Nice and cool environment just outside of Ontario Mills Mall. It's next to a Smoke shop and a hookah bar. The staff was friendly and helpful and knowledgeable They had large comfortable leather chairs in the back and other amenities for your enjoyment. Decent prices that vary per cigar. We got three cigars- one was a Maduro and wifey got a few flavored ones. I will definitely return and next time we will lounge a bit. read more

First-Timer at Culebra Cigar Co. and found it to be with good vibes and a great walk-in humidor. Rob greeted me and my Compa with a friendly welcome. Nice spot with plenty of comfortable seating and 3 flat screens to watch games. I purchased a My Father Blue and an Arturo Fuente. Enjoyed the My Father in a comfy recliner and Rob offered us some fresh coffee. We met some good people as we watched NFL playoffs. Nice to relax here. I'll be back for sure. Stay blessed! read more

What an incredible space here in the IE! Comfortable recliners, plenty of TVs, and a formidable selection of the hottest cigars. Staff is friendly and the surroundings are plush and relaxing. They typically have a movie playing on several screens and sporting events on the others. Prices are obviously elevated but that's the premium you pay in California. Worth it to have an option like this especially for business travelers. None of the reviews talk about the drink situation. So you can purchase soft drinks directly from their cooler. A better option is to walk right next door, order a cocktail, and they'll deliver it to you. Viola! Extremely happy with my experience and highly recommend. read more

Stopped in from getting off my flight from Vegas. Looks like a pretty cool lounge to smoke in but I got my 2 Nub cigars to go. They only had the Connecticut and the Habano to choose from. I was really looking for the Cain Daytona but didn't carry. The selection is ok but didn't have what I was looking for. Service was great, cut my cigar for me as I requested. And friendly. I was on the fence on 3 or 4 stars because the value... $12.99 for a Nub is way too high... but I can't fault the shop because of the crappy Cali taxes.... But damn... too expensive I get the same cigar in Las Vegas for $8.99. All and all, I would like to come back and smoke in the lounge. read more

So embarrassed that we invited our friends and family here only to be treated so poorly by their good Ol' boys club. And quite frankly I'm pissed I ever spent a dime here. Manager treated our friends like trouble makers as they barely set foot inside. Yet last year when we rented the location for my husband's Birthday he was all too happy to partake in the booze and hitting on anything with a rack that walked in. read more

When it comes to reviewing cigar lounges, my key performance indicators are always the same. Friendliness of the staff - I was greeted by the same gentleman described in almost every review on this lounge. He wasn't rude, but he wasn't overly friendly. I just don't think it's his personality to be an outward people person. I can see how it would come off as rude or arrogant, but I honestly don't think he was being rude on purpose. That being said, if you are pointing to increase revenue, it might be a smart business move to a more outgoing, HELPFUL, friendly staff member in charge of the humidor. Lounge - I did like the set up of the lounge. Plenty of comfortable seating and an acceptable amount of TV's to watch the playoff games. The audio of the game was playing overhead so you didn't need to struggle to hear the game. I would have liked a more robust selection of non-alcoholic beverages - at least some sparkling waters or coffee. I don't know what I was charged, but for the price of cigars at this place, it should have been free. If you do want to charge patrons for drinks, add $.10 on every cigar you sell and just give away the non alcoholic beverages. It's low class to charge for drinks. Quality of humidor - as you see by my photo, the cigar I bought immediately came unwrapped. This is such a bad look for any cigar lounge. I didn't bring it up to the guy because as I said above, he wasn't very friendly. I just patched it together as best I could and smoked it to nearly 2" nub before it exploded apart. This should be priority #1! As for selection it was decent, but those CA taxes really jack up the price! All in all, this was a decent lounge and offered a pleasant place to smoke. If I'm ever in this area again I would go back. If I'm between this place and another one, I'll try something new! read more

What makes a good Cigar Lounge? I had the opportunity to visit @culebracigarcompany in Ontario, Ca. And share a smoke with both Rob (humble and warm) and Richy (passionate and flavorful) owners. Their story is a unique one and enjoyable to hear over a Casa Cuevas Cigar and Macallan 12. I cautiously visited on a Thursday day and Thursday night. I wasn't sure if it was a members only or open to the public! After flying in, I was hoping they had a house torch and cutter i could borrow... they did not disappoint ! Each table had a unique torch and ash tray at your disposal. The location was perfectly placed near shopping and next door to a bar that walked the drinks over. They are a BYOB with a great selection of cigars. 97% of the clientele was men, and other 3% ladies (including myself). Ladies, you will feel the love of you visit! They have a very large lounge, a private boardroom that had a hot game of cards in progress. They offer comedy shows and private events. Lockers? No problem! One of the coolest lockers set ups I've seen, built into the humidor. Their membership program is reasonable as well. Very hospitable crowd and diverse in culture and professional backgrounds! If in-the Ontario area, it's a must for a smoke... or two! Thanks guys for making this southern (Texas & Cali) girl feel welcomed!!! I look forward to our next smoke. read more

I was in CA to attend a celebration of life, and decided to have a cigar here. The lounge was setup perfectly with the most comfortable chairs . The ambiance was what a cigar lounge shod be, televisions on with multiple channels available, lazy boy style chairs, awesome people, private area , and top of the line filter system. read more

