Stay away! On 12/11/24 I ordered two PJ bottoms for my daughters for Christmas. I paid for expedited shipping and they were "guaranteed" by Christmas. Not delivered. No replies to numerous emails. Phone system doesn't have voicemail - it just directs you to email. Shameful company with not just terrible but INVISIBLE customer service. I wish I would've read these reviews before I placed an order for pajamas. There has been literally no communication or updates at all. I don't know if there are any live people that actually work for this company. Regardless, I paid extra money for expedited shipping and it says it will arrive before Christmas. I now have my doubts. This is a very important gift, and I trusted that this company would deliver on their guarantee. Based on all the one star reviews, I should have gone elsewhere. I'm not sure how this company can stay in business with their abysmal customer service. I hope other folks read these reviews and make a more informed decision to go with a different company. Terrible!!! read more

Paid 29.99 on 12/3 for guaranteed Christmas arrival. Still has not shipped. Company posts on social media constantly, but doesn't provide answers about orders. They are in way over their head or just a scam. Do not order from this company. read more

I would avoid this company around the holidays. I paid $40 shipping to guarantee this gift arrives by Christmas. It's been several weeks and my order (CC-677921) hasn't shipped. Now customer service is saying they will do their best to get it to me by Christmas. Incredibly frustrating. read more

Golf head cover of my German Shepard came in and looked great. Fathers Day gift from my kids. 3 months later the ears don't stay up and now it doesn't look like him. Customer service won't budge...30 day policy. I don't want a refund just want it fixed. They keep responding with a link to their return/refund policy. Asked for a supervisor and was ignored. Link on their parent company's website is "page not found". Don't waste your $250! read more

Same story as everyone else. I wish I had read these before I ordered. This is a SCAM for sure. I ordered pajamas and got an email stating they had shipped but the tracking shows only a label has been created for 14 days there has been no change. Very upsetting. I am unable to get a hold of anyone at the company. Will be reporting to better business bureau and putting a stop payment on my order through my bank. Hopefully this company will be shut down soon. read more

Do not order from this company. Their website says delivery within "2-3 weeks" but my order from mid-November has not yet shipped. Their customer service finally replied that the 2-3 week delivery is not guaranteed during busy times of year, but NO WHERE on their site does it say this. I requested expedited shipping since my order hasn't left yet and they said I did not pay for expedited at the time of checkout so they cannot ship it faster, even though they are now weeks past the original delivery window. As little as a few days ago they were still advertising "order by Dec 11 to arrive by Christmas" so I made comments on their social media post, which were all promptly hidden by their advertising team. This is a scam and I'm so sad that my 8 year old will not have this item from his Christmas list in time. read more

Avoid this company! I placed an order on November 5, 2024. A shipping label was created immediately but the product never shipped. After unsuccessful attempts to resolve this with the company, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau a month later. Oof. I feel so,so bad. I know effort went into making this. But it looks more like Wile E Coyote than my pet. I waited 5 years to splurge on ordering a Cuddle Clone. Long enough so I wasn't too emotional about my pup's passing, and thought I wouldn't be too critical. But for spending hundreds of dollars on an 18"x10" stuffed animal, I was extremely disappointed. First- a few things were spot on! The things I asked for in the details were honored to a T. They got his ears perfect, and added dew claws even though that's not something they normally do. I am so,so appreciative for this. But, his head is really off. The shape of his head to his muzzle is so disproportionate it literally made me laugh. His eyes were sewn crooked, so you can see that one eye is about a half inch from the seam on his muzzle, and the other eye is about a quarter inch. So one eye bulges out and in a different direction, lol. I've fluffed, adjusted, squeezed, everything I can think to manipulate the stuffing to compensate. I might try hiding a stitch to pull the wonky eye back a little. But again, when you spend this much, you shouldn't need to do amateur sewing adjustments to fix things. The last critique: overall, these stuffed animals are really cheap quality. The fur is airbrushed, so it feels like something you'd get out of a claw machine. I selected the laying down pose, but it doesn't seem like there is an actual pattern or plan, the back legs are awkwardly sewn onto the side like an after thought. I'm really glad I waited so long to order, I'd have been crushed if I got this when things were still fresh. I'm also glad I waited a couple weeks before reviewing, so I could find the positives! I know that someone really did TRY to re-create my pet. It just was a fail. Surprised it passed their supposed quality inspection. read more

