I'm specifically reviewing the pajamas that are offered by Cuddle Clones. While they do a good/decent job of transferring the pet's photo onto the fabric, that's where their competence ends. First, the size chart on their website does NOT reflect the actual measurements - for the waist or the pants length. The actual product is smaller in the waist and LOTS shorter on the pants length. Second, customer service is virtually useless. I called to ask what could be done about my order of 3 pairs of pajama pants that were all un-wearable for the people I purchased them for. The rep said to order in a bigger size; they would send through at no additional cost. I asked if they would re-make the pants at the length stated on the website. The rep seemed totally confused. EIGHT weeks later, the second order arrived. The waist measurements are no different (despite each pair supposedly being the next size up) AND the pants lengths were no longer than the smaller size. So disappointing. And a waste of my time and money. Do not purchase from Cuddle Clones. read more

if I could give less than 1 star a would. buyer beware. If they make an error in your order or you have any problem at all know that any email or chat communication is automated. the emails are very well done and lead you to believe that you are having a dialogue with a human but you are not. everything is done to lead you along. I placed my order for PJs on 11/6 for my entire family that would be matching for Christmas Day. an annual tradition in my family. the order wasn't completed and despite numerous emails back and forth starting 12/10 asking whether the garments would arrive in time and being lead to believe they would I get a "congratulations your order has shipped" email on 12/21 only to find that despite the fact that the original error was theirs, my garments will not arrive u til 12/26. too late for Christmas. now I am out almost $300 because I can't get a hold of a human to get a refund and cancel, I have to scramble to try and find matching Christmas PJs somewhere which is almost impossible at this late date. do not buy from this shop you will not be able to deal with a human. NOT GOOD. read more

I was a big fan of cuddle clones, in fact giving a repeat purchase this year, and recommending to others. However, If I could give zero stars right now I would. I ordered 5 weeks ago, and it said deliver in 2-3 weeks. I received numerous of the same emails over 3 weeks each saying, great news, your order has hit production and you will receive in 2-3 weeks. I reached out to customer service numerous times, and I received a response one time, 6 days ago, letting me know my order has shipped! Well, 6 days later, it is still showing as en route to DHL facility. This is the ONE big gift from santa for my 8 year old and I Cannot get anyone to help me with this order. The customer service phone number does not actually let you talk to anyone, and the so called "live agent" is never working. I am extremely disappointed and very sad for my daughter who had this as her only ask from Santa. read more

The first few days, whenever I walked past my Cuddle Clone I had to do a double take. It is so comforting to feel him nearby.

I hope enough people get to read this before they take down my post . , they have a history of ignoring people , not answering their emails or phone calls . My friend was kind enough to buy me a gift card from this site after I lost my beloved yorkie back in December , I ordered a figurine and provided a CLEAR picture and instructions and info about my dog . I received something that didn't even resemble my beautiful dog , I have returned the item to them and they have received it because I have the tracking number to prove it . I contacted them by phone and explained that I would NOT ORDER anything else from them because they obviously don't have the products they advertise. So it's false advertisement.. so since I have returned the item it's been almost 2 months and they haven't returned my friend's $300 because they say is company policy . They offer store credit.. well what am I suppose to do with that ?? What part of I AM NOT PURCHASING ANYTHING FROM YOU didn't you understand??? So here we are ....Still haven't been reimbursed... so that means not only they have FALSE ADVERTISEMENT.. THEY ALSO NOW COMMIT GRAND LARCENY ..???? Don't buy anything because if you don't like it ( ODDS ARE YOU WON'T ) you won't get your money back either ... absurd !!!! read more

By Peter I took a decent phone camera picture of our dog and sent it to the company. They produced a great looking set of pajamas in short order--right before Christmas. They look great, fit well and the recipient of them LOVED them. read more

The product was as advertised. The quality was great. The picture on the material looked exactly as my granddaughters dog. She loved them! I would use this company again. read more

