Oliver James, I ordered a little clone of you, With eyes so sweet and features true. Though not exact, as I had hoped, It's enough to help my heart still cope. I look across and there you are, A gentle light, a shining star. Something to touch, to hold so near, When I wish that you were standing here. I trace each pad, soft and small, And memories come when I recall The precious moments we once knew, The countless ways I cherished you. No replica could ever be The boy who meant the world to me. Yet I am grateful beyond measure For this small gift, this tiny treasure. It eases just a little pain, And brings sweet memories back again. Though my heart still longs for you each day, This little likeness helps along the way. My Oliver James, so loved, so dear, Not a day goes by you aren't still here. In every memory, every sigh, My love for you will never die. Can't wait until your brother comes home too, Jasper Alan I'm waiting for you. read more

I didn't have expectations because I didn't want to be disappointed if the clone didn't turn out, but I have to admit that I'm pretty impressed by their work and the small details they added to remind us of our Chester who passed in May this year. My daughter and I teared up a bit because it really looks like a mini version of our fur baby. We love it and would recommend Cuddle Clones to other pet lovers. Great quality and excellent craftsmanship. Totally worth it! read more

The work these artists do is amazing! Such detail and pride goes into them. When we lost my autistic sons 'best friend', I knew he was going to take it hard. I took a chance and bought one. Sent in pictures of our beloved Ollie, and we couldn't be happier. The weight and being able to warm him up will help my son so much! If you're considering one, please do! You won't be disappointed. read more

I was skeptical when I decided to order a cuddle clone of my beloved soul dog who recently passed away at the age of 18. I had read reviews that Cuddle Clones quality had decreased over the last few years and didn't want to get my hopes up. When I was offered free revisions for 30 days backed by money back guarantee, I decided I had nothing to lose. I've been missing my girl so much and I just wanted something in her likeness that wasn't just a photograph. I received my cuddle clone in epic time (approximately two weeks) and I was so moved by its close resemblance to my Ella that I teared up immediately. My husband caught me holding it and thought it WAS actually Ella for a moment. It's been sad as well to look at her again this way but I'm so glad I made the purchase. She was a unique looking dog (mixed breed of long haired chihuahua/maltese so I was so worried they wouldn't get it right. Customer service was exceptional throughout, honestly couldn't be happier. read more

Incredible company to work with! Cant wait to see the final result! I know I wont be dissapointed!!!

I ordered a cuddle clone for a friend of mine whose dog was diagnosed with a terminal heart condition; sadly, the pupper passed away a few months later. The extremely life-like cuddle clone helped my friend with her grief as it provided both a physical reminder that she could touch/hug, but also an emotional reminder of the special relationship and happy memories she had of her dog. The company artists/craftsmen did an AMAZING job of re-creating the subtle shade variations and unique markings of the dog's fur, the placement/shape of the eyes, nose, and ears, and even her crazy bed-head hair. It looked EXACTLY like her dog. It undoubtedly the best gift I could have given my friend and it was worth every penny! read more

"Bentley" was perfect! I was totally surprised that his brown spot on his back was there as I didn't think it was noticeable on the photos I sent. such a good representation of our beloved pet, Great specialized artist and attention to details

Everything that went into creating my dog's "clone" was positive, and the quality of their work is amazing. I had a clone made 9 months ago of my dog Duffy, who passed away from cancer. That clone has been the one thing that has offered some comfort for myself & my family following Duffy's passing. It looks EXACTLY like him! I am now awaiting a second cuddle clone of my other dog Cosmo that passed 5 weeks before Duffy. I can't wait to see how he turns out. The loss of both "my boys" was devastating, especially losing them so close in time. Although still devastated, I feel the cuddle clones helped me heal from this big loss just a little more than I could have done on my own. Than you for creating such a wonderful company! Best wishes always!! read more

I ordered custom pet face pajamas as a gift and was really disappointed with the quality compared to the price. The fabric is very thin polyester and has a plastic-like feel, not what I expected based on the product description. The pet images printed on the pajamas are noticeably blurry and lack detail, even though the photo I uploaded was clear and high quality. Overall, the pajamas feel cheaply made for how much they cost. I understand that custom items can't always be returned, but that information wasn't obvious to me when ordering, and I wouldn't have purchased them if I'd known how low the quality would be. My kids won't even wear them, which is frustrating given the price. Customer service was polite but ultimately just referred me back to their policy and wouldn't offer any resolution. This might work fix you aren't aren't picky about fabric or print quality, but if you're expecting something soft or high-end, I'd recommend looking elsewhere. read more

Quick customer response. They applied the coupon manually for me after the purchase .

All was great except it took longer than promised. Everything else was good. I liked the fact that I was kept in the loop.

They asked about my cat, what breed, his markings, eye color, and what position I wanted him in. They sent me a photo of their work to see if there were any changes that may need to be made. The end result was a perfect copy of my cat. It was quick turn around. It arrived today and I'm delighted with the end result. Well done! read more