Culebra Cigar Co. Is located in Ontario CA just right on the outskirts of the Ontario mall. I was so happy it wasn't located inside the mall. Made it sooooo much easier to grab parking. Upon walking in there is a bunch of chairs for lounging while enjoying your cigars. It was pretty packed. My husband and I were greeted by a gentleman whom we assumed was one of the owners. He was chillin/talking with a bunch of gentleman. They all seemed to be having a good time. Pretty cool vibes/ environment. You have to walk through to get to the back where the humidor room is. When we got back there another gentleman was showing someone else some cigars. He greeted us and let us in. Unfortunately I deducted two stars because my husband said he looked him up and down and at his pockets. (Some short older bald guy.) Not sure if they deal with a lot of theft or that he just profiles people. But I thought it was super unprofessional and quite rude. Especially because he didn't do that to me. So not sure why he did it to my husband. To be honest if my husband would have told me there. I would have just left empty handed. I know he didn't tell me because I would have addressed this right then and there! I totally understand being cautious but profiling people is not okay. I give them 3 stars because the cigars we bought were good and the other gentleman was friendly and welcoming. Not sure if we will return or not. read more

Stopped by again to enjoy a smoke inside the lounge during a chilly night. Great selection of smokes and great ambiance. Horrible service! The first person we encountered was so unhelpful! We were excited to try this place, we live about 10 minutes away. No info was given AT ALL. My husband pays for his cigar and tips the guy. We try to go in, and he says I have to smoke too. I do r smoke, but we would have got my husband two IF we would have been told that in the beginning. The guy was rude! If you're new to smoking cigars, DO NOT come here!! Weread the reviews and still decided to give it a shot, and the guy at the front is horrible for this business! read more

This place is the ultimate experience! I went in to find my favorite flavor and brand Acid, they had that and more! The cigar storage has the right humidity and quite a selection to choose from. After paying, the host Richie told me about the lounge where I can enjoy my stogie. There's plenty of seating, quite a few TVs with sports or network TV shows. Recliner chairs, chargers for phones, and torches to light. This is the ultimate lounge. I can't wait to enjoy it and meet new people. read more

They're selling fake Cohibas. They have 35 year anniversary lanceros with Añejados bands on them. Cohiba has never released an Añejado. I am guessing I was helped out by the not so friendly guy that has been brought up plenty of times in these reviews. He was taking cash only for them. I can't trust this place anymore and will never be coming back and I suggest everyone do the same read more

I love the service, excellence, and selection offered. Richie is OUR GUY!!! We live in Inglewood and this is the only place my husband will purchase sticks from. For our wedding, he bought special sticks and our guest absolutely LOVED THEM! We had just celebrated dads birthday around the corner and got the idea to go get a cigar. After checking yelp - we found Culebra. What a great spot. Plenty of seating, plenty of TV's, not loud, and the cigar selection was on point. It's as if they k ew everything we liked to smoke - no filler unknown brands lingering around to confuse. I happened to be in town after driving an hour and stopped by planing on sitting down with a stick I step in and very rudely the short bald latino with little man syndrome just stares at me waiting for him to say something I finally say can I just step in the humidor he proceeded to yell AFTER I SEE YOUR ID mind you I didn't get carded at my usual lounge until I became a member every other lounge I've been to has had amazing customer service This place looks very nice but little man makes it look awful unfortunately read more

Came in to purchase some bóveda packs for my boyfriends humidor. I was actually looking for a different shop when I came across Culebra. From the moment I walked in I knew it was gonna be an experience. I was greeted by Richie , the general manager. He was friendly and helped me feel welcome. Helped find what I was looking for and provided some great options . The walk in humidor is amazing, lots of options for cigar connoisseurs. They have merchandise and even these nice polo shirts and button ups for men. The lounge is a great size with lots of room to sit and enjoy your cigar and watch the game. We had such a great time and have already scheduled our next visit on our calendars. If you enjoy a good cigar with friends every now and then, I highly recommend Casa de la Riva!

We walk in and this place is HUGE. This place also has a lot of respect for their military and first responders with a wall dedicated to those that sacrificed their lives for the people they serve. The cigar selection was also huge. You name it they had it. The lounge itself was stacked with comfy seating areas and tv's. One thing that stuck out was their customer service. The staff were super friendly and welcoming. Let's just say my buddy wasn't happy to be in Hesperia on his birthday especially on a Tuesday. Worth noting, It is rare to find a cigar lounge with a full bar in OC and in general in California. Only other two I've been to is one in San Diego and another in Danville. Vegas lounge vibes with dimmed lighting and multiple screens. The front cigar-bar lounge has ample high top chairs and tables. Easily can seat ~30 people. Every seat has a view of the screens which is great. High ceilings and very good air ventilation. The bar had great supply of everything, and service was great. The bourbon was reasonably priced but the Japanese scotch was way way over priced, ah well lesson learned, won't order those again. The second/rear lounge had larger leather couches and chairs with a few screens with less distractions for cigar enjoyment. Can seat another 20+ people. Overall I would rank 4.0 stars! one suggestion is for management o provide a menu with alcohol pricing instead of us needing to ask waiter each time what cost of a drink would be. They're also introducing a late-night happy hour with food and live music, which is a great way to enjoy a sophisticated drink when most restaurants have closed in the area. The second part of the lounge is the two cigar lounges: the day lounge and the VIP lounge, which has lockers. Both lounges have high-end luxury seating and lots of screens for all your favorite sports. The staff keeps the lounges clean with friendly service. At the back, there's a walk-in humidor that's well-stocked with a great selection, including Davidoff, Padron, Opus X, Fuentes, My Father, Foundation, and Placencia, just to name a few. Once I posted this review, this is the response I received via email. From Rick (CEO and Managing Partner) "NO that will not happen. No one promised you a refund to October. As I promised I will refund your last payment." If you're considering making this Winston's Club home, my suggestion is to go somewhere else. Their behavior is that of a company on the verge of closing.
