I ordered cheese curds and a root beer and though they gave me my root beer when I paid, I had to pull up and wait behind four other vehicles for the cheese curds. A bit surprising for a side; was this something to keep their drive through times low? I've only been to Culvers a few times so it's unclear to me. I ordered a large Cheese Curds along with other items via Drive - Thru today. The large cheese curds were missing. I called them as soon as I arrived home. Davina (manager) stated they could only provide me with the missing item upon my return. I don't live in the area so I requested a refund of the large cheese curds. My request was denied. Don't go at night if you want tea! I went into the store and ordered at 9:10. There was no tea at the drink stations. I asked if I could get some and was told that all the tea they had was for their online orders and I could not have any of it. I asked what time they closed and was told 10 pm. I have frequented many Culver's in Wisconsin including the original one in Sauk city. This one by far makes the best burgers I have ever had at any Culver's. The service was impeccable. The music was great. The staff super fun and attentive. This was so worth the stop on the way to O'Hare. read more

Ok, WI native here and huge Culver's fan. Far and away my favorite fast food spot of all time. No one else's food quality comes close. I was pleased to visit this new location for the first time 3 days ago at 8PM. It's only a few miles from me so I was very excited. I can't tell you how disappointed I was when I attempted to order custard and I got the "machine is down" response!‍This is the Chicago ghetto bs response that every lazy McD's drive thru associate gives ANYTIME after 10PM. Please do not tarnish the reputation of such a great food chain by not finding the appropriate person to manage the operation. You can contact me and I'll have that place spinning like a top. It's a new place with new equipment! How is the "custard machine" offline? That's the foundation of the brand!‍Guys, if you can't make custard....just shut it down for the night. It's much better than embarrassing your operation by not being able to deliver a cup of custard! SMH The fish and the burger I received were fine and fairly typical. Not quite as good as it would have been in Wisconsin but certainly nothing to complain about. Waited 45, for a chicken sandwich. Pretty sure the boy gave it to the wrong car and didn't inform us. ALL of the employees are unprofessional and immature. Wouldn't re-make the ice cream that melted on THEIR behalf, because it apparently was all melted??? Then I ask for the manager and the young girl with glasses tells me "She's a Bitch y'all, she won't come to the window."