I purchased pajamas on December 4th and paid a rush fee. I have been trying to contact them daily for two weeks. Tomorrow is Christmas Eve the day I need the pj's and I don't even have a tracking number! I only receive blanket text that are not meant for me. And I don't know what to do. I want the pj's for Christmas as they do not offer refunds. I did notify th better business bureau and made a complaint. Caution to anyone who needs an order in less than a month. read more

They do a great job putting your pet's face on the pajamas. That said, I mistakenly thought I was getting both top and bottom for the price they charged, but disappointingly it was only the bottoms. So be careful with that drop down menu if you order. Now for Christmas I only have the bottoms. :-/ read more

I wanted to love Cuddle Clones and I had pretty low expectations in terms of the golf headcover looking EXACTLY like my dog (I would've been fine with a rough approximation). However, I was so disappointed with the actual quality that the headcover arrived it. It was matted, snarled, and, frankly, trashed. I had to peel back layers of ratty "fur" just to see if it even had eyeballs. When it came time to talk to their team, I couldn't reach them for days via chat, email, or phone. I'm sure they're inundated with holiday calamities, and I do have compassion for their likely small team that's probably trying to sort through an insurmountable # of complaints. However, the quality of the product was just unacceptable. 5 days later, I got an email back. They said they'd refund me the $150 for the headcover but not the $50 I paid in rush shipping to get it there in time for Christmas for my fiance. Which was a bust considering I could NOT give that thing to my fiance. (In all fairness to Cuddle Clones, they DID refund the full amount after I fought them on it.) Their explanation for why our goldendoodle headcover looked so trashed was that this is the best they can do with this fur type. Warning for any doodle owner that wants a Cuddle Clone: it will probably look like this. read more

I ordered during Black Friday, then a couple weeks later received an email saying they needed an additional photo of the "right side of the body." Well, this cat had passed a few years ago now, so the only way I had to get more photos was to ask my uncle (this was meant to be a special gift for my aunt, this cat was like her son). However, his hard drive was in need of repair and I had little control over when he would get back to me with a suitable photo. Cuddle Clones PROMISED to wait until I could get the photo, and under the circumstances even confirmed more than once that they would wait, but they lied about this and then cancelled the order anyway, out of nowhere, after the most recent correspondence from them was telling me that they would wait!! At minimum, they should have told me, "We can give you one more week, but that's the deadline." You DO NOT lie and then cancel after promising you would wait!! On follow-up, I tried to ask if they would just flip the photo of the right side of the body (this cat was a tabby, his markings were virtually identical on both sides), but they refused to do this, which is frankly just ridiculous. They tried to act like it was so they could be more accurate, but if I the customer am TELLING them that the markings were the same, why would you not just do what I ask??? I wish I had thought earlier to just flip a photo of the left side myself, because these people would never have known the difference! I also tried to finagle an additional screenshot photo out of a video I found, but it sounds like they won't reinstate the order for the price I paid, even now that I have a photo to offer them, now that they have cancelled it. Instead, they are offering me an insulting smaller discount code on a new order, which is nowhere near the Black Friday price I paid. I will never order from them again after this experience, if they won't honor the price on my original order. But hey, now that I'm seeing some other 1-star samples of their work in reviews, maybe I dodged a bullet here! read more

Very misleading and disappointing. PREFER TO GIVE 0 STARS. Ordered before Thanksgiving. They said ships in time for Christmas. First pictures rejected and they never told me. I emailed a week later having heard nothing. They said sorry, bad resolution on pics. I sent more. Again a week and nothing. Again I asked and was told the pics were uploaded to the manufacturer. I asked where and they said China. The site and all info leads you to think the company is in KY. They only communicated when I asked, but were clear the no refund because they are customizing. Finally shipped from China to KY 21 Dec. They repackaged and sent to me. I got it on 2 Jan. The size ran small, no communication, especially when my original picture was "unusable". Hiding that it is actually made in China. Quality is poor. Misrepresenting delivery by talking about shipping. All the signs of scam and I would not recommend to ever use this company. They want your money and say "oversees custom job" as th reason you cannot get refund and what you do get is poor quality and poorly sized. DO NOT BUY HERE. read more

