My delivery driver has been outstanding, absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, their website is not. I've been getting a white screen for the log-in screen. My son who is a computer software developer got me onto the log-in screen and into my account. He complained that their website is botched up. He is going to ask them to hire him to fix it. Let's hope they hire him, he will fix it. I'm not blaming their telephone customer service rep because she doesn't have the computer software knowledge to fix it. read more

The app doesn't work, the website doesn't work, chatting or calling customer "service" doesn't help and it all wastes your time while you get surprise deliveries you can prove you canceled. Worst water service ever! The service before the merger when it was Primo Water Service was great but after the migration in May 2025 to the new service Ready Refresh the service is terrible. I had to call and arrange my delivery service three times since then and they still can't get it right. My request is for biweekly, and they continue to delivery monthly. I have to continuously track and call in to make sure water if delivered. Too much work for the amount they charge. Last draw was today, when they picked up five empty (5-gallon) water bottles but did not leave any water. How do you do that?! Their answer was for this was that the next delivery was not until next Friday. Don't waste your time for a service that is not reliable and terrible. read more

As most of the posted reviews describe, this is one of the most horrible and dishonest companies ever encountered anywhere. They deliberately overcharge. They add extra fees at their discretion. Not a single delivery on time or correct. Finally closed my account - and they delivered the next day. Horrible customer service, horrible delivery service. They've also started sending me "late fee" invoices on a zero balance, and refuse to remove it after talking to them on the phone. Literally the worst, don't do it. read more

We have been customers with them for years and never had a problem. Then they merged with other companies and changed their names. Then they changed their rules for payments. Now they no longer accept prepaid debit cards. This is hurting their customers. It is a shame because they were a really good company and the service was reliable. Ready Refresh Water Delivery recently changed to Primo Brand to provide "a better experience". NOT. They were scheduled to deliver the last week of May and didn't show up. Enter the new week and I see online that they've rescheduled our deliver to today. Yet no delivery. I called them and was told that they will deliver by 6 pm. We're an office which closes at 4:45 pm. I asked her how and why the delivery changed without notification and what made them assume that someone would be here to let them in? Poor gal didn't have answers and said she could provide a free deliver at the end of the month. Totally unacceptable. I might add that they've also scheduled cooler cleaning/maintenance and then didn't show up but charged my account. I'm looking for a new delivery service. I've had enough! read more

Was a customer of 15 years. Service and pricing got worse and worse. Last straw was they sold me a $200 water dispenser that broke after 8 months (not us, an internal leak). They told me to pound sand (six month warranty I guess which is insane). Let me walk away because they think they are only game in town. They are definitely not. Went with Phresh Waters and the are awesome. Local, family owned. If you are in LA area go with them for sure. read more

It's been nearly four weeks without a water delivery, and our supply has run out. We've made multiple attempts to reach customer support, but we've hit repeated roadblocks, including being put on hold, disconnected, or sent to surveys that just disconnect us. The only time we managed to talk to a representative, they were barely understandable, and we were told our delivery would come the next day. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. We've received no explanations for the delayed or failed delivery. The only updates we've gotten are texts saying our delivery has been rescheduled for the next day. It also appears that all the water service in my area is now a PRIMO brand. read more

After being a customer for 10+ years for both my home and business, I can not get away from this company fast enough. It's impossible to talk to an a talk to an actual person and their ai is marginal at best. They started charging credit card fees and delivery costs are high. I tried to find a way to talk to an actual human being about this and couldn't find a way. I'm hoping to find a smaller company in my area. Their services don't fit my needs. read more

Ever since they changed to Ready Refresh I've had problems. Before they used to send you a reminder to change your order by a certain date. No more reminders so last month I missed the deadline and got 5 bottles I didn't need. This month I changed to 1 bottle, which the app let me do. Today I received 3 bottles. I tried to send a message on the app but after typing my message, I couldn't send it because there was no way to scroll past the keyboard. There's no phone number on the app so I had to google it. 20 mins on hold to talk to someone. Used to be able to talk to someone within a few minutes. Also now there's a 2 bottle minimum. Ready Refresh took over for Primo Brands and my service has been very bad. My first delivery with them was changed without my knowledge. After I corrected my standard delivery I was billed a crazy amount for the service. I don't understand their billing but and no one can seem to explain it in a way I can understand but I believe I was charged close to $300 for 8 - 12 five gallon bottles. I was charged a late fee even though I'm set up with auto pay and no one can give me a valid reason for that either. That said, it was very easy to cancel and I found Culligan is much more reasonably priced. read more

The water is gross. I only want 2 bottles but they force a minimum of 3 to avoid additional fees. I had so many bottles I didn't need any deliveries for 4 months which is ridiculous. The customer service is absolutely terrible. I have been trying to reach someone because the site says I have recurring deliveries set up but it says I have no future deliveries which makes no sense. It won't allow me to change anything. Do not use this provider. They're awful. I miss my old water delivery provider. :( read more

I switched to Sparklettes last week! I had been a good client of Arrowhead for years and after the company switched to Ready Refresh, I slowly began to notice the greed. Ready Refresh was nickel-and-diming me. They increased their prices a lot and wanted everyone to order and pay through their app or via online. I couldn't order by phone or they would penalize me by charging me extra! They charged me extra if they mailed me my billing statements. I understand saving paper but here is why I have a big problem with this: My mother and my in-laws. They are in their 80's and they don't feel comfortable paying online because there are so many scams and frankly, it's confusing for them. They are afraid of ordering too many bottles or the wrong size bottles while using an app that they are not familiar with. I don't know who was the mastermind behind this idea at Ready Refresh but it makes me think they had no regard for elders. Last month I asked my mother-in-law if she was paying the extra $3 to pay by mail at Ready Refresh and she said that she canceled the service and instead is going to the market to get her bottled water. It was a matter of principle for her. As a child, my parents bought Sparklettes water so I decided to transfer my services and to my big surprise, Sparklettes was cheaper and they don't charge you if you order by calling their customer service or if you choose to pay by mail. I think what Ready Refresh is doing hurts our seniors because most seniors are probably paying the extra cost for their billing statements to be mailed to them because they don't have a choice.. I personally don't mind ordering or paying online but I could no longer support a company who penalizes people for not doing it their way and I no longer want to support a company who is actually taking advantage of a group of people who may not have access to paying online either.
