Alicia took the time to really understand my situation - she called the warranty department on my behalf, helped me investigate which products were compatible, and tracked down the part I needed to order. She was knowledgable, friendly, and thorough. What stood out was how helpful she was and her willingness to go above-and-beyond. She researched compatibility across different Kohler products, got the warranty team involved when we needed answers, and stayed with it until we had the right part ordered. I've dealt with a lot of vendors during my remodel and this was hands down the best experience. Definitely ask for Alicia.

He showed me all the different options and their functions, including the awesome demo station where he was able to show me the pressure and functions in person which I thought was great! That's really nice that they have that in the showroom. Ozzy is very knowledgeable and he provided great customer service! Some of the pieces are not cheap but they offer a lifetime warranty which we really love. There were so many beautiful items to see and choose from. I also like the fact that you can mix a match faucet and knobs, etc. What a fun store!

So I take my time selecting what I need versus what I want especially because I don't know when I will have the next chance to return. I easily spend several hundreds of dollars here buying my chisels and other carving hand tools. It's cool that the worker remembers who I am (excellent service). The owner himself takes the time to show me the various chisels that they have and you can tell just by listening to him talk the pride he has for the tools that he carries.

In addition to vegetable seeds and garden supply, there are plenty of home and kitchen tools that you'll use every day of your quarantine isolation. SERVICE Nori-San has always been very helpful with any purchases you might need to make. Now that the store attendance is limited, no doubt you'll receive even more bespoke assistance. STORE ATTENDANCE There is only one person/party allowed in the store at a time. If you're familiar with this small family-owned hardware store, you'll know that there isn't much room for too many people anyway. For precautions of health, just one at a time in the store. If you know what you need, the trip to Anzen is really quick. If you DON'T know what you need, the trip to Anzen can be really easy. I make a regular trip to get professional kitchen knives from Nori-San, and he's always very knowledgable and helpful in the decision. SILLY GIFT PURCHASE: Even if you want a simple silly, but useful kitchen gift for your friends, you will probably find something here. Purchase a KAMENOKO TAWASHI for an unsuspecting friend who doesn't know what it is, ask them to guess what it's for. PARKING Plenty of easy street parking throughout Little Tokyo. COVID PARKING UPDATE - many parking spaces have been redesignated as outdoor seating areas. Judge Also Parking Lot is the best parking lot - across the street.

Many of their products are made in Korea, which I loved! I came for something very specific and not only did they have the product, it was much cheaper compared to what I can find online. I ended up buying more than what I came here for because I couldn't pass on the high quality slippers, buckwheat pillows, and dishwashing gloves! This place has a small parking lot attached, but they also have another parking lot just across the street for overflow. They accept credit card as well!

Kim's Home is totally comp. to a Korean Target or Ikea Marketplace…read more They sell almost anything you could think of plus more. From reading the low star reviews, I think you need to only purchase items that you don't care about returning. Buying more expensive electronic items may be too risky for their strict, inflexible 14 day return policy. Come here to buy various 'cheaper' and fun items like inside House slippers, kitchen and home goods (especially plastic items). There are many more upscale kitchen cookware, knives that are European brands. the 2nd floor has larger $$$ electronic items, where it may riskier shopping. I feel like for expensive items, you'd be better off shopping at typical store where there is generous return policy, a la Target, Kohls. I've never seriously checked out their blanket and bedding section, but Korean blankets are supposed to be the bomb- mattress bedding that is super cooling and lightweight. I can only shop here on rare occasions that I make the long drive to K-town, so for me it's fun treasure hunt shopping, and I know I won't be able to return anything easily. This is also a great store to shop for cute gifts. The workers prob. can understand English, but don't expect American style customer service, that's not what you're coming for in older classic K-town businesses.

I don't have a designer and I've never remodeled a bathroom before, so Richard's knowledge of current trends, molds, and flooring helped a lot with my decision making! 10/10 would recommend anyone I like to come here.

We wished we came here first! Anyway, this place is amazing!

Not only was she very quick and responsive, she also went out of her way to get answers with regard to led lighting, delivery stock, etc. I have called in before and i spoke to someone who couldn't provide any answers related to my order and continued to note that there was no way of knowing if they have my order. I even asked what do you know? Do i have half my orders? Is it in stock currently? I am picking up the order tomorrow, what can you tell me? And i was constantly provided with unhelpful non answers. Had we had to deal with this individual, we would not rate cabinet city so highly as there was not even a let me check with warehouse (right across in the adjacent building). There was basically a lack of knowledge or willingness to help (instead of saying i am not sure but i will find out, i get it there is no way of knowing). I am thankful Sherry was our go to person and i am also thankful to the warehouse staff who stepped up to help while the person behind the desk was ignoring customers and not even informing of a wait or someone going on break. Instead someone from the warehouse who picked my order came to me directly to help without me asking. Although every place has their pros and cons, i would say that this place is very lucky to have people like Sherry and the warehouse operators. In terms of product, i am not yet able to comment on the received materials as they are still in their boxes, but my wife and i do love the options at cabinet city especially compared to other companies out there. Pricing is more than fair as well. Picking up the order was also very straightforward and easy. So overall, the positives simply outweigh the negatives. I will post any updates if there is anything new on my end once the cabinets are assembled.

I always hear nightmare stories of contractors stalling their jobs and trying to rip you off or not responding in a timely manner. But Amin and his team are truly professionals. Jose is like his right hand man and gets the job done. Not only getting the job done but does it very well. From his showroom, we were able to pick out all the designs that we wanted and seeing the end result, I was truly impressed. His prices are fair and he's upfront about everything. Amin will answer any questions you have throughout the entire process. Even if you text him at 9pm he will respond quick. If he says something will be done by a certain time frame, he will ensure that it is done. I really wanted LED mirrors at the end and he wasn't able to do it. We were even willing to pay extra for it! We ended up having to get plain, boring mirrors with no LED which was pretty disappointing. Also, one of the biggest issue I had was I wanted all the outlets changed since the previous ones were yellow and old but he said it'll be an additional charge. White walls and yellow outlets? EWWW!! We pretty much did a whole gut renovation and spent a fortune but couldn't get our outlets switched out. I thought it would be an easy switch but apparently he said it costs to change bc it has to do with the electrical aspect of it. Didn't know that but now I know. We ended up finding a handyman to do it at less than a fraction of his price. Although we had a few disagreements here and there but from start to finish, Amin was available to answer our questions, concerns and help fix anything. He is so easy to work with and made this whole process extremely seamless. The team was able to get everything done and we moved in on the date that we wanted to. I'm so glad we found Amin and his team!!
