Very pleased with everyone I worked with. Quick responses and very pleasant to work with.

I bought a Cuddle Clone for my MIL when her dog passed away. After I placed the order, I saw an email offering free expediting of our cuddle clone, so I emailed customer service and received a response back that they would give us the promo code so my MIL could receive her pet asap. I was waiting to write my review until after I saw it and it's absolutely AMAZING, when she opened it she said it was her dog, she knew right away. They even had the ear coming out of his ears like we asked for, coloring was spot on, and they had done everything we asked. It's so realistic that when you have him on the couch we all do a double take because he's so real looking. Not only was our cuddle clone absolutely perfect, but he received way sooner than expected, and customer service was great. Our cuddle clone was worth the price! read more

Bought pajama bottoms that felt like plastic. They're clearly manufactured in china and are not good enough to even be a rag since they have zero absorbency. Not cozy. Complete trash. Even worse? They offer a money back guarantee on *some* items. Not these! Clearly, even they know their pajama bottoms are trash. read more

I can't tell you how happy I am with our Cuddle Clone. I ordered this of my dog two days after she passed away. Receiving this package in the mail and revealing the product made my fiancé and I cry so much. It brought our girl back to us. She was literally the best dog on the planet and now we have something to remember her by. They got her chest markings, the little blep in her tongue sticking out, and her floppy little ears. Can't think the team enough for the work they did. When I first placed the order, a team member contacted me almost immediately asking if I wanted the shaved part of her arm part of the clone. I told the team "no," but just took her tongue out just a little bit because that's what she always did. They delivered just that and more My dog was a mutt so the clone did come out a little shorter in length than she really was but that's okay, that was on me. Our cuddle clone of her is still perfect! read more

if you are ordering a cuddle clone keep in mind the size will not not represent your dog. The attention to detail is fantastic in the markings and the overall appearance, my cuddle clone looks just like my dog. However, it's VERY TINY in comparison to my dog's size. if your looking to replicate your dog as I was, understand your getting a SMALL stuffed animal that looks like them but doesn't produce the life size clone of your dog that your looking for. read more

I LOVE Cuddle Clones! I ordered one for my friend eight years ago after her dog passed. She turned out exactly like the photos I sent in. She has in her favorite spot by the sliding doors. This past May my grandson was finally able to get a kitten and he passed away suddenly at our house. I was devastated but knew where to go to help ease the pain. Cuddle Clones did such a good job with Liam. They requested additional photos of Liam from different angles to get all his beautiful markings perfect. I love that they keep you informed of every step while they are creating the clone. I was going to give him to our grandson later this month but couldn't wait. He had tears in his eyes when he saw him. I would highly recommend Cuddle Clones to anyone who would like a replica of their furry friend! Thank you for helping ease the pain of losing a pet. read more

I love my 2 Cuddle Clones of our Angel furbabies and my husband loves his gold ball markers. I was going to get a Cuddle Clone of my furbaby I have now who is only 4 but after I ordered it we had an unexpected medical bill and I couldn't afford it so I canceled before they started making it. They were great and gave me a refund right away. When I have enough money I will order another Cuddle Clone of my living furbaby. read more

I just got my boy today. He passed on 3/17/26 and it's been a rough time. From the start: me asking questions and customer service responding immediately, them asking me questions about his tooth, his colors, how I would like his ear, to receiving the most perfect replica of him today - they have been an absolute joy to work with. I sat him on the table for a minute and when I came down the stairs I looked twice, my husband did as well. I am beyond thankful for everything and will definitely contact them again in the future. As far as the cuddle clone itself: very sturdy, great craftsmanship, and appears to be very very good quality. Beyond a 5-star experience. Thank you so so much Cuddle Clones. read more

This is my third cuddle clone. The cuddle clones are so realistic, people think they are live animals.

My pup Bishop recently passed away. I saw an ad on Facebook for Cuddle Clones. I was missing my pup so much, I followed their instructions and sent pictures of my pup To them. The big day came and I finally received my cuddle clone of Bishop. The minute I opened the package I started crying because it was like I had my Bishop back. I placed him on the couch where he always sat. Every time I see the couch it looks just like my Bishop sitting there. I recommend Cuddle Clones 100%. read more