I purchased a set of pajamas with my pets faces printed on them on 11/3/24. During the ordering process I decided to agree to the upsell of a pair of socks. I also chose expedited shipping so that everything would arrive by my wife's birthday by the end of November. I was sent tracking numbers on 11/5 for both items. The socks arrived 1 1/2 weeks later - great. The pajamas tracking information never updated past the initial 11/5 notification. I began to send emails to Cuddle Clones support on 11/19 when it was starting to get close to the birthday. I was sent the same tracking number. I sent more emails and was politely informed that I needed to wait 30 days before I could escalate. The birthday came and went and the $100 pajamas never arrived. It has now been 30 days. I am sure that I will eventually get the pajamas. However, the expedited shipping is clearly not reliable. Additionally, I have been subjected to an endless stream of emails from Cuddle Clones to buy more stuff. I hindsight, I wish I would have chosen another business to create these custom pajamas. Thank you for the socks. read more

Buyers Beware, Cuddle Clones is a SCAM company originating in China, not Ohio. I never recieved my order from 11/3 costing $259. I will just add my name to the list of disappointed Christmas customers. I ordered some custom PJs for $70 plus $25 to GUARANTEE the order by Christmas. When it seemed to be running late, I had to contact the company to get an explanation since they didn't offer any proactively. I told them to either get the order to me by Christmas or cancel it. They decided to ship it (it is supposed to arrive today...5 days after Christmas) and offer me a $16 refund. I would have never entered into this transaction of $70 plus $9 to arrive on 12/30. Either Cuddle Clones or I am having a hard time understanding what the word GUARANTEE means. Customers should get full refunds and CC can make a claim against DHL for lost revenue. read more

Cuddle clone arrived with flaws. Even his nose was crooked. Contacted Cuddle Clines for alterations. Had difficulty trying to send the clone back for alterations. The company tried to say that I couldn't return the clone for alterations because I didn't mail the clone back within 15 days of receiving the return shipping label. After arguing with them because their return/alterations policy didn't state that requirement and I didn't agree to them modifying the policy after the purchase was made, they finally agreed to do the alterations. Clone came back with only part of the alterations that I specified done. I contacted them and they agreed to do the alterations again, but at this point I don't feel like messing with it anymore. They took something that was supposed to be a good thing and made it a miserable experience. Very disappointed read more

My precious fur baby passed away on Thanksgiving Cuddle Clones made it possible for my to hold her again. Thank you Cuddle Clones God Bless

Customer service is horrible. I realized within 5 minutes after I ordered that the pjs were polyester and that wouldn't be a good gift for my friend. I tried to call the company, but was redirected to send an email, which I did. I got a response very quickly, within a day saying they got my email, they were working on it and that I should hear from someone shortly. Imagine my suprise when a week later I got another correspondence stating the order was shipping out. I immediately reached out again and this time got a customer service person who was no help. She literally repeated her self incessantly, apologizing but with no recourse. The company took no ownership of the fact that they responded to my original email saying they were working on it. They seriously must be desperate for business. So if you are looking for shiny polyester pajamas, with horrible or actually no customer service, you have the right company and will get the overpriced items that you order. read more

BUYER BEWARE!! This is similar to what others on here have stated - They will offer for you to pay more money for shipping that is 'Expedited - Guaranteed by Christmas' ($30 extra), but then send no communication about the order status just to have the order arrive well after Christmas. When emailing with support, they claim that I needed to pay for both rush processing and rush shipping to get the guarantee, although that was never stated and I ordered weeks prior to when I needed them. Others on here paid for both and still didn't get their product in time. Frauds! read more

