We took the North Loop Trail which was a bit rugged and a few steep section but overall for us as beginners it was still okay. You just need to be a bit cautious. It took us about 2 hours to finish which took a bit longer since I kept stopping to take photos! There was an admission costs of $6.50 per person that covers 2 hours and you need to make reservations online ahead of time. I'm not sure how busy this place gets on the weekends but this morning at 9:30am on a Friday wasn't too crowded. Our favourite spots were the lookouts...gorgeous views! We will definitely be back!

The walk amongst the rocks is calling as well and when you reach up you see all the crevices that you can jump. Be careful there as we saw some hats, sun glasses etc at the bottom that once fallen there is no way getting them back. Some hidden spots that are just amazing for camping, but alas there is no camping allowed. (Video uploaded). One last plus for this location you don't pay any parking fees.

The only negatives is that a lot of people don't make way for others and understanding the direction of where the opposite directions are supposed to stay on which side. Perhaps a line should be drawn onto the path? Note: don't hog the path and walk in the middle. Stay on the right side on whatever direction you're coming from. If you are a pair walking, go single file if there is other people coming. Don't keep walking side by side, it's hard to physically distance if you aren't doing your part too. Another note: if you're going to take a break, please stand off the path and on the grass.

What is not to love?…read more Beautiful space along the Humber River. Ideal for sunset strolls, leisurely bike rides and sunrise jogs. There are also nice grassy spots for picnics and drum circles. From the park the path along the river winds north toward a bridge over the river to James Gardens and beyond. The area is beautiful and accommodating to both bikes and pedestrians. If you do bike, note that there are a few areas (such as the bridge over the Humber) where you have to walk your bike for a short stretch. There are also areas where the walking/jogging areas coverage with cycling areas (or are not perfectly clear) so watch out for those who are meandering along. The Spencer Adventure includes bus rides to Trew's Falls, Webster's Falls, Dundas peak and you can even go to Christie Lake too. The bus ride was actually pretty cool because it felt like I was on a school trip. Both Falls were not as impressive as they could be due to the low rain fall late in the summer, but the view from the Peak made up for it. It's about a 20-25 min hike up a steady slope to the peak from Webster's. Just the right about of difficulty for a hot sunny day. There was sufficient shade so that we were not dying from the heat. The view at the top on that clear day was spectacular looking into the valley and over Dundas. I can only imagine how much more wonderful it would be when the leaves burst with reds, yellows and oranges. Might give me an excuse to come again!

Surprised there was very little review on this trail park. This is def a hidden gem of Toronto!…read moreFall foliage was absolutely stunning in late September to October. The trail itself was very scenic and something out of a movie scene. You start with a trail covered in an array of colourful leaves. The trail then led to a wide open park area with few picnic benches and a pond. If you continued further down, you'd reach the infamous rainbow tunnel. In the morning, this place was deathly quiet with only leaves rustling in the background. Very zen, and very soothing. Occasionally, you'd bump into the morning bikers or dog walkers. There was definitely enough space for social distance. If you'd like some nature photography and did not want to trek all the way to north to Algonquin, this is the place! There were two free parking spaces, one by the entrance where cars parked along the street and one small parking lot inside the trail. When I came in mid October, both were full by noon on a weekend. At around 11am, I was very fortunate that someone was leaving and got the last parking spot by the entrance. I also saw others had parked elsewhere in the neighborhoods and walked to the park. This park is worth to visit and for that breath of fresh air!
