Cuddle Clones did a great job with pooch pics, however, the pajama material was not what I expected. I don't think they're going to keep my daughter warm at all. Too bad, they're real cute :( Also, the delivery was impossible to track even though they give a tracking number :( read more

My mother suddenly had to put our sphynx down, I was heartbroken that I didn't get to say goodbye and she was devastated that was her little boy. Today on Mother's Day she got her Cuddle Nosey and with the tears I know this made her happy. Thank You for the lovely job done! read more

I was so excited about the pajamas for my son. Unfortunately they lie and send misinformation. I ordered before thanksgiving and they sent me a bogus tracking number from San Diego dated Dec 2. The customer service person gives me the run around. My son will probably miss out now on 2 gifts that would have been extremely special to him. All the company had to do was be honest. Now I will be reporting them to the better business bureau amd calling my credit card company. All lies. Sadly don't waste your money. I'm more than willing to change this if they step up and do the right thing but as of now it's fraud! read more

I received my Cuddle Clone Plush yesterday and contacted customer service today about the issue with how it turned out. I simply wanted it to be altered because the face was close but they body was completely wrong. The plush has the face of a Chihuahua but the fur of a Golden Retriever. The company said that was the best they could do and told me to return it. I did not want a refund but I also did not want a fluffy Chihuahua that looks nothing like the photos I sent. This company can make short haired dogs, I have seen dozens of photos online, but apparently this one did not translate. My first order 2 years ago was perfect and I was beyond pleased. However, the customer service and product design on this order were completely lacking. read more

This company charges a lot of money for their product but does not stand behind it. I received their product as a gift, contacted them about a defect in the item and was told they were delayed in responding to me because of COVID restrictions. I understood. Now they won't give me a remake or a refund for their product because it's outside their return window. It's a disgrace to charge so much and not make the situation right when they can clearly see the defect was in their manufacturing. BEWARE!! read more

I got my daughter the cuddle clones pajamas for a Christmas gift. Her dog looks amazing on the pajamas. They are super soft! Best gift ever. They do an amazing job read more

Don't waste your time with this company! I ordered three sets of pajamas in the first week of November as Christmas gifts. As the weeks passed on and I didn't receive any updates about my order, I attempted to reach out to customer service and was never able to get a hold of anyone. A couple of days ago I noticed a refund on my credit card from Cuddle clones in the amount of my original purchase. I once again tried customer service and finally got a response to my email, although it took a few days. The response was basically that they weren't sure why my order had been canceled, but it must've been because they couldn't fulfill it in time. I received no communication that my order was being canceled, so had I not seen this on my credit card, I wouldn't have known that half of my Christmas presents for my family weren't arriving. They offered me a discount if I re-ordered and I asked if I would receive the items by Christmas, and they said no. This company is awful. Don't use them. There are plenty of other websites that offer the same products and have amazing customer service. read more

I was excited to order a gift for my fiancé of our two cats. However, I was massively disappointed. First, I paid extra for rush shipping and the items arrived way later than that time frame. The customer service said they wouldn't refund me for that shipping charge. Then, I actually get the pairs of slippers and they looked ZERO PERCENT like our cats. I mean, they could have sent me someone else's order for how little they resembled them. I contacted customer service again and was told I could send them pictures of my cats (mind you, I had already sent many pictures of them). A waste of money and time. read more

