I gave this Culvers a one star because I live right down the street from the Culver's and I thought it would be a great place to work at while after a month of working there I started to really hate my job the management is horrible they have young managers I'm there who don't care the manager ricky is a brat she doesn't care about anybody but her self they need a new manager the manager sammy has a terrible smell that nobody could imagine I informed the manager ricky that I felt very uncomfortable cleaning the mens bathroom because they don't have a sign or anything they put in front of the door to warn people that it's being Cleaned so men just walk in on u and if u walk out the bathroom because someone's has to pee so bad they get mad I am a female and I feel very uncomfortable being in a bathroom with a man that could be a rapist who knows I also went to work with a hurt ankle because I was carrying very heavy stuff and there was water all over the floor and I slipped and twisted my ankle and I came to work the next day with it wrapped up and I warned the manager that my ankle was in extreme pain and she ignored everything I said and told me I will be fine,the managers do not know how to handle when it's busy they get annoyed and started being extremely rude there are some guys of the name Kevin and Arron and they have been there longer the guy Kevin was trying to tell me to move and I told him he don't tell me what to do he isn't over me and we continued to argue I got angry and said something and I warned the manager that something was gonna happen if she doesn't get her employee so she told me I can't say anything behide the cashier and would I like to go home or take a break not one time did she say anything to the guy Kevin so on to the next Arron he thinks he runs everyone everybody in that restaurant has had a problem with Arron and the managers do not care they will take Arron's side and yell at u in my years of growing up my parents taught me to never back down and I will never back down to anyone so I didn't back down to him saying slick remarks to me the manager Greg I was cleaning the womans bathroom and a employee walks in and she is in tears so I'm asking her is she ok and she's telling me and Greg's walks in the woman's bathroom and tells me this job shouldn't take that long I felt like my privacy was extremely invaded on to Sammy he is a brat just like his wife ricky he wants u to sit at work for hours on hours and be quiet and don't talk to anyone one thing about me if I can't talk to nobody at my job I will quit at the end of the night my feet are hurting killing me and all I wanna do is talk even if I get my work done it's still a problem and this is all the reasons why I quit that job I would recommend not letting your child work here and if they want to get paid right they can come to bk and it will make there life's much better... read more

My experience at this Culver's was exceptionally disappointing, marking it as one of the worst encounters with both the food quality and service. The manager, Kayla, exhibited rudeness and a lack of accommodation. The root beer float served was subpar, resembling an unsatisfactory standard. As someone with experience in successful franchises, it is apparent that there is a notable deviation from the expected standard in management. Urgent attention to these matters is necessary for improvement. Regrettably, a return visit seems unlikely. read more

It honestly felt like they just threw together whatever they didn't want to serve anyone else. We sent the fries back, and when they brought them out again, they were only slightly warmer than before -- still not hot like fries should be straight out of the fryer. What's even crazier is that the manager brought the food back to the table and STILL never apologized. No concern, no accountability, nothing. That alone says everything about the customer service at this place. Whatever happened to quality food and decent customer service? Customers are paying hard-earned money and deserve hot food and respectful treatment -- not cold leftovers, terrible attitudes, and management that acts like it doesn't care. Extremely disappointing experience, and I will definitely think twice before ever coming back.
