I don't think it's asking a lot to hold off on tickle fights until after you've ensured the one thing you're supposed to do correctly (take care of your customers) is complete. The one redeeming quality (and why I didn't just call this a one star experience) was the delivery driver who was fast, polite, and far more professional than the GM who obviously skipped his sexual harassment training.