If I could give it ZERO stars, I would. I paid 300 dollars (got it on sale, then did a rush job, and expedient delivery. i also paid for a zipper pouch inside of the plushie as it is one of the options) for this plush in memorial of my cat who died from cancer. They asked for a ton of pictures to start, and I thought oh that's great, they will make it very detailed and realistic like in all of their comparison pictures! They messaged me to get clarification about something, and I answered this. It became a custom pose of my cat laying curled to one side with the tail curled to one side. Cool. I wait and wait and wait, which is fine, details take time! It eventually arrives but it not only looks nothing like my LIGHT GREY cat (it was a really dark grey so dark it was black in some places), but the head is smashed in from being sent in a very bad plastic bag with no protection. The fur wasn't the right colour, the eyes were very far apart and looking in two different directions, the ears didn't even have fur on them fully, there were bald patches in the face, the front leg was twisted around like it was broken (it was sewed on that way and would not lay in any other position). The only thing they got right was the singular white patch on the chest. I was so upset. I asked for an alteration, because they offer those. They had me send it back with the corrects I wanted, and I made it a point to say please don't touch the white patch, it's the only thing that was right. So off it went. Weeks go by, and then I am contacted to confirm some pictures of the new version. But it's WRONG?? They not only absolutely destroyed the white patch (they made it a HUGE stripe from chin to legs when it's supposed to be a TINY white patch in the front of the chest), but the eyes were even more messed up, the leg wasn't fixed at all, the only thing they had touched was the fur colour from dark grey/black to lighter grey. We went rounds in this "fix" and "picture showing" for like 4-5 emails, weeks and weeks. They send a picture that I can't even see the white patch... I asked to get better pictures.. they sent some that showed a white patch, so I just gave up and at this point, it looked nothing like my cat, and I said as much. But what could I even do? So I said "whatever just send it" and so they did. I thought maybe I could grow to love the approximation of my pet. So no shipping notification like last time, it just shows up one day. That day being today. I open it up thinking at least it's closer than it was before. It looks like they not only messed with it after I said okay, but it's not even correct in what I paid for? There is no zipper pocket in this one, so that means they didn't alter what I sent back, they completely remade it. So everything I said don't change never applied to begin with. The tail is on backwards (it is supposed to be forward facing, curled around the cat, but it is arched over its back like it's in a mating position with 'butthole' showing when it shouldn't be lifted like that????) and the leg still isn't fully fixed. The head is, of course, smashed in and the wrong shape because of how they shipped it. The eyes are still too far apart but at least they are looking the same direction... The ears are missing fur, the top of the head has too much fur, they added a TON of extra fur around the neck area for some reason so now it looks like a weirdly balanced lion... and worst thing.. THERE IS NO WHITE PATCH TO SPEAK OF AT ALL ON THE CHEST THE ONE THING I SAID DON'T TOUCH but of course they ruined it because they remade the whole cat and didn't pay attention to any of the details from the last version. The tail, the patch, the eyes, the ears, the leg... and most of all, the ZIPPER POUCH I PAID EXTRA MONEY FOR ISN'T EVEN INCLUDED!!!!! The worst yet is that once you get an alteration, they say you can't get any more alterations, and they won't refund you money at all. So I am demanding to speak to someone in charge because not only is this STILL not what I asked for, and sent a TON of picture references for, but they STOLE money from me because they didn't even include the zipper pocket. The first one had a zipper pocket and this one does not. This is the absolute WORST experience I've EVER had commissioning something. An artist on Etsy could make a better look-a-like plushie from their basement than this company can make for you, especially if your pet is an atypical breed with limited markings. CuddleClones relies on pets with exceptionally unique markings in order to make their things look similar, so if your pet is all one colour, or has only one small marking, forget it. They can't replicate it. This was the worst experience, and an absolute waste of 300 dollars. I demanded a refund anyway, especially since they STOLE MONEY FROM ME BY NOT INCLUDING THE POCKET and I would accept a complete remake of this cuddleclone again but LOOKIE LOOKIE ONLY1 ALTERATION in which they don't take accountability for. read more

My beloved Marley was a poodle, thick curly hair, long ears soft Curls, Short pomp tail. I've seen better quality stuffed animals from the DOLLAR STORE. I spent $260 for Cheap thin wispy fuzz. The fur all different lengths, excess chunks, one eye is smaller and backwards, ears are a joke. The tail looks like a horses tail. When I told them what they sent was poor quality, barely resembled the pictures I sent. I'm still grieving I asked to have it modified or remade. THEIR 100% GUARANTEE DISAPPEARED. I was told If they have to fix their POOR QUALITY and I didn't like the finished product TOO BAD NO REFUNDS. Trickery, Poor Quality and Terrible Workmanship read more

The plush I received looks NOTHING like any of the photos I sent and doesn't even look like a Chow Chow. This purchase has been nothing but aggravation since the beginning. Terrible customer service, it's like pulling teeth out with your bare hands to get a response, I paid $85 for 2 week rush delivery (as stated on their website) and spent 4 weeks trying to get in touch with someone about my order. When I finally got through, they told me I paid for a 2 week rush on my plush being made, not for it to arrive in 2 weeks (like their website states). I managed to get a refund on my rush delivery because I didn't get my order until week 6. The ears on my plush aren't even close to being the same size (my dogs ears were perfectly symmetrical as shown in photos), the tail looked nothing like my dogs tail (perky and rested up on her back vs the plush having a super long and floppy tail), the fur was so disheveled, half of the face is smashed in, the snout looked nothing like a Chow Chow snout, and the plush has an incredibly noticeable underbite (my dog did not). I will NEVER purchase another product from Cuddle Clones. I don't know if the artist who made my clone was brand new to the job, but this thing was absolutely atrocious. I'd give zero stars if I could. read more

