I discovered this new gem driving to get a haircut nextdoor. They sell milk, eggs, beef, pork and…read morechicken all from local farms. They also have local honey, elderberry syrup, spices, sauces and olive oil direct from a farm in Italy. They have lots of superior cuts of meat from local farms. The animals are fed grass and other feed but not soy or corn. While I was browsing in the store, customers kept coming in to buy the milk. Apparently the cows are calving and can't be milked for two weeks so they have a temporary halt on selling milk. That is kinda sweet. Another lady was saying she could not get over the taste on the chicken breasts. I do remember the chicken comes from a farm near Dover, Florida. So I bought a dozen eggs which were large sized and had a brown shell. While more than organic store brand they were very fresh. I also bought a couple pieces of chicken and it did have a great taste. The Burlap and Barrel spices I love were the same prices I pay online without a shipping charge. This is a cute clean store. The owner told me the building is older and was previously a duplex and a pawn shop. I said I wondered why you had the bars on the windows "like someone is going to make off with your steaks." Haha. If you are what you eat, this store helps you invest in your health.

Fat Cat Gourmet Foods is a small, boutique condiments and hot sauce company based in Orlando. After countless creations and rave reviews from friends this husband-wife team decided to take their recipes public in 2011. Some of their sauces are hot, some are mild -- but each features a complex array of natural ingredients and pure flavors that complements a wide range of foods. We recently had a tasting party after Fat Cat delivered a bevy of beautiful sauces. These sauces are unprecedented and incredibly unique and complex. They're guaranteed to transform your favorite dishes and perk up your taste buds in the best way possible. We were astounded by the complexity of flavor and how the sauces drew out the best qualities in our food. Fat Cat is truly a unique experience for your taste buds and the perfect complement to everything from scrambled eggs to mojitos. All sauces are given a rating from 1-10, so you know what you're getting into before the spiciness arrives to your palate. Fat Cat houses four mild sauces and 4 hot. And yes, hot means HOT, in the most purrfect way possible. Click here for a list of all flavor profiles and serving suggestions. We highly recommend each flavor, but here are a few of our favorites: Mexican-Style Habanero: Tart and fruity, with an immediate punch of habanero, carrot and vinegar, and a satisfying burst of chile pepper heat. The perfect blend of spicy and satisfying, washed over our peanut satay dish to perfection. Not overpowering or replacing the taste of our dish, just an extra boost to our tasty meal! Heat Level: 7 out of 10 Chairman Meow's Revenge: Strong, savory and VERY spicy (just how we like it) with a base of garlic, cilantro and lime juice and hot scorpion peppers. Wowzer - this stuff is HOT. But add a few dashes to pizza, tacos or grilled vegetables and your taste buds will be forever transformed. How will I ever enjoy scrambled eggs without this sauce? It's just that good. But it is hot, so get out of the kitchen if you can't stand the heat. Heat Level: 10+ out of 10 Strawberry Serano: Sweet and salty move over, there's a better combination - sweet AND spicy. Blended with strawberries and spicy serrano chiles - it's delicious, exotic and this sweet heat allows all the flavors to shine. I could seriously eat this straight from the bottle, but I'll restrain myself and add it to ice cream, greek yogurt and cheese. Heat Level: 3 out of 10 The possibilities are endless with Fat Cat sauces, click here for scrumptious recipes and you'll be sure to impress your husband, wife, dinner party, mom....even yourself with the incredible flavors from Fat Cat. Sauces are sold online or you can find them locally by clicking here. See ya Crysal, Frank's Hot Sauce and whatever else I find in my pantry, you just can't compare to Fat Cat.

They also have this Brazilian cheese bread that's stuffed with cream cheese and garlic which goes perfectly with the steak. Every time I come here I try to get a new unique meat and I've been impressed every time. Some of the prices can be a little pricey but the quality has been good every time. The employees here tend to know more about the meats and can give you opinions on how to cook them. I love that they do weekend tastings at least once a month so you can try different things they offer. It's helped me find other favorites that I didn't know about. The store is big, clean and very organized. If you're looking to add some new meats or exotic meats into your diet, I would definitely recommend checking them out.

Lotte Plaza Market is not your typical supermarket--it's an entire experience. From the moment you…read morepull in, one thing becomes clear: this place operates on a completely different scale. The parking lot is spacious and easy to navigate, which already sets the tone for a smooth, stress-free visit. Once inside, you quickly realize just how expansive this market truly is--you could easily spend an hour (or more) exploring every aisle without even noticing the time go by. What makes this market stand out is its depth and authenticity. As an Asian supermarket, it offers an extraordinary range of products that go far beyond what you'll find in standard grocery stores. The produce section alone is worth the visit--fresh, vibrant fruits and vegetables, many of which are unique or hard to find elsewhere, are beautifully displayed and constantly restocked. As you move through the aisles, you'll discover an impressive selection of: Specialty herbs, spices, and seasonings Authentic sauces and condiments from across Asia An entire world of noodles, rice varieties, and pantry staples A wide assortment of snacks, beverages, and imported goods If you're cooking Asian cuisine, you will find absolutely everything you need here--no exceptions. It's the kind of place where both home cooks and seasoned food lovers can get inspired just by walking through the aisles. Beyond groceries, Lotte Plaza Market feels more like an international marketplace. You'll find plants, beauty products, and specialty items, adding to the overall experience and making it more than just a place to shop--it's a place to explore. A helpful tip: since many items are imported, be mindful to check expiration dates on packaged goods, and keep an eye out for promotions. Some products can be on the pricier side, but there are definitely great deals if you take a moment to browse. One of the highlights--and honestly one of the main reasons I return--is the indoor food court-style dining area. There are several small eateries where you can order directly at the counter. While the setup is casual and straightforward, the food is consistently fresh, flavorful, and satisfying--perfect for a quick and delicious stop during your visit. To elevate the experience even further, the market also features a French bakery, along with beauty boutiques and a hair salon, giving it the feel of a small international plaza rather than a traditional grocery store. Overall, Lotte Plaza Market delivers on every level--selection, authenticity, and experience. Whether you're shopping for specific ingredients, discovering new products, or simply stopping in for a quick bite, it's absolutely worth the visit. Even if you're not familiar with Asian cuisine, this is the kind of place you go to explore, learn, and enjoy something different. If you haven't been yet, I highly recommend making the trip--you'll understand why the moment you walk in.