I ordered pajamas for a Christmas present over a month ago and still have not received them. I received a tracking number but the USPS says they have not received the package. I created an account with Cuddle Clones with the intention of purchasing a plush as a Christmas gift. I was sent a 30% off promo code in my email only to discover that it expired the very next day with no warning. I contacted support to discuss the issue, expecting an apology and some sort of rectification. Instead, I was told that I was out of luck and that I should instead sign up for their email subscription for a 10% off promo code. This company clearly does not care about their customers and would rather take $40 from me than ensure a repeat customer. I guess Cuddle Clones is rolling in cash or something. read more

I love them. They are the exact image of my beautiful pomeranian Jasmine. Jas meant the world to me. Once again, she sleeps with me.

BUYER BEWARE! They are a scam and will not stand behind their product. My order was defective (wrong color, loose thread on back of "plush" stuffed replica of my dog and paint smears where it should have been white). They will only correct if you agree to forfeit your right to a refund if they get it wrong again and they will make you pay for shipping the defective product to you as well as back to them if you ask for a refund. They prey on the grief of pet owners and falsely advertise that they will stand behind their product. They also claim 6-8 weeks to produce and ship. Once ordered you will receive emails to pay them $60 more to expedite your order (they won't refund this). I got the product in 3 weeks and it shows. Complete garbage and their so called customer service does nothing to correct their mistakes. DO NOT BUY read more

TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY! Ordered before Christmas received Jan 10 so that was disappointing. I ordered 1 full PJ, a PJ bottom for men and a pair of socks. At this point, I paid over $325 CAD for these items which is ridiculous! I still don't have the socks! The PJ bottom for men is shinny and girly so that's going to go into the garbage. At this point i should have bought luxury pj for my two friends... SOOO disappointed. read more

The Cuddle Clones pajamas of my son's dog were a wonderful gift to my granddaughter and daughter-in-law. They loved them. My only concern is that the directions say they have to be hand washed and hung to dry - that isn't reasonable for pajamas. read more

It was really devastating to look forward to seeing a replica of my sweet cat that recently passed and seeing what I can only describe as a lumpy, furry creature that was poorly constructed. I sent over 30 images of my cat and they did such a bad job of recreating her image. The fur color was off, the eyes were shaved back and bugged out, they shaded her eyes with a bright bubblegum pink, they made her snout so long it didn't even look like a cat at that point. I sent it back for an immediate refund because I didn't trust them to do any revisions if this was their best attempt at recreating my cat. It has been over 3 weeks and I still haven't heard back about my refund. Don't waste your money with this company. read more

Really good quality overall. Would have received 5 stars had they been more accurate with the coloring of the plush clone.

I ordered my clone back during a Black Friday sale in November 2022. It took till January to receive and it didn't look like my pet at all even though they make u upload tons of pictures. So I sent back for fixes. But to even do that was ridiculous. They have very unresponsive customer service and definitely no one from thr so called Ohio office is actually involved. Im fairly certain this is a front for an actual Chinese company. I finally go them to help me and sent it back. It's now been two more months and still I've got nothing. They sent an email that it was at their shop for fixes a few days ago. I sent it two months ago!? What is taking so damn long! I order things on Amazon and Temu from Asia all the time and get it in days or a week! I got this because my cat was at end of life and wanted to have it before he passed. Now he has passed and going through this process with cuddle clones is just extra trauma. Don't waste your $$. There are cheaper and better alternatives out there. F read more

I ordered a custom phone case two weeks ago and received zero updates about my order status. I needed to replace my phone and since I had received no I reached out to ask whether the case had been made, and whether I can alter the order to another size. Super unhelpful customer service. read more