We unexpectedly lost our little baby on March 13th, 2018. It was a gut punch. Mia was as close to my child than any real one ever could be. So that night while thinking about what sort of tribute I could do for her, I remembered Cuddle Clones, which I first heard about a few years ago. Back then, it was a luxury item. That night, it represented an integral piece of the healing process. So in my grief-filled haze, I submitted some basic pictures and typed in a few generic details on the "distinguishing characteristics" section and clicked "order." I'm not ashamed to admit that this was purely an impulse buy. As I went through my phone the next few days, I discovered better pictures that I wished I had originally submitted. I promptly e-mailed them to Cuddle Clones over the course of a week along with some other details that I specifically wanted to see and they were always receptive to my input even as I kept badgering them. My advice is to send as many pictures as you can. The 8 required isn't always enough. So after three and a half weeks, I received my Cuddle Clone of Mia in their trademark box...and didn't open it right away. A part of me was not ready for the disappointment if it did not meet my expectations. So I did a few chores, worked out, ate dinner and only when I had nothing more to do, did I open the box. Well, I'd have to say that I am beyond satisfied. They did her right. From her big, brown attentitive eyes, her round, squishy body that one veterinarian said resembled a football, to the spots that dotted her tail. I can't help to get a little misty-eyed seeing her in her bed again. Thank you Cuddle Clones. read more

Our family was desperately missing our cat, who had passed in November. I ordered 2 for Christmas, and they were so well-received. Although sweet Buggy is no longer with us, this is something tangible and concrete on which to hold. His Cuddle Clone looks so real, that SEVERAL times when I pass by, I think it's really him. They captured his sweet, old man face and spirit. Would 100% recommend. read more

Very cute product. Bought the pajama shorts for each of my daughters for Christmas. The shorts are high waisted and very long so wasn't happy with that. Material seemed a little on the cheap side. I am struggling to search for the words to express my utmost gratitude for the Cuddle Clones company/brand. They have created the most authentic clone for my friends dog, Willow. The attention to detail and artistry is like NOTHING I have ever seen. Cuddle Clones is REALLY doing the Lord's work here. Willow passed in January this year of 2024. She was my friends, "soul animal". Her heart, her love, her life. My friend was positively devastated when she had to let go of Willow. The heartbreak she felt is an understatement. I NEVER want to see someone so close to me, suffer in that way again. It's GUT wrenching. And there's nothing you can say or do to console a person who is that devastated and so destroyed inside. I was really hoping that Cuddle Clones, could give my friend a sense of peace, closure, comfort, security, and BOY did they deliver. My friend is OVER THE MOON over her Cuddle Clone of Willow. She cried, she laughed, she hugged, she kissed, cried some more, smiled some more. ALL of the emotions. I simply can't thank the folks at Cuddle Clones ENOUGH for what they've done for my friends mental well being. Regarding the customer service with Cuddle Clones? THEY ARE THE BEST!!! BEST! BEST! BEST! Everyone single solitary person at Cuddle Clones that worked on Willow, were so unbelievably PATIENT with me. They were so very understanding and supportive. Always asking me questions or asking for my photo's of Willow, so that they could be SURE about getting all of the details right. I seriously have never had a MORE wonderful experience with a customer service/support staff, then I did with Cuddle Clones. Manuela was with me EVERY step of the way. From the initial order, to the customization process, to just being down right "kind" to me and then to the final delivery. Again, I simply can't express how PATIENT they are. The patients of a Saint. Manuela is a TRUE Gem with Cuddle Clones. I feel like, Manuela and I are friends now :) I hope that this review will provide Cuddle Clones with more business, because they are SO worth it. It is rare in this day and age, to find a company that is SO unbelievably kind, especially with their customer support. It is something to be valued. Thank you Manuela again for everything you did for me, Willow and my friend. She will cherish her Cuddle Clone of Willow for many years to come. Bless everyone, and all the teams/staff with Cuddle Clones. Sincerely, Jaime Scott read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed an order 11/20/21 for pajamas for a Christmas present. It was not until January until I received it, the website says 2-3 weeks for this type of order. I received an email 12/5/21 which stated, "Your Cuddle Clones order has recently been completed. A shipping label has been printed for your package, and it is on its way to our home office in Louisville, KY, for final inspection and packaging." According to the USPS tracking link, a shipping label was created since 12/4. After multiple attempts to call, the automated response is "experiencing technical difficulties" for weeks (big red flag). This automated response suggests "use our live chat," which they did not have (another red flag), the only communication is email. When I emailed, I received several return email notifications that your mailbox is full. So, even email is touch and go (red flags everywhere!). I even resorted to Twitter, but no response, even after they post. I requested a full refund, but I continued to get a response that USPS had it, and it is their fault and they cannot give me a full refund, but 20%. I called USPS and asked about this particular tracking number, and they said they did not have it, that the company still had it. Only a label has been created. Seriously, next to ordering something from arbitrary company from overseas, this is literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If they would just be forthright and spoke the truth and said "we are behind," or "so sorry, we are doing the best we can, here's a discount," maybe it would have been a bit better. But, the unavailability of customer service is so shady, the blaming on USPS is ridiculous. Buyer beware. read more

