Very small. Book in advance as gets very busy being one of few food stops in the village. Main meals are quite big portions. The service was very friendly if a little slow. We ordered fried brie to start but were disappointed to find the cheese was still cold in the middle. I ordered the lasange which was okay ... the pasta was overcooked so it had broken up under the meat. Still tasty ... just strange texture from pasta. My husband's Sunday roast was spectacular. Gigantic portion, melt-in-mouth roast beef in large Yorkshire pudding. Go for the Sunday roast every time! Also - closed Mondays and Tuesdays when we visited (Aug 16). read more
