I was doing my research on Yelp, and came across this place in the neighborhood. I decided to come over to pick up some cigars. I do not smoke, but would like to get some cigars as gift. This store sells cigars and they also have a lounge for customers to hangout. There was a strong smell of cigar as I walked. In. They offered a variety of options, and the gentleman who worked there was knowledgeable. He gave me some good recommendations. I appreciate the services. Price was reasonable. I parked my car on the street in front of the store. Street parking is available for sure. read more

I only stopped here because a recent search of an old favorite cigar of mine indicated that they sold it here. Barely in the door and I was greeted by a friendly patron and one of the employees. I immediately loved this place. It looked great, smelled great and the humidor was quite impressive. The employee was friendly and informative. Unfortunately I couldn't sit and have a smoke but this place is definitely on my short list to go have a sit down in one day very soon. read more

Walked in needing an emergency butane refill or matches for a bbq. Felt bad asking, but manager was so kind and generous. He put his cigar down and helped out with everything. People like this still exist! read more

Very solid cigar lounge. Visiting from out of town. Good selection and good people. I'm a daily cigar smoker and really appreciate what this shop offers. read more

First class establishment! Owner was friendly and informative. Ias this was my first time there I did not want to walk into their humidor. The owner said please help yourself. He let me look around and made what turned out to be a great suggestion. He offered my coffee or bottled water and sat down with me to talk about his place and the number of years he and his son owned it. There were two other patrons there also and they were very nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely be coming back! read more

The owner is kind of a grump, but aside from that the cigar selection is great. All the patrons are cool and the atmosphere is fun.

Amazing cigar lounge! Great selection of affordable and high end cigars. Tons of seating and every piece of equipment you could possible need for for an enjoyable smoking experience. The father and son owners are very attentive and accommodating to their customers, I felt very welcomed. I can't wait till my next visit. read more

I've been a member here for nearly a year. Had to find a new home after my old lounge closed. The owner is a knowledgeable patient man. Always hosting everyone and offering coffee or espresso. Him and the son always keeping the place impeccable. Humidor always fully stocked with new product rolling in all the time. The regulars here are all fine people. You can jump into ongoing chats or pick a corner to be by yourself and your thoughts. Comfy chairs and several big screens. Some days I pick up some and drive to the lounge to enjoy my meal with an after meal smoke. I know..I know this review is getting way too long. read more

This review is based mainly on the exceptional customer service I received. My son is the cigar aficionado and he's been here once before. Host was both patient, informative and super helpful. I wasn't sure what to choose, so I had to ask for suggestions. My son thoroughly enjoyed all three choices that I brought home, and even asked me how I knew exactly what he'd like! Great lounge area too! read more

Great cigar spot with a great selection in the humidor. They've got a few hard to find sticks and a great variety. Owner is very friendly and lounge is nicely furnished. Multiple TV's with ashtrays and lighters readily available. Cigar accessories and drinks are available for sale. I will definitely be back when in the Monrovia/Arcadia area. read more

1st visit was very nice. Older gentleman greeted me. Left me alone to choose a stick When I sat down he brought me a ash tray and put the lighter closer to me I smoked a couple of sticks and had a few cold drinks Owner sat in the back and watched a movie. I relaxed Purchase a cigar to go. Mellow and pleasant visit Deposed about $75 Second visit. Not very nice at all I just bought a ST DuPont cigar lighter I wanted to try out. This lounge is open on Sunday and my regular place is nit so I went to it right after I picked up the lighter with excitement to try it out on a nice cigar Walked in and was immediately asked can I help you. The look wasn't friendly I said no thanks. I'll get a cigar thanks. and went in the humidor Was roaming the shelves for a particular stick I was looking to try. He follows me in right away, which felt a little off Said he was Sean and did I need any help . I said no just looking for now. At this point cigar shop or lounge guys will leave and let you browse. I did not get a good feeling. Dark vibe and mistrust and he hung around, was keeping an eye on me I said jokingly, are you worried I'm going to steal something? He said he was the owners son and he was told to be in the room. Anyway. The vibe was distrust and I felt a bit crowded. Bad vibes He informed me he was the owners son and he had to be in the room with me. Last time I was there that wasn't the case Bad vibes and making a customer uncomfortable is a no no I won't be back, at least not if Sean's there. The old man was much nicer so I'll see if he's running the place I Will keep going to Robusto cigar on 1st in Arcadia instead where they treat you much better and doesn't make you feel poorly read more

This is my favorite cigar lounge. The biggest cigar lounge I've been to, it even has a private room for special occasions. The people are knowledgeable and super chill. Great selection of cigars and fair prices. A must visit for cigar smokers read more

Here is a great New cigar lounge, you must come check out. As of my writing this, it's been open for a little over six months. It's staffed with friendly helpful workers and great hard working owners. It's has a nice large walk-in humidor with a lot of cigar labels I haven't seen before, with a large selection of Oliva's cigars. The room has a enjoyable interior design with TVs, artwork and over stuffed chairs to relax in, along with a separate room if you want to play poker or hang out with a group of friends. For those who enjoy this, there are cigar lockers with a yearly fee of $400 that comes with a nice discount on any boxes of cigars purchased at the shop. Overall it's a great place in a nice area to enjoy a good cigar! read more

Aztec Cigars & Lounge - Great selection of cigars. Huge humidor. - Cigar Bars Near Me - Monrovia, California

This is hands down the best cigar lounge in LA County. "Best" is often used but without an explanation, it's just another four letter word. So let me explain: First, the ambience. Not too dark, not too bright - just perfect. They don't have TV's on full speed without asking if you'd like them on. The leather seating is perfect, comfortable and in excellent condition. Ashtrays are plentiful and kept clean. There is also a meeting room that can be used by guests who make a purchase. High ceiling and good ventilation so you can go back to work or home without too much evidence that you were in a better place for just a bit! Restroom is clean and dare I say welcoming. The cigars. Just enough of a mainstream selection to keep things moving but the heart of their selection lies in the boutique blends they carry and broad selection of super premiums which sets them apart from other cigar lounges. They understand how to store them just right as the humidity level is ideal ensuring each cigar is in perfect smoking condition. It seems to be the norm where other cigar lounges are so "afraid" of loss they over-humidify their humidors - you won't need a tank of butane to do touch-ups on their cigars! PERFECT and CONSISTENT is what you get! And last but not least, Nick and Sean...two of the nicest and most knowledgeable folks you could deal with. Very welcoming, very attentive and not in your face about anything. Your time spent at a cigar lounge should be an experience, a getaway from reality where in 45-90 minutes nothing can bother you. Aztec has this down and you're experience is important to them. Pay these folks a visit! I promise you it'll be worth your time. read more

First time going in and I was hoping that I would get a little help since I'm not very familiar with cigars. Instead, the gentleman with a lot of jewelry on treated me as though I was more of a bother and essentially was rushing me out of the store. At least that's what it felt like. read more

This place is clean, tasteful, and has wonderful prices! I walked in after a long day at work and wanted to relax. It was in a building that looked antique and historic, lots of character. The interior is modern and has a rustic feel. I checked out the prices and it was more reasonable than most places I've visited. The owner was friendly and very helpful. There was plenty of seats to go around and I sat down in a very comfy leather chair to smoke. The other customers were very friendly and I felt right at home. I gotta say, I was pretty satisfied and happy I'd stopped in. I will be returning again. read more

Definitely worth checking out! I stopped by this place to buy a couple of cigars and the owner was very polite and helpful when I told him that I'm trying to get an idea of what cigars I would like to have at my wedding reception later this year.
