This is not a review on this firm's work. I have worked with them before as you can see by my…read moreprevious reviews and they do good work. And generally any issues they address. This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

Apparently they don't understand the concept of "Lifetime" Anyway, the current owner won't even talk to me. A signed letter from Mr Sam Hammaker makes no difference. I guess he's no longer around. I wouldn't do business with this company but if you do, don't count on any warranty On more thing, the written response to me said that "no warranty was given" back in 2007. We recently had some questions about the work and contacted the company, only to find that the Sam we knew had sadly passed. The new owners (Sam's children) seem to be just as qualified, caring, friendly, and eager to support customers. I can only guess they have the same ethic, and would highly recommend the company. He asked that I send a photo and offered to send one of his guys out to take a look. I sent the photo via email and never heard back. Called YET AGAIN, left a message, and to this day--about a week or so later--I haven't received a phone call. We paid for the service the day of and now I'm wishing we didn't, as perhaps we'd have some leverage to get them back out to fix what they ruined.

I was told when installation was going to be instead of being asked. When that date didn't work, the owners had a very bad attitude. I had to keep calling and messaging to get a date. The day of installation seemed fine. The next day my husband was deep in our yard and saw a small section of roof was not replaced. I called the owner and he tried saying my husband told him not to do that part! He was literally yelling in the phone like he was crazy. His wife co-owner, came out the next day and apologized for his behavior. She even stated "why wouldn't you do that section?". She said that they had been arguing about this. She said that he did not estimate the cost for that section! She said he would send an estimate for it and for me to call her afterwards and she would give us a materials only price. So I did, and she gave me that price, but never in writing, it seemed like a side agreement since she was arguing with her husband. She said she would talk with him about scheduling. I got no call back. I messaged, no reply, I called, no answer ...over and over for two weeks. I messaged her that I was about to call the Better Business Bureau if I didn't hear back by the next evening. Within a few minutes, the both learned how to use their phones, but only to deny the problem and send me a letter, completely distorting the facts and attempting to blame us for their neglect! Marianne Hall (wife and co-owner) is fully aware of her husband George's behavior. She even recounted several instances where we flew off the handle with other clients. This is all totally unacceptable. Additionally, we found a few shingles, and nails scattered around over the next few days. The crew left some ruts in the yard after going off of the side drive they were asked to stay away from. I overlooked these things, but now they are just a part of the full picture. At this point I would not trust them to complete the job. Their work was incomplete, communication and timeliness of appointments was terrible, the yelling and bad attitudes were the final straw! Awful experience.