We purchased Cuddle Clones of our deceased golden for our twin's birthday back in August. I paid the extra $100 for the rush processing and when they arrived I was beyond irate! They looked nothing like our Coco ! The clones were lopsided and not symmetrical. Whoever does the clones they advertise does an amazing job, but that's clearly not who we got! I was given two options- 1- get a full refund (MINUS the $100 rush fee...even though that was a waste of money to get clones of this quality RUSHED). 2- have them remake our clones but this means they remake and send pics for my approval (and they'll only do that 2 times, the 3rd time they just send out with no refund option anymore). My twins had their heart set on the clones so I reluctantly had them remake the clones, requesting a different person do them and quality control look over them before sending me pictures. During this remake and sending pictures process, that took over 4 months, I was asked to send exact issues and measurements of what I wanted fixed. Now I can say that the eyes are too far apart, or the face is lopsided, but how am I supposed to give you exact measurements from a picture?! Isn't that your designers job? We went back and forth numerous times, waiting weeks/months in between the next clone process pic! In the end, right before Christmas, I asked if we could please get the clones completed and mailed in time for Christmas, since we were far past their August birthdays! I couldn't believe they claimed to have already mailed the clones?! This after I had not received correspondence after my last revision requests (the final one). The timeline for them remaking and sending the clones after my revision specifications was impossible! At this point I'm very upset and took their offer for a full refund, now including the $100! I can say that after 4 months of waiting and the let down for the twins, not to mention all my waisted time corresponding with them, I'm beyond upset! It took me weeks to write a review because I wanted to stick to the facts and leave my frustrations out. I strongly advise you to consider my personal experience before you purchase. I wish I had never seen their ad :/ PS- I tried to also leave my review in their site and this is the message I got. I'm waiting to see if they will actually post it in their site. read more

Zero stars for the pajamas. Do not order these. I paid well over $100 for a pair of socks and pajama pants with 2 cat faces, same order. What I received was two separate orders, waaaay late and both poor quality fabrics. The print itself was even worse, one ear was completely cut off. When I complained, I was met with very rude responses and no offer to remedy the situation. read more

The cuddle clone looks nothing like my pet. I sent at least 10 photos. Super disappointed .

Do yourselves a favor and avoid cuddle clones. They should change their name to cuddle close enoughs because as long as it vaguely looks like your dog it's good enough for them. With the name clone you expect detail for detail exact replica of your pet and with mine this was not the case at all. My "clone" is built like a brick shithouse. A tank of a dog that looks like it's been hitting the gym every day. The neck is as wide as a linebackers and the "clones" about looks like it just spent 12 rounds in the ring with how swollen her nose is compared to by pup. No effort was out in to include the correct color of my dogs ears or the spots on her belly which were not found on the "clone". My pup is a svelte 33 pounds. The clone is bigger than my dog by a good amount. With stubbier legs and a broad body. When I voiced my displeasure all they could say was sorry and that we're usually much better than this. I paid for rush delivery and asked if I would be able to get a possible remake in time for Christmas they say no and can't offer rush on remakes. When I asked 5 different times for a mock-up before I decide if I want the remake they ignored the question each time. When pressed why they missed out on the details that were provided on all the photos all they could say again was sorry we're usually much better than this. With rush delivery in total I spent just under 300 dollars on this product. If I didn't pay so much and didn't have the expectation of an exact replica I might be happy. If they provided better customer service and tried to make up for the mistake I might be happy as well. Unfortunately, neither happened. Maybe instead of spending on cuddle clones we would all be better spending the money on one of their clones to a dog shelter. At least that money would go to better use than giving it to these guys. if I want to return the product I forfeit the right for a refund if I dont like the second one. They won't offer a mock up. I don't trust them after the first go at it read more

I ordered a pair of pajamas the first week of Nov for a birthday present. They arrived 12/23, basically 2 months after the order. I paid a lot of money for abysmal quality polyester, the pants were abnormally short and, did I mention the quality of the construction and fabric was awful??? Do NOT waste your money on at least the pajamas. They are awful and if it was possible to return them for refund I would. For $110 I got cheap polyester, poor stitching, and poor representation of the dog's face. Ugh. read more

