I was doing my research on Yelp, and came across this place in the neighborhood. I decided to come over to pick up some cigars. I do not smoke, but would like to get some cigars as gift. This store sells cigars and they also have a lounge for customers to hangout. There was a strong smell of cigar as I walked. In. They offered a variety of options, and the gentleman who worked there was knowledgeable. He gave me some good recommendations. I appreciate the services. Price was reasonable. I only stopped here because a recent search of an old favorite cigar of mine indicated that they sold it here. Barely in the door and I was greeted by a friendly patron and one of the employees. I immediately loved this place. It looked great, smelled great and the humidor was quite impressive. The employee was friendly and informative. First class establishment! Owner was friendly and informative. Ias this was my first time there I did not want to walk into their humidor. The owner said please help yourself. He let me look around and made what turned out to be a great suggestion. He offered my coffee or bottled water and sat down with me to talk about his place and the number of years he and his son owned it. I've been a member here for nearly a year. Had to find a new home after my old lounge closed. The owner is a knowledgeable patient man. Always hosting everyone and offering coffee or espresso. Him and the son always keeping the place impeccable. Humidor always fully stocked with new product rolling in all the time. The regulars here are all fine people. You can jump into ongoing chats or pick a corner to be by yourself and your thoughts. Comfy chairs and several big screens. Great cigar spot with a great selection in the humidor. They've got a few hard to find sticks and a great variety. Owner is very friendly and lounge is nicely furnished. This lounge is open on Sunday and my regular place is nit so I went to it right after I picked up the lighter with excitement to try it out on a nice cigar Walked in and was immediately asked can I help you. The look wasn't friendly I said no thanks. I'll get a cigar thanks. and went in the humidor Was roaming the shelves for a particular stick I was looking to try. He follows me in right away, which felt a little off Said he was Sean and did I need any help . I said no just looking for now. At this point cigar shop or lounge guys will leave and let you browse. I did not get a good feeling. Dark vibe and mistrust and he hung around, was keeping an eye on me I said jokingly, are you worried I'm going to steal something? He said he was the owners son and he was told to be in the room. Anyway. The vibe was distrust and I felt a bit crowded. Bad vibes He informed me he was the owners son and he had to be in the room with me. Last time I was there that wasn't the case Bad vibes and making a customer uncomfortable is a no no I won't be back, at least not if Sean's there. Here is a great New cigar lounge, you must come check out. As of my writing this, it's been open for a little over six months. It's staffed with friendly helpful workers and great hard working owners. It's has a nice large walk-in humidor with a lot of cigar labels I haven't seen before, with a large selection of Oliva's cigars. The room has a enjoyable interior design with TVs, artwork and over stuffed chairs to relax in, along with a separate room if you want to play poker or hang out with a group of friends. For those who enjoy this, there are cigar lockers with a yearly fee of $400 that comes with a nice discount on any boxes of cigars purchased at the shop. Ashtrays are plentiful and kept clean. There is also a meeting room that can be used by guests who make a purchase. High ceiling and good ventilation so you can go back to work or home without too much evidence that you were in a better place for just a bit! Restroom is clean and dare I say welcoming. The cigars. Just enough of a mainstream selection to keep things moving but the heart of their selection lies in the boutique blends they carry and broad selection of super premiums which sets them apart from other cigar lounges. They understand how to store them just right as the humidity level is ideal ensuring each cigar is in perfect smoking condition. It seems to be the norm where other cigar lounges are so "afraid" of loss they over-humidify their humidors - you won't need a tank of butane to do touch-ups on their cigars! PERFECT and CONSISTENT is what you get! And last but not least, Nick and Sean...two of the nicest and most knowledgeable folks you could deal with. Very welcoming, very attentive and not in your face about anything. Your time spent at a cigar lounge should be an experience, a getaway from reality where in 45-90 minutes nothing can bother you. This place is clean, tasteful, and has wonderful prices! I walked in after a long day at work and wanted to relax. It was in a building that looked antique and historic, lots of character. The interior is modern and has a rustic feel. I checked out the prices and it was more reasonable than most places I've visited. The owner was friendly and very helpful. There was plenty of seats to go around and I sat down in a very comfy leather chair to smoke. The other customers were very friendly and I felt right at home.
