Our table locked in on the birria and bison lettuce wrap tacos, and there were no regrets. The best birria tacos anyone had had (we had a few connoisseurs). There were many raves about the sauce in the lettuce wraps as well. Rounding out the top 3 tacos was the carne asada with an absolutely killer tomatillo sauce that I could have put a straw in if I wouldn't be judged. The service was stellar, the food was outstanding, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was upbeat and energetic. It is the perfect place to start your morning. We stopped in for breakfast and had amazing pancakes with homemade maple syrup, along with an egg sandwich served on Texas toast and perfectly cooked hash browns. Everything tasted fresh, homemade, and incredibly satisfying. We will be making weekly trips to Cheyenne over the next several weeks, and this will absolutely be our go-to breakfast stop every time we are in town.