I should have vetted this company better. I can attest to the many other bad reviews and say that the poor product accuracy, quality, and lack of customer service is appalling. Responses were in platitudes with no real information. I ordered two sets of PJs on October 26 with different images for each. One set was finally delivered last week and the images were mixed up and the wrong images were printed. They cancelled the other set all together claiming supplier issues. I was issued a refund for the cancelled set. I have decided to file a dispute with my credit card company for the inaccurate product. My recommendation STAY AWAY! Honestly, I have never had a worse experience with an online order! They are the worst. If there was no option for no stars - I would do that. I had seen cuddle clones for awhile now and wanted to get them of both my dogs. The price was a little steep so I never got them unfortunately one of our pups had a brain tumor that was inoperable and had up to 6 months to live. He was my husband's bestfriend. He was heartbroken especially when we made the decision to put him at peace after the Condition worsened. It arrived prior to that while he was still active and got to take a photo side by side. I am amazed at how much they look alike. I had put him in the closet and forgot about him and he scared me when I walked in thinking it was the real dog. Details are amazing and the colors were spot on. My husband now has this beautiful memory to hold. I would definitely order from a cuddle clones again. read more

This company could not provide my order and also refused to cancel and refund my purchase. Unbelievably unprofessional and unethical.

I had no idea it had arrived because it was in a plastic shipping bag smashed into my mailbox. I expected a box, or some type of protective barrier since I had paid so much, and the time they put into creating the clone you'd also assume they'd want it to arrive safely so that they wouldn't have to do it again, right? Upon opening it, and seeing it for the first time, I am filled with utter sadness, and disappointment. It looks nothing like my dog not to mention it was so absolutely smashed in transit that the fur was all just a mess, and looked overall depressing that I had saved up for so many years, and all the anticipation leading up to this moment just left me defeated. On the ear tag it does say that you might need to fluff them up like you do a Christmas tree when you take it back out of the box. And of course they're going to need to be fluffed up because they're being shipped in unsuitable conditions. This company knows that pretty much the majority of clones being purchased are from heartbroken owners who have lost their beloved friend, and are looking for a special way to remember them. My dog is still here with me, but even I felt just this sadness inside that I purchased this clone to honor my dog once she is no longer with me, and for it to arrive in the condition it did.. In my personal opinion, they should have the clones already fluffed, and looking presentable so that when the buyer goes to open it, they are met with overwhelming happiness at the sight of their special friend as they pull them out of a BOX. I just can't imagine having lost my dog, going to extreme lengths to have this forever memento, only to have her arrive just smashed, and then having to try to restore her into the way she was first intended to be. Overall, I decided that 2/5 stars seemed fair with my experience. My clone would have arrived in three weeks had it not taken the scenic route. The fact that it came so quickly, and I didn't pay extra to get it faster left me impressed. However, the package it was shipped in pretty much overshadowed the four week arrival time. A lot of these Cuddle Clones are made by heartbroken owners, and I just feel the company should take that into consideration by actually shipping the clone in a package that demonstrates compassion. Not a lot of people are willing to pay $200+ for a clone of a pet, and the ones that do, do it because that pet was more than just a pet. They were a special companion. I felt there was an attempt at trying to clone my dog, but I still feel like there could have been more effort put into things like really puffing up that mane, and actually making the build of the dog rounder, and not just narrow. The zipper is deep enough for what I intended on using it for, however, in regards to ashes, I do not believe it would be able to hold all of the ashes of a pet heavier than 10 pounds. After my experience, I would not clone another dog with them that has a lot of details, and different colors like my dog did. The fact that she is also a mixed breed of Cairn Terrier, and Welsh Corgi is another reason why I would not recommend their service to someone who is interested in cloning a mixed breed dog. If your dog is all one color, and purebred, I would say your odds of having your clone actually come out looking like your dog is fairly decent. With that said though, do keep in mind the condition, and packaging your clone would still ultimately come in. read more
