I have used this company twice in the past. This is my third time. The representatives are absolutely amazing. I could not have been more pleased with the two clones I got before. They bought so much peace to me. I am looking forward to getting my third one. read more

Thus far the Cuddle Clone sent doesn't look like my dog. However it is being sent back to alterations team. We will see how the original is corrected. read more

Unfortunately, my main issue with Cuddle Clones is the lack of shipping updates for 2-3 weeks at a time. While the company is based in the U.S., research indicates the products are manufactured overseas. Based on my experience and other customer reviews, I would not recommend paying extra for rush shipping. Items appear to be transported by shipping container regardless, so customers should expect the full estimated 8-week or more delivery timeline listed on their website. read more

Customer service was great. I had a question/ problem and not only did they answer my question they offered a creative solution that allowed me to get the exact product I wanted. Will definitely order more from them. read more

My review on their website doesn't post and I've sent it twice. So here's what I was trying to post in case it helps another person. Upon opening, the face did look quite a bit like our sweet Ramona did. Same markings on the head, same sweet ear markings. I remember asking for her smile(open mouth tongue out corgi smile). The one we received doesn't have her sweet smile, just a straight face grimace. My daughter immediately noticed a hole in her chest and one of the paws is all twisted up. The attention to detail was really lost in the leg portion(maybe that's part of the snuggly ones? No leg detail?). It feels cheaply made for being such and expensive purchase. Ramona had passed and my daughter was devastated. I found cuddle clones from an ad on instagram and immediately went for the purchase. I should have done a little more research. Reddit has lots of honest reviews if you are looking for more! The instagram model/influencers get free ones I'm sure and they make sure they are picture perfect for the influencers videos. I just can't believe ours wasn't at least quality checked before being sent out. My daughter still has it up on a shelf but the hole and low quality make it not a very good plushy to take everywhere like we used to with Ramona. read more

Bruna was able to help me with my question and even upgraded the production time of my Cuddle Clone. I ended up sharing the story behind the Cuddle Clone that I am having made and she seemed genuinely invested in my story and took the time to write a very nice response that, tbh, made me a little teary-eyed. I feel so good about the team that's working on this and am very much looking forward to the finished product. read more

Got a memorial plush it was a amazing gift for my wife that lost her cat of 15+ years. The attention to detail was amazing a lot of her family members thought we had the cat stuffed looking at it, which just off a couple pictures is amazing work this turned out way better than I ever would have expected anything even close to what I got. I would recommend this to anybody looking to get a plushie made of their cat! read more

Quality of work is one thing, but I don't think I've ever had a company provide the level of customer service that Cuddle Clones did. There were a few hiccups thru the process of receiving my order (not CC's fault) and they went above and beyond to be accommodating. Communication was swift and responsive and they made things right even when it wasn't their fault. I wish this company and all involved nothing but the best of luck because they are doing it right. Thank you to CC for what you did and are doing for your customers. read more

Ordered two sets of pajamas and socks. One with a cat one with a dog. Got two cat socks instead of one with the dog. When presented evidence about the order we placed they continued to say it was what we ordered. They would not replace the socks with the correct order. Save yourself the headache and order from somewhere else. The quality also is not great, the material is so thin, and the pictures of the animal faces are way smaller than what is shown in their ads. read more

This will be the third cuddle clone i've purchased. They always do their best to get the small details you wouldn't think to tell them about. They really do study the photos you send to make the plush as close as possible to your fur baby. They are the only ones I trust to clone any fur animal read more

Paid extra to expedite the order. When I checked on the order over a month later because according to the site it hadn't even started processing and got back a form letter. A few days later I was given a shipping number which was bogus. I informed the company that I was protesting the charges on my card for the product and expedition fee. read more

Communication. My package has been sitting in a warehouse 17 days with no resolution but to sit and wait another 3 days before deciding to remake and ship out a new one. I read their website before ordering and it never mentioned using GOFO as a shipping service only fedex, ups, and usps. Customer service originally told me to contact the courier but then the courier told me to contact the manufacturer. Cuddle clones will not call or has an option to call so your just stuck in a limbo of uncertainty. Also I placed this order in 2/21/26 & paid for rush creation. read more

