My wife wanted the purest water for drinking besides whole house water softener & filtration…read more We obtained several estimates but we were most interested in this particular Purifyx-Rainsoft company bc of the lifetime warranty on all of their products. Bill initially came out to do the water test on our water besides going over in detail about Rainsoft. We appreciated his detail & sales pitch. They in fact came out the next day to install our water filtration system in our garage & reverse osmosis underneath our Kitchen sink. It only took them three hours although one guy had to return an hour later bc a hose was left hanging. I spoke with the boss' wife Kelly who made sure all of our concerns were taken care of. I also conversed with Alexandria too who was very helpful & quite knowledgeable. Plus the day after our install Laddie one of their service techs came out to our home to explain the computer part of the system. So far my wife feels the difference on her skin as it's not super super dry as well as laundered items were very soft. She's very happy we finally got this done bc it was close to a year she had been waiting for it! Yay she says. Also they included an air filter too. Almost forgot about that! Initially price seemed high but bc we paid cash up front they reduced the price plus we also received the air filter machine as well. My wife was thrilled & very happy! Bc she's happy so am I!!! Happy wife; happy life!!! What's nice is this company is local as well especially if you need servicing just a phone call away! So if you're on the fence don't be. Stop waiting! Take care of your body the best way you can & do it for YOU!

They fit us in for installation quickly and when the installation person came out, Jim was informative, helped me understand how our plumbing worked, and made improvements to our home plumbing and water system that our family feels way way above the value we paid. Our water is now clean, it tastes fresh, and we feel confident that we aren't drinking water that is rated below the national average. I even went to Lowe's and bought a water test kit, and tested the water and I can say without a doubt that Pure Water is great at what they do. Our water is delicious and clean. Pure Water as a company should be proud to have the technical experience they have in Jim as their plumber/installation guy, and Xenia couldn't have been kinder and more helpful. Highly Recommended Company!

Hard to understand how they are even in business. I should have read their reviews prior to…read morescheduling anything with them, as it seems most of the customers agree that this company is pretty lame. I scheduled a filter replacement for 8/26. They charged a $195 service fee, and AFTER paying the service fee the tech informs me that he doesn't have the filter and assures me they will reschedule once they get the correct filter. 2 weeks go by and I never hear from them regarding rescheduling, so I call and leave a message for Belinda. Of course, Belinda doesn't return my call, so I call back a couple days later. Belinda tells me she spoke with my wife. My wife assures me she never spoke with Belinda, and eventually Belinda informs me that "Oh, my mistake, that was a different Jeff"........ Eventually Belinda gives me the boss' cell phone number so I can send pictures of the model and serial number, which tells me they were never going to order the filter because the douchebags didn't even know which filter to order. I sent the pictures on 9-11 and I still haven't heard from anyone. Liars and thieves.

The price for the entire home filtration system was even cheaper than the traditional water softener and osmosis system. Also it doesn't require any bags of salt or filters either. They also come by every year to check on the system for you as well. The sales representative was very honest that the system would last 12-15 years which was the same as my last traditional water system anyways. Great communication, fast installation and excellent product. Proceeding with LifeSource Water Systems was easily a no brainer.

My water here in Citrus Heights was tinged with red. Living in Rio Linda, one of my first phone calls was to RCI Plumbing in Rio Linda. Well, I never got a call back from RCI or their repair guy. I called the next day and was told they were really busy, but they would get a message to the repair guy to call us. Long story short, we never got a followup call back from anyone at RCI....not from anyone! I get they're a large plumbing contractor and our problem, while serious, wasn't important to them. I wish someone at RCI Plumbing had the courtesy to at least call and say sorry pal, we're too busy or the job is too small. Fortunately, I didn't wait for these guys to not call back and called Trenchless Plumbing who took care of the problem as quickly as they could. Very expensive repair, but it's done! Cheers All....