Purchased one for a gift. The clone looked nothing like the picture, the clone looked like the time of the dog dying stage that recently passed away. Asked for a remake the company, but they refuse to remake (even though they offer to others...?). They only wanted a refund + losing money for shipping fee. Maybe, just maybe they should send the photo of the progress before they ship it out to avoid the hassle of complaning customers that dont know what it looks like until upon arrival. It will be so much eaiser to fix whatever problem until the customer is satisified. You can see the picture comparison below the comment. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU HAVE A SOME SORT OF POODLE/BISHON/MALTESE. ITS ALWAYS INACCURATE. I legit thought they will improve despite the gallery, but clearly I was wrong. Buyer beware! I never write reviews but since I was dooped out of nearly $200 by CUDDLE CLONES I want to save others from wasting their money. I would not purchase from this company. I ordered two sets of pjs on NOVEMBER 29th for nearly $200 with high hopes that they would be legit and be a nice way to memorialize our elder dogs for Christmas gifts for my adult kids to wear on Christmas Eve. One pair never arrived and the other was the wrong size. So totally wasted my money. What's worse is when I reached out to CUDDLE CLONES, a Benjamin S lied to me and blamed Christmas shipping delays by USPS (I ordered them November 29th!!). When I sent him the proof with the USPS tracking information to show as of 12/24 the item hadn't even shipped yet (label was created on 12/7 but it never shipped), he never had the decency to respond to my email. After I emailed him the tracking info with proof it didn't ship, magically, the next day it shipped without him even acknowledging their mistake. The pjs just arrived today - 1/3, over a week after Christmas and 5 weeks after I ordered them and again, the second pair is THE WRONG SIZE. So now I have two pjs that don't fit anyone in the house so I threw away nearly $200. The company did nothing to make this right other than blaming USPS when it clearly was the company's fault. No refund or even partial refund. He offered coupon for next purchase. Why would I waste another penny with them when I didn't get what I wanted. I got a cuddle Clone of my 13 year old cocker spaniel made. I think they did a really nice job, but they didn't get his freckles. Since they didn't get his freckles it looks like a pale version of my Chester. Other than that and a few things like a slightly different pattern on the ears they did a pretty good job. It was kinda pricey, and Chester thinks it's a new toy for him. They even got his cherry eye, witch I thought was impressive. I just wish they would have got his freckles, but she even said on the YouTube video that she didn't want it to look like a taxidermied version of your pet. I purchased two of these after losing my cats and not really having the opportunity to say goodbye to one of them. I thought this might be a great way to memorialize them and even keep their "clone" with their ashes. Unfortunately, the "clone" turned up looking much more like a clown than anything like my cats. The colors were far off, the faces on the stuffed animals looked like they were smushy and had some type of physical deformity, and they made one of the cats way fatter than anything that the picture looked like. I will give them a plus in that the "special touches" I mentioned on the order form were done and done well. The rest of the cats were not, however. I'm glad that I used a Facebook coupon code to get some discount on them because I'd be even more disappointed if I spent more than $500 on both of them and got something that I'll never see again. I haven't received my product after 3 weeks. They sent me a tracking number almost 2 weeks ago for a package that was never given to the post office. They claim otherwise. Contact USPS, they say. Apparently this is the canned answer they give to everyone. Some packages aren't traceable until they are delivered. Makes no sense at all. It'll get there when it gets there. Or not. No responsibility, no caring. Wish I had contacted the Better Business Bureau before engaging with this company. Look them up on bbb.com and read for yourself. All I can say is that after losing my beautiful little girl 4 weeks ago, this experience has all but ripped my heart out. They refused to address my request for a refund even though they never shipped the product. Based on the reviews of real customers, I'm afraid to even open the box should I ever receive it, which I doubt. Plenty of people apparently haven't. For a company that deals in something so sensitive, this is absolutely disgraceful. read more
