess, and use swear words while your trying to eat your meal. The dinning area was dirty. Sticky tables with crumbs, the soda area was sticky, and the condiments area was out of stock with some soda residue everywhere. The only clean place at this location was the bathrooms. Which I was surprised to see. This is the ghettoest Culver's I have dinned at. I'd rather eat the Chick-Fil-A. read more

It's all about that pot roast sandwich. It's so good. If we had a Culver's at home I'd have to visit at least once a week for their pot roast sandwich. We enjoy the cheese curds as well and any milkshake, malt, concrete or other ice cream product is delicious too. They sell pints of their ice cream for $4+, but you can get 4 pints for $10.99. We decided to try one out and really see it's comparison as a fast food stop after seeing so many billboards. The burger tasted just like any other fast food spot. The onion rings were pretty good and crispy. The fries and cheese sauce were decent (what I would expect for a cheese sauce). The concrete mixer was the best part. I was not impressed at all the last 2 times I was in this restaurant, my wife and I ordered our food to dine in, we waited at least 20 minutes for our food and it was cold when it finally came. The whole restaurant could have been much cleaner than it was, with trash all over the floor in the soda fountain area and soda spills that had not been wiped up. read more

Oh Culver's. How I've missed you. Living in MD, there are no Culver's so I am sure to stop by whenever there is one near. The menu options far exceed any other place I know with a drive though and the quality and service can't be beat. . Their food is very good. However, they have children working and they think it's okay to have a chat instead of giving me my food that I paid for. They are getting paid for "fun time." It takes so much time just to get one burger and I'm never able to eat on my break. read more

As like other Culver's, you're food is made to order. I must say they have never once made my order wrong. The staff is always smiling and very helpful. My only recommendation would be that they change their oil in the deep fryers more often. I don't know if here was policy change at corp. that got handed to the franchises but the fries on days where the oil is well used can make them taste burnt even though they are not. read more

I'm a fan! Lots of firsts here for me. Butter single burger was surprisingly not buttery, but tasted great. Butter is only on the inside of the bun. I'm not sure I would have wanted it to be drowning in butter! A small cup of vanilla custard - tasted somewhere in between regular ice cream and soft serve, but thick, almost like you have to chew it! Lol. The next day I got the pork tenderloin sandwich. It was good; it didn't really need anything on it, but I threw some sauerkraut I had on it. I can't believe it's 600 and something calories, though. How? Hmm. Burger is a much better bang for your calories at, like, half that. :/ Crinkle fries could be softer, but that's my personal preference. Some kind of seasoning on em would be nice, too. The drive through at this location is anything but fast. After paying, I waited 10 minutes (along with 6 other poor souls all piled up in the drive through lane) for *one* original hamburger. And when it finally did come, it was just a patty in a bun that had seen better days. No topping or condiments! The person running orders to the cars had two other large orders for people in line after me, so had obviously let mine sit on the hot plate while the other orders were compiled.