I have so many positive things to say and share about Cuddle Clones! My first Maine Coon, Jazi was the love of my life, my best friend and always with me. She has been gone for six years but miss here everyday until now. I heard about CC and decided to reach out. They responded to me right away and guided me through the entire process. I sent many photos and if they had a question, they reached out to me to be sure she would be replicated perfectly. Everyone there replied in such respect and care. My Cuddle Clone is absolutely perfect, and everything was done with such love and detail. I have shared with a nursing home and they got to hold and hug her. brought tears to their eyes. An absolute perfect gift from family to a loved one who is missing their best friend. My CC is weighted too, very realistic. The best experience with them. I have photos but don't know how to attach them. read more

I love everything about this. The only thing I don't like is them wanting to charge me $100 to look at the finished product to approve it. That's just crazy. That's not how a business works in my business. If my customer doesn't like the finished product I fix it and I don't charge them to look at the finished project. But it's okay My best friend I had for over 16 years has passed away and it's killing me and I just have a lot of emotions built up right now so I don't know if this review would be would sound the same after I received the product. But I still think it's a wonderful idea, but you don't charge your customers to look at the finished product to make sure it's okay. You should look into your policies a little different. Other than that, what a wonderful experience you have to build on with many people that are hurting. Thank you. Have a nice day read more

BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY: All the negative reviews are true. This is not a legitimate business, and they will ROB you! I'm still waiting for my refund for my damaged product, which is missing hair and sewn incorrectly. I paid over $300+. They claim that they will give you a 100% money-back guarantee, but they DO NOT abide by their refund policy. They only make the best items for influencers and marketing. This company is a scam for stealing money from people who are grieving and losing their pets. read more

Quick response when I reached out to cancel my order. They were understanding on why I wanted to cancel my order and was refunded all my money. Thank you I will reach out in the future if I change my mind again. read more

So I really don't know where to start. 1st, paying the extra for rush production only for it to take three weeks to get from production to "headquarters" to be shipped. SCAM. They printed shipping label 2 1/2 weeks before they even had it to ship to give the appearance it was ready and coming. 2nd, it absolutely doesn't even look anything like our dog. One eye is bigger than the other. The mouth is crooked. The fur isn't even close to being the right color. We will be asking for refund and I'll come back when that is completed if it ever will be. DO NOT BUY FROM cuddle clones!!! read more

Awesome company and services . Went out of way to get the product right. Very happy

When I first ordered my Cuddle Clone, my cat was sick. I wasn't sure he'd make it. I needed some version of him to hold on to. Now, thank goodness, he's fighting fit, and I get to see him cuddled up with his clone - who I've dubbed his brother... although there is some hissing between them (I won't reveal who is who!) In addition to impeccable customer service, Cuddle Clone artists are truly artists and I can't thank you enough: from the fur in his ears, his pink nose, green eyes and down to the white tip of his tail... he isn't MY boy, with his personality and beating heart, but one day he will provide great comfort when the circle of life does its thing. Thank you, CC! read more

On March 27, 2026, had to put my baby George to sleep, ending his suffering of seizures. George was smart, astute and intuitive...we ate dinner together, he had a car seat so I could take him W/me every place he was welcomed. We walked to the mailbox, walked W/friends in the evening, he slept either in my bed or on the floor close by. Everyone who came to our door, George met them W/a toy. I was not emotionally prepared to place the April 18th order; Louren replied to my email, asking to cancel the order. Received confirmation order was canceled and the payment method would be credited. read more

This company is deceptive and defrauds customers. I ordered items for my children for "guaranteed Christmas delivery" and received multiple messages confirming my order had been placed in time for the cutoff. No items arrived and when I contacted the company to complain they claimed that I had not in fact placed my order in time for "Guaranteed Christmas Delivery" despite the email confirmation I provided. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! read more

Words can not express how much we loved this clone of our dog. It was amazing and so life like and more than we could have ever imagined. Arah was amazing through this whole process, always quick to reply to emails and any questions we had. So grateful for the work and care you put into the clone. Also a shout out to Louren, for helping with the clone once it arrived. You all do a truly amazing job and brings joy to see the final clone. Thank you. read more

Great job. Needed an adjustment and was handled great! Easy process to get it just as we wanted it!

Great products! Great customer service! Very responsive to questions and they provide thorough answers.

We had a fabulous experience. Our designer truly made our cuddle cone look like our beloved golden doodle. And it arrived early.

I ordered a Cuddle Clone for my son and daughter-in-law, who'd experienced a tough loss with their indoor Bunny. I ordered through Amazon and was pleasantly surprised at the base touch of customer service to make their Bunny correctly and at how rapid we received the Bunny. My son and daughter-in-law were "blown away" by how wonderful He was!! They hugged him and cried. I'm not sure how they do on other animals, but they knocked this one out of the park!!!! read more
