Ran out of Coke....just ugh couldn't even enjoy my meal...McDonald's imma need yall to get it together please

I don't think I have ever been to a slower McDonalds in my life. I was in Pullman for a tour and hadn't had a chance to eat so I stopped here to grab a cheeseburger, which I ordered using the app. I sat in line for 18 minutes to get my food. The woman who answered the menu board was talking to people in the kitchen when I was in line so I didn't know if she had found the correct order. I was already in line with someone in front of and behind me, and since there's a curb there and I'd already paid I was trapped. There were two people in front of me (the one two cars ahead took at least five minutes), and when the car directly in front of me got in to the window they just pulled away. No food changed hands. Stopped by here because I was starving. Tried the new smoky quarter pounder BLT & deluxe spicy crispy chicken sandwich. They got my order out of the door super quick. Everything was fresh. The smoky BLT's sauce is pretty off putting. It's kind of like they took ranch, mayo & sugar then mixed them together which is not good at all. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich faired far better, but doesn't outpace competitor sandwiches at all. They actually tried to get the sandwiches to be neat here which I'll give them credit for. Overall, it's McDonald's. Don't expect much since it is a basic fast food restaurant. The fries are the best in the game like they always are, but other menu items are either hit or miss. The smoky quarter pounder is definitely one of those misses. read more

This place was horrible... the lobby hours are inconsistent and the staff is poorly trained in customer service. We stopped by during a weekday around 3:45p, the lobby was closed and staff were milling around. There was no signs posted explaining why the lobby was closed nor did staff members acknowledge our presence. We will never never never utilize this "McDowells" again. Since I can't select ZERO stars, see who earned this one star. I was assaulted by the occupants of a car in the drive-thru; thankfully the McDonald's employee thankfully got her off of my car so I could leave, so HE earns a star...but I've NEVER had issues at this McDonald's in the FIVE YEARS I've been a customer there. While this isn't management's fault, the decline of the quality of this franchise and its overall food presentation, timeliness, etc. have slowly attracted a different crowd of patrons, some of whom reflect the decline of this franchise. It will be a long time before I dare patronize this store again. I shouldn't have to fear being assaulted again by someone else who won't wait their turn should I ever want to patronize this franchise. read more

They gave me a nasty fish sandwich cold dry my daughter chicken sandwich was pink. My son French fries was cold dry .they need better workers. They play at Evening time this why food nasty cold never going there again. Workers are need training all over again. read more

On numerous occasions this 24hr Location has told me coffee and tea only and cash only. Wouldn't be anything out of the ordinary if it weren't as consistent. Kinda suspicious. I know it's 230 but still, credit card machine can't be broken all the time around the same time Update. I've since noticed a few new employees. One that stands out is Milo. He has by far been the best person to attend at any McDonalds location I have been(including nationwide). I hope his work ethic is emulated by his peers.I have no doubt he will be moving up quickly. read more

If I could rate lower than 1 star, I most certainly would. I bought food via drive thru this evening and as my family and I had dinner, my son noticed a dead, fried fly in our fries. I called the store and when I told the first young lady about my problem, she hung up on me! I had to call about 10 more times before I got an answer. Once I had the Manager on the line, he acted as if he could care less and said oh maybe they thought it was a burnt fly. Then proceeded to tell me that theres nothing that he can do. He also said that the GM is on vacation and the DM doesn't have an office number, all while giving me fake names for both managers. This is the worst Mcdonalds I've ever been to. EVERY time I've been, my order has been incorrect. The food is cold, the staff is too busy socializing, arguing or complaining to provide customer service. I'm sitting in the drive thru ...again...waiting to return an incorrect order because the staff rung up the order wrong, closed the restaurant and locked the doors. The only reason why I come here is because it's convenient- it's close to home and inexpensive. But tonight is the last straw. Clearly, the owners don't care about customers - you cannot reach the customer complaint telephone line. Sick of terrible service and substandard food. This is my only 3 star review I think I may ever leave. The experience I had here was quite phenomenal, and I would assume most people would have left 1 star, but since I left this Mcdonald's with such amazement, I will not leave it 1 star, but three. This place is A-OK... Here we go.... So, I pulled up to the drive thru of this Mcdonalds one summer afternoon, and sat at the Drive thru for a couple of seconds. Then about a minute....Nothing. Well, thats fine I thought, the employees are probably being lazy on a hot summer afternoon. I'll cut them some slack, its Mcdonalds. Then I heard some fast-food type beeps and frying sounds. They were coming from the little speaker. The other end....WAS LISTENING. I hesitated, then began to place an order, testing to see if my hypothesis was correct. What I had ordered appeared on the little LED screen. INCREDIBLE. I placed the order, a total came up. Not a word had come out of the box, only sounds. I slowly....carefully pulled up to the first window. The total appeared again on another LED screen. The employee's hand was outstretched. I gave her money. She gave me change and hurriedly shoved my order at me. NOT A WORD WAS SAID. The order was correct, and everything was fine. I straightened my head, stared blankly, and proceeded to pull out of the drive thru, unable to comprehend the madness that had just happened. After the numbness in my brain went away, I realized this was for the better. It is extremely hard to communicate with people at Mcdonalds. I'm just saying, there's something lost from box to headset. This Mcdonalds, though, has achieved some sort of fast food drive thru nirvana.... And I am enlightened. read more

I love McDonald's but this location is absolutely slow. I don't understand. They are slow during breakfast and even slower during lunch. Maybe you all should put the signs that says how long each station should take back up. The staff is also VERY unprofessional. I sat at the window listening to a worker talk about how she "beat the shit" out of a customer that had just walked out the restaurant. This has been the worst McDonald's that I have been to ever on 600 E. 115th St. Customer Service is nonexistent in this place! The workers are rude and crass! I loved their service, Brittany and Kenneth were very attentive and nice. They both had great customer service!

They wasn't wearing and gloves or mask when cooking, even the manager wasn't wearing any

Lol at the only other review..the only reason I'm reviewing this place is because I've lived 2 blocks away from it for 20 years.. The way it used to be: Go in early, hi, how are you? Can I take your order? with a big smile on their face.. Now: ______________________________________________ya? Lol..ok not all the time but people here are so dry..they don't smile, say hi, how are you..and if they say, have a nice day it sounds like someone's holding a gun to their head...Like I always say, if you don't want to do your job..someone else will..people who can't provide a good level of customer service don't deserve a job..even if it's at McDonalds! It's 8 hours of work, and it's just not that hard...get over it! I really don't eat much McDonalds...maybe once every few months..but when I do, ya I bypass this place and head over to NW Indiana..or the East Side...even though I live right here.. After buying food at this location and after entering their restroom facilities, I witnessed an employee who was using the same restroom exit it without washing his hands first. I did not see him using cleaning supplies to clean it up, so that's even worse. read more
