I've tried this location around 4-5 times. Today we ordered two meals (double delux with fries and soda, and a cheese butterburger with the works, curds, and iced tea with no ice) and some desserts (concrete mixer and a scoop of the day) through the drive through. The guy who brought out the items only brought the food and the drinks but took the number as if he had given all of the order over. So, my boyfriend drove away. It wasn't until he got home that he realized the guy didn't give him our desserts. I called and said I would come back for them after our meal. The lady on the line was super sweet and said they would remake them for me when I arrived. I drive back about an hour later and the staff inside knew exactly what I was there for and made my boyfriend's previous Small concrete mixer a Medium for the hassle. I truly appreciate that. I think the customer service here is wonderful! As for the food: the first time I had their butterburger I wasn't impressed. Three times I went there they forgot something or messed up my order- which is why I'm removing one star. Their custard is tricking amazing. The raspberry cheesecake is my favorite flavor of the day. Unfortunately, many of their flavors are made with high fructose corn syrup (HFCS) which I cannot have, so my choices are limited. I do wish they had more without HFCS. My cheese butterburger today was delicious. All the toppings (the works) were on it, and it just tasted better than usual. Their cheese curds are good. Service was typical nothing to rave about, I traveled home to eat dinner I realized what looked to be a hair while eating my salad pulled it off and continued eating. The order taker was pleasant, place semi-clean: there were crumbs on table, food on the floor underneath table & the washroom was in need of bleach. When the pandemic first started in March, we came to Culver's for a fish sandwich. It was a horrible experience. I filled out the survey when I got home. Much to my surprise,shortly after I finished email, I received a call from the manager of Culver's. He spoke to me about my disappointing dinner. He said he would send me some coupons for a free replacement meal. I had a hard time convincing my husband to return to Culver's. We went on Sunday , July 12th, thru the drive-up. I came here probably a month or two ago to get a brownie sundae. It was dark out so I didn't notice until I got home that I got a cup of vanilla custard with brownie pieces. No hot fudge, no whip cream, no cherry - you know, all the stuff that makes it a sundae. I drove back to Culver's and explained that I ordered a brownie sundae but only got the brownies on it. The girl I spoke to at the drive-thru was very polite but said that it's company policy that they only include exactly what I order on my sundae, but since I "technically get two toppings" she will add the hot fudge no problem. If this is true, who in the corporate world thought it was a good idea to have a customer order a sundae but also have to tell the employee that they want all the things that would normally come on a sundae? I've never experienced this before at a Culver's nor at any ice cream joint for that matter so needless to say I am still perplexed by what happened. The crew there are very friendly and orders are placed quickly. Also the restaurant was pretty clean and had no odd smells. Ordered the burger special which included a burger, fries, and drink. Keep in mind that the higher quality comes with a higher cost. In fact, the food is very expensive. As I noted in a recent tip, I ordered four chicken tenders and a small coke. The total was just under $8. Really? The small drink was $2. Really? The chicken was good but overpriced. Next time I'll get 20 chicken rings at White Castle for $5. I am surprised there are reviews with low marks - I am always very pleased with the service here. When I walk in I can tell there is a culture amongst the employees to say hello and welcome guests which is a good first sign. It is always clean and in my opinion, for it being the lunchtime hour they are very efficient. The food is the most consistent part - I usually get a side salad and everything is always fresh and the burgers are hot and taste great. Worth mentioning, a while back I had an interaction with the girl who brought my food to me and it was clearly not what I believed to be the "Culvers Way" so I gave feedback on the survey from the receipt and within 15 minutes the owner of the franchise called me and thanked me for the feedback. She assured me she dealt with the employee and I appreciated how receptive she was to my feedback. Had the worst experience at this location. Ordered a burger meal for myself and a chicken tender kids meal for my son. When the food was brought to our table my sons kids meal was 2 chicken tenders wrapped in plastic with nothing else. I asked the man who brought the food to the table where the fries, drink, and ice cream were that came with my sons meal. He insisted I didnt pay for a meal. I immediately showed him the receipt but he brushed it off and acted like he was doing me some sort of favor by giving me a "free fry". I walked up to the counter and again showed my receipt. He still insisted the kids meal did not come with these items and gave me my "free fry". Once my son finished his meal I went up to the counter to get his ice cream. I was told I needed the coupon attached to his kids meal bag which I never got in the first place. The manager stepped in at that point and gave me the ice cream a long with a couple coupons. Once back at the table and he took the first bite of ice cream I knew something wasnt right because he didnt like it. I tasted it and it was very gritty. Definitely not edible. The couple behind us at that same moment sent their ice cream back because it was freezer burnt. The employee assured them a fresh batch was coming out. Another ice cream was brought to them and they immediately told the employee it was the same, then got up, threw it in the garbage and walked out . Wont need those coupons! This Culver's is pretty darn good. Their burgers and custard are really good. You can tell Culver's has very specific training and standards for customer service and keeping the place clean. You don't see that kind of care much at all these days at other fast food restaurants, which admittedly I don't frequent in general. I come to this Culver's occasionally, to the drive thru maybe once a month or so. There is always great service, friendly faces and good food. This week, I took my two small kids inside to have a quick bite. I have to say that we were treated very well. I would cal it "above and beyond" service. The folks at the front were so nice to me and my little kiddoes. They brought the food to us with a smile, came by the table and checked on us and offered us help more than once.