I ordered a Cuddle Clone of my sweet girl on 11/9 and received it on 12/30. I was excited to see her face again but was disappointed when the replica looked more like a corgi. It would've been nice to approve the design beforehand. My return experience was different from others I've seen, which is why I gave this rating. Communication was clear, and I knew I'd be responsible for return shipping. read more

Absolutely Perfect -- A Beautiful Tribute to My Willow I can't say enough good things about my experience with Cuddle Clones. They created the most incredible, lifelike replica of my sweet girl Willow, who passed away in April. The attention to detail was beyond anything I expected -- they truly captured her essence. What meant the most to me was how flexible and understanding they were with my need to get her coloring just right. I was able to send numerous additional photos throughout the process, and they worked closely with me to make sure everything was perfect. When the clone arrived, I was speechless. From the unique markings to the expression in her eyes, it genuinely felt like Willow was back home with me. It's brought so much comfort during a really tough time. This won't be my last order -- I already plan to get a bobblehead, golf head cover, and more to celebrate Willow's memory. Thank you, Cuddle Clones, for giving me a piece of her back. I'm forever grateful. read more

I had to say goodbye to my beloved hamster Ellie on Valentine's Day 2018. I finally decided to get an Ellie plushie made after all this time. Even though it's been eight years, I still cried when I opened the box to see her again. The plushie looks just like her! From her pink little nose all the way down to her pink little tail. The white markings on her chin, throat, chest, and tummy were perfect. And her pink little stubby feet were just too adorable. The plushie was even the same size as Ellie. Everything about my cuddle clone is precious and I adore seeing Ellie again everyday on my nightstand. read more

This place is amazing. Great customer service, all my questions were answered almost immediately. The clone is awesome. She looks just like my Abbie girl. Greatest decision of my life to order. It's like looking in her eyes again. Great attention to detail. read more

I ori had made a lower review. Then they reached out that they do alterations if needed. It has been a good experience and the final version is done and about to ship back to me. While I've only seen the pictures the detail and care has been taken with each step. read more

I placed an order Dec 11th. Their website said I needed to pay for a rush order fee to receive before Christmas. Cuddle Clones still shipped it ground and now I won't receive the package until Dec 29th. Below is their response when I asked for a refund of the rush order fee. I paid $50 for PJ bottoms. I completely understand why this is frustrating, and I'm really sorry for the disappointment around the delivery timing. I want to clarify how the $9.99 rush fee works so everything is transparent. The rush service applies only to expediting the production time, not shipping. Your item was produced within the expedited production timeframe, which means the rush service was fulfilled as purchased. The delivery dates shown on our website are estimates, based on typical production and shipping timelines, but they are not a delivery guarantee. Once an order ships, the final delivery timing is fully handled by the carrier, and unfortunately delays--especially during the holidays--are outside of our control. Because the rush production service was completed as promised, we're unable to refund the rush fee at this time. I know this isn't the outcome you were hoping for, and I truly wish I had more flexibility here. Please know your feedback is heard, and I appreciate you taking the time to reach out. The product is beautifully made, and the customer service is quick and kind. A word of caution though, if you are grieving a deceased pet a plush clone might not help your grieving process. For me it was realistic enough that every time I saw it I got a thing of excitement, thinking my beloved cat was there, then followed by a wave of grief, and then guilt for being sad to see her image. read more

I love that they want to get to know every detail of your pet before they make your clone.

