Would give zero stars if I could. Pork sandwich should have no sauce. Lazy ass cook just prepped everything for a burger and served it however. Horrible food. Just look at the pic.

    An airy dining room.

This one is like any other Culver's, that is - good, clean, consistent, and friendly. We were in the area and just dropped in for a clean restroom break, a burger snack, and some custard refreshments and it hit the spot just as expected.

Fine location but burgers are sub standard to say the least...this is what my meat looked like on my first burger there in quite some time. When I asked the employee if this was normal, he hesitated and said "well they are supposed to be smashed". One side was complete leather while the other looked like a gnarly bristle pad. Won't be back.

I have been here a couple of times (only) to get their frozen custard flavor of the day (concretes) and not any meals. I received good service and had good, tasty frozen custard (first time - Dulce de Leche Cheesecake and second time - Creamy Lemon Crumble). Both were good. I liked the lemon one better. It was tangy and tart and packed a better flavor (to me) than the DdLC one. That one was a bit too sweet for my liking. In both the frozen custards' case, I had them as a concrete (with mix-ins). You are allowed two mix-ins at no extra cost except any nuts are an extra $1. I had the DdLC one with salted caramel and the lemon one with raspberries and cashews. My favorite was the lemon one. As I have mentioned before in a different Culver's restaurant review, I usually like going to Culver's for their frozen custard and fried fish and not so much for their burgers. But, I will check out their food here sometime in the near future.

    6 shrimp, 2 cod , melted sundays

Went to the Buffalo grove store at 5:20 today. Ordered 10 piece shrimp dinner and 3 piece cod dinner and 2 - 3 scoop hot fudge sundays with extra fudge with a closed lid. what I received is attached after 2nd attempt. first time small ice cream contained open lid. 6 piece shrimp and 2 piece cod and no extra fudge and melted sundays. Manager sergio told me to calm down because I was upset that they could not get a simple order straight. Tried to explain to Kid making sundays that I paid for extra fudge but I do not think he understood english. This is now the 3rd consecutive time that your store did not make the order right. When you were here the store ran perfectly. I will not be going to the store for some time after my 3 consecutive bad orders. If you decide to actually get a staff inside the store that can make the orders correct please let me know and I may start to come back which is usually 2-3 times a week. By the way other people in the store said they have to check orders before they leave.

My toddler nieces were raving about their custard, so we had to try it for ourselves. Surprisingly, they have a drive thru at this sit down type of restaurant. We opted to be lazy and went through the drive thru. I noticed a lot of unique items in their menu, which I promptly ordered: Frozen custard ($4.79) Spicy chicken sandwich ($4.99) Mushroom and swiss melt double butterburger ($5.19) Cheese curds. ($3.79) Frozen custard was delicious. It actually felt healthy eating it :) Spicy chicken sandwich had a good kick to it. It was light, and not too heavy. Mushroom and swiss double butterburger was seriously one of the best burgers I have had. The bun, and the cheese, and the mushroom, and the beef just melted in my mouth as soon as I took a bite. Like I say Superfunkyridiculicious!!! (+2) If you are near a Culver's restaurant, you have to check it out!!!

Great fresh food, great service. Had a double butter burger, with crinkle fries and soft drink. Have had the fried shrimp, again very good.

It should absolutely NOT cost $50 for 2 burgers, 2 curds, 2 drinks, a fry and a tenders.

Since my husband went to pick up the sandwiches, I can only comment on the food itself. We had a buy 1 get 1 free deal, which was a really good deal. We had ordered two multigrain avocado turkey sandwiches, that came with avocado, turkey breast, and cucumber. We just added Swiss cheese, artichokes, red peppers, lettuce, tomatoes, mustard, and seasoning. It came to a great sandwich with abundance of ingredients, that were all fresh and delicious. I always like their bread that has a crunchy skin and soft inside. I could only finish half of a sandwich each time for lunch, since the portions are very generous. I would highly recommend Potbelly sandwiches for a quick and delicious lunch!

The delicious, enticing smell of Auntie Anne's Pretzels and Cinnabon fills the air! I love that this location is not inside a mall. I ordered a three original cinnamon rolls and I was told that a four pack cost the same as three, and the four pack was freshly made. SOLD! I also ordered a medium lemonade. The lemonade tastes, freshly squeezed with yummy bits, but not too much. It's got the perfect amount of sweetness and tart. I'm pretty excited about this new location. There's Jamba Juice as well, all rolled up in one. Very convenient, very friendly, and extremely clean. Can't wait to come back with hubby and kids.

However, this one sadly fell short. I was disappointed when my pretzel was no more than 3/4 of the size that they serve at the mall, which I didn't realize until I unbagged it in my car. Then, after a couple of good bites, I discovered that most of the pretzel was burned on the bottom. I noticed the unexpected charred flavor first, and then discovered the blackened dough. Ugh! But I was driving at this point and didn't have time to go back to the store. At almost $6 for a pretzel, I don't know if I'll try another one here. My Jamba Juice smoothie was delicious - no complaints there! The place was fully staffed and the employees were friendly. My total check was almost $15 for one pretzel and a medium smoothie. On a positive note, I had a $10 Jamba Juice gift card, and because these three shops are combined and checkout is at one register, I was able to apply it to both my smoothie and my pretzel.

There were a few people eating and someone waiting for an order to go. I asked they type of cut their fries they serve and they were the thin, crispy kind similar to McDonald's. I was like DONE, let's order a large order. As I was waiting for the fries, I notice that they had 4-Cheese Pizza Puffs - boom, ring me up as they don't have cheese ones very often. I took both for takeout. As I drove home, I could smell the fries and I couldn't wait, so I grabbed a few at a stop light, I'm sure you all have done it. When I arrived, the fries were still crisp and hot and so was the pizza puff. The fries just bring me back to living in the Northside of Chicago and walking to the a fast food joint to order fries and play video games. The pizza puff was so good! I'll be coming back often as I really liked the food and the owner was really cool.

The fries, thankfully, were quite good with an excellent amount of crisp. The inside is clean but somewhat worn down, with the addition of gambling video machines in a cordoned off area nearby, always disappointing to see. As we ordered take out I will defer on service.
