Tired of him having sappy fur, I decided to do something about it - hire someone to fix it for me. I got a few quotes for tree trimming, and Liscombe was the lowest. When they came out to take a look, talked with the guy for several minutes about why/when/how trees are trimmed, and shortly after he left I received the quote in my email. They just finished the job today, and I am very happy with the result. Went over what was in the job invoice and where I wanted the trees trimmed, what to do with the remaining wood, etc. I asked to keep a few of the cut limbs for firewood and they even sectioned it down for me. VERY happy with the service, nice and polite folks that dealt with my curious self watching them do their job. Looking forward to having groomed trees and my dog having sap-free fur.

I'm very pleased with the quality and price of the service. Ray's was going to charge a premium to have the downed tree limb cut into logs but Jackson Tree did it for me without extra expense. Yes, the bobcat made tracks in our front yard we had to even out afterwards but there was no other way to get the machine into our back yard. Any other company would have encountered the same issue.

Their quote was the lowest for the services quoted amongst the Webster approved companies we contacted. We offered to use our neighbor's driveway for access for vehicles but they shared it wasn't needed. There was a lot of rain prior to the service. They did a good job with the tree but destroyed our yard with tire tracks and the bobcat sunk the concrete in front of our house so it's not safe. I reached out to them immediately and they said we should call the city of Webster. I spoke with the street superintendent of Webster and he looked at it personally. He confirmed it was absolutely and clearly the fault of the tree company's equipment. Calling back Jackson, they shared they aren't responsible. I will not use nor recommend them again. I'll spend my money elsewhere and will share with my neighbor too.

I needed to have two VERY LARGE pin oak trees in from front yard cut down wood left, and stumps ground. They were very close to my house! Andrew did a face to face bid. He was very professional and very reasonable priced (other companies either did not do a face to face or took months for them to schedule to tree removal). He had great communication the entire time. I was not able to see the tree removal but my boyfriend and one of my neighbors was very impressed with him and his crew. I was grateful and amazed that they cut and stacked the wood in my back yard. I expected for them to leave it as I was going to cut and stack the branches. Andrew far exceeded my expectations. I recommended to my neighbor and would highly recommend him to anyone that needs tree work or any other service he provides.