It's incredibly challenging to go through the design process. I sent multiple images many times and still did not feel like the dog's face looked like my dog. Finally, I gave up and figured her groomer may actually be able to help when the dog arrives. They nailed much of her body, but the face just never came together. After having lost a dog and then getting images repeatedly that didn't look like her was hard. I'm grateful I paid for the previews so some changes could be made and I wouldn't recommend doing this without paying for that. read more

Wonderful way to accept the grief after losing a loved pet. We found it really helped us process the emptiness. Also, our other dog has been grieving tremendously. When we got the plush, she instantly began to wag her tail for the first time in a month, still knowing it wasn't real, but she now sleeps with it just like she did her sister. It's given her great comfort. read more

Great service and great product! Responsive and great quality. I highly recommend to anybody!

Staff at Cuddle Clones were so patient and took all of my suggestions and made a wonderful clone of my sweet pup

My dog passed away in November the 15, I ordered one the following day they were so awesome they made sure my little girl had a stuffed hazel looks just like her she loved it, the video of her opening it was so emotiona, but she continues to sleep with it every night and I can't thank them enough for how awesome this gift meant to me and her, sometimes after she falls asleep I steal it and lay with it as well, we miss her deeply but this was such a big help to us all, thank you words can't express thanks again you guys are great!!! read more

I was very disappointed in the picture on the jogging suit pjs. The picture I submitted should have been taken away from outside light- to avoid any reflection. But there are no such instructions to that effect on the website. Thus, the face is completely whited out on one side. VERY DISAPPOINTING! The company, of course, is not willing to redo or make good on the product, as it was my fault for too much reflected light in the picture. read more

Everything!!!!!!!! Couldn't ask for a more timely or more professional way to handle it. As soon as I finished talking with Manuela, Our Dottie came in the mail. Perfect timing! read more

Buyer beware, would give a 0 star if I could! Horrible customer service team if anything goes wrong / unexpected with your item, There is no 'preview' for what you'll end up getting, so you get what you get and don't bother with their customer service, worst I've dealt with! Customer service (Manuela / Zee) were not helpful at all and my issue remains unresolved! Unfortunately, I didn't look at these reviews beforehand (if I had, I wouldn't have purchased from here), do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! read more

The experience of having the opportunity to have my baby girl cloned has made me feel better in knowing that I can hug her again and kiss her little head. My heart is broken and when I started working with this company they gave me constant feedback and support that I needed to help me get through the process of recreating my baby girl. I was very upset because they were having technical issues with their computer system. Adrianne, from Customer Care Support knew exactly what to say to me to help me feel better about the situation and I was finally able to get the rest of my pictures sent in through email. She ensured me that my cuddle clone was going to be as close to perfect as they can possibly get. I am really looking forward to receiving her. I know that it's not going to be her but it will help me to continue to keep her memory alive and comfort me as much as I need. I'm sure I am going to cry happy tears when I receive my cloned baby girl but I was so close to her and I'm having a horrible time accepting the fact that my baby girl has passed on. I'm so lost without her and if I hadn't found Cuddles Clones I would never have gotten this wonderful opportunity to see my baby again as the Artistic abilities of the amazing people they have working on getting my Cuddle Clone done within 8weeks. The bonus was that they were offering $150 off on any order. read more

I ordered the Custom Embroidered Crewneck With Your Pet's Face for my partner. While the first delivery was not to my satisfaction probably due to the quality of the photo i had sent, i was pleasantly surprised that Cuddle Clone immediately offered to remake the product at no cost. I was advised to send in a brighter photo and this time, the crewneck turned out perfect! My partner was very pleased. Thank you for the great service recovery and high quality product. read more

This review is llloonnggg overdue! My one and only furchild, Bentley, crossed the rainbow bridge 12.22.23 at 13.5 years old. I was devastated to say the least. Bentley has an IG page and one of his followers who also crossed the rainbow bridge, was now back again but in Cuddle Clone form. I did my research and began piecing together all the photos Cuddle Clone would need to bring my Bentley "back to life". By end of day, 12.23.23, I placed my order. I anxiously waited for BJ (Bentley Jr.) to arrive. All the while, grief is settling in. February 3rd, 2024 BJ arrived! Oh I was too excited!!! I was soooo happy to be reunited in such a way !! Thank you Cuddle Clones for bringing light into a dark moment of time read more