I honestly feel scammed. The thing they sent me was incredibly ugly and looked nothing like my dog that passed away a few months ago. I will never order another one of these. If you have a mutt, don't buy I guess. My theory is that they just have templates for different dog breeds and don't actually try to sculpt the face at all. The thing they sent me had the muzzle and face structure of a German Shepherd, my dog looked nothing like that and I honestly just feel so upset and disappointed, I even cried because I miss my dog so much that this was just an insult. This is not worth $200, they simply do not put in the effort for $200, they put in the effort of like $50. Don't waste your money. read more

I just got my daughters jammies and socks. I opened the socks first and was quite disappointed how small and featureless the picture of our dog was. Just the face, not the body since he's all black and its so small, you cant tell any features. They I saw the jammies and for who knows why, the pictures on the jammies are half the size? That makes no sense. If they were properly sized, say twice that of the socks then you would likely be able to make out what you are seeing. Before I leave a review, I wanted to give you the chance to respond as I don't even know if I will give these to my daughter now as I'm embarrassed and feel like I bought a cheap version....and these are NOT cheap! read more

I lost my beloved fur baby Brody in February & I was so severely depressed and dealing with so much grief. I had heard about these stuffed animal clones of your pets before and I had known all along I wanted one when my dog passed, so when he finally did, I did the research and found Cuddle Clones. Their clones look incredible, the reviews were amazing and I love that they give back with their proceeds. the process of customization was a little tedious, of picking out multiple pictures of Brody in lots of different angles, but it was important to getting all the details right when you want your clone to look as identical as possible. The wait for receiving him was a little hard, considering I was grieving and very sad, but let me tell you, when the box arrived, and I took "Brody" out, I smiled again. I felt like he was back home. all I had was his ashes and pictures. now I felt like I had something to physically touch and look at and honestly, it made me happy. For the first time since losing him. All of Brody's adorable features, especially his face, that made missing him so hard, that I felt like I didn't physically have around anymore, I feel like I've somehow got that back in a sense. Thank you Cuddle Clones for giving me a reason to smile again and bringing Brody home to me. you have no idea how much it means to me. I feel like you returned a piece of my heart to me. And I love you guys so much for it. read more

I am beyond disappointed in my plush. I paid almost $300 for a poorly made stuffed animal that looks like they intentionally made it look ridiculous. I sent in over 10 photos of my cat frankie who passed away last month and from the reviews i saw i thought i would basically get a replica of her so i was beyond excited. Once it got here i was so upset and even posted it on my social medias and all of my friends were laughing because of how horrible it was. The worst customer service, policies, response time. After purchasing pajamas on a previous occasion, I checked to make sure that I was providing enough lead time on a second order. After being told I was, I placed the order in lieu of using other options. Then radio silence from the company and no actual updates on timing. Only when I did NOT follow the guidance provided did I reach an actual human being on the phone. I have learned that there are multiple steps to the production and shipping process that are not disclosed to consumers and no one can actually provide any reliable information on when you might receive your order. You cannot be transferred to anyone other than the person who has answered your call. There is one generic email address and they claim to not find your emails. There are a significant number of vendors who make the same types of products and have completely different processes and you can bet that those will be the ones I use the next time I want something. read more

I can't speak for all of their products, but the golf headcovers are not very good. They barely stay on the club. You constantly have to check to make sure you still have the thing and it hasn't disappeared. They should have some sort of elastic band in the middle to hold the headcover onto the head of the driver. These are definitely NOT made for the size of today's drivers. They probably would have been fine in the '90s. I won't even get into the part about how it only *somewhat* resembles my dog. No where near as close as they claim. Beware. read more

I ordered a golf head cover of my long deceased four legged friend based on four old photos. I had to scan them in. They were that old. They made me a wonderful likeness of my old pal.
