I was skeptical about what my cuddle clone would look like and how I would feel after it arrived but when it arrived my became full of love and my eyes full of tears. After the passing of my dog a few weeks prior, my cuddle clone is able to help fill the void he left behind. The attention to detail is so good and the likeness is amazing. Honestly, I don't know how they do it but I'm glad they do. Take the time to give them as many photos as you can because it will ensure you get the best results. Thank you so much for all the love, care and attention to detail! I love my Bruce Cuddle Clone! A special "Thank you" to the artist who worked so hard on him. I would highly recommend this to anyone who is grieving a family friend. They keep in contact with you as they work on your friend. They keep to the estimated delivery date and don't keep you waiting or guessing. I was so excited when my package arrived and I was NOT disappointed when I opened it up. Even my other cats approved in their own way. Thank you! read more

Got a custom yoga mat. The wait was longer than I expected but it was so worth it when it arrived.

Another update: I did finally receive the pillows and they look great. I would caution not to order from this site without an exceptionally long lead time, especially around the holidays. read more

I have ordered from Cuddle Clones for years and everything has been outstanding. They take pride in what they do. They follow up with questions and additional pics and info if needed -- to make their products turn out perfect. I recently ordered head covers and 2 clones of my Belgian Malinois dog. They are so real like people can't believe they aren't. They even got my Mal's intense eyes PERFECT. It is like looking into his eyes. I was just overwhelmed with what they did. I wished I could give them a hundred stars. They make perfect gifts for anyone who loves their pets. read more

I ordered pj's, with pictures of our two dogs, for my husband for Christmas. I received the pj's but with pictures of a cat. I have contacted customer service numerous times asking for the correct order and haven't received a response. The pj's are expensive. What do I need to do to get a response from the company to get the correct pajamas? read more

My Feli truly came alive in their plush replica of my beloved soul cat. The resemblance was striking! I am so happy with this product and have already ordered another one. read more

The pictures don't do the clone justice!! I got a Cuddle Clone for my sister and her husband after their pet died unexpectedly. I found Cuddle Clones online and it just felt right to get them a clone of their dear Riddler. The ordering process was super simple, I even had the artist contact me directly when they had questions. I had it shipped directly to my sisters house and it was perfect. When they opened their box they were completely speechless and their other dogs even thought it was their old buddy, Riddle (equally adorable and heartbreaking). The only thing that would have been better was to have a note option to put in shipment. I reached out to customer service and they said that a note was not an option. Having my own online business, I felt a note is so easy to implement and was super strange that they don't have that service. Other than that everything was fabulous! read more

As stated by many other customers... their shipping process SUCKS. I received emails stating my order was "on its way!" Dec. 18th. They created a pre shipping label on dec. 17, Package was not delivered to the post office until DEC. 26th. Despite paying extra for rush creation early December, and communicating with the company regarding my shipping and potential arrival of my order at least around Christmas, they have done nothing (but take my extra money) to ensure a timely arrival. I will be leaving my holiday location in a few days and will probably not ever receive my order. Product may be cute (I'll probably never know), but it's NOT WORTH dealing with a company that operates like this. There are plenty of other options for pet faced PJ's! read more

From start to finish, Cuddle Clones engaged me in the process, sought my input when it was needed, and wheny Cuddle Clone arrived, it took my breath away how much it resembled my beloved dearly departed kitty. They even took the time to add certain little things like how his front paws were a little bowed, the way he would always lay his back feet, the exact color of his eyes... Plus the quality is so incredible. What Cuddle Clones does for so many of us needing that healing is beyond measure. The cost may seem steep but this is worth more than every penny. I am truly thankful. read more

Ordered almost a month in advance paid EXTRA for rush shipping and it's been sitting in Ohio for days. It's Xmas eve so I guess my kids won't get this preset. And guess what!? I bought a clone of my precious dog and wasn't right so they told me to send it back and they will fix it. But when I got it back looks like it had severe surgery. You can see by the pictures I pay close to $300. Customer service was terrible. They have no compassion for the customer and if you notice on their website, they only have people with five stars because I wrote a review with a one star and I don't see it there. all I see is five stars so you know the company is full of bs. There's another company out there. They Do a wonderful job and show you a preview of the clone before they start so if you need to make any changes you tell them what you want changed and they update the preview and all you need to do is say ok and it's. done right away I was gonna buy two more from cuddle clones plus I had friends that wanted to do it, but I turned them onto another place below you will see pictures and tell me if that was a professional job because it wasn't read more

Ordered 3 weeks ago and paid rush fee for guaranteed Christmas delivery. Emailed with no response and haven't received a shipping email. Thanks for nothing! I placed an order last week, paying for the expedited holiday production and shipping. My digital wallet auto-populated the wrong shipping address. I immediately tried to reach out to their customer service to update the shipping address. I tried contacting them through the chat bot on their site and through the email address. I still haven't heard from anyone in customer service. In the meantime, I am getting daily marketing texts and emails. It is unacceptable for there to be absolutely no customer service. read more

I had high expectations for the personalized PJ shorts and was so excited to give them to my daughter for Christmas, they are not of a good quality and are very oversized for a size small, are way too big for her. The shorts look huge and are long length, very awkward looking for a pj short set and will definitely not be appreciated by my teen who will definitley not wear these. I also ordered a robe for someone else, and that is yet to arrive and I'm now advsied that will not be shipped until Dec. 30th - these were ordered on 12/4 for Christmas and paid for Rush production/delivery. The updates from the company have been hard to follow as well - just don't wast time or money ordering these, I wish I had not ordered, this was a huge fail read more

I ordered pajamas three weeks ago and paid extra for rush shipping. They have not yet arrived. That's not the main issue. USPS says that a shipping lable was created two weeks ago but they are awaiting the package. Cuddle Clones sent me an email asking how my experience was even though they haven't shipped the p[package yet. I've tried several times to contact them. Their phone number has a consistent message that their system is not working and refers you to the on-line chat function. But their is no on-line chat function. If I could give them 0 stars, I would - I am not receiving any updates on my order & I only ordered golf balls! I ordered them November 30, and it's been 2 weeks but still says "order placed." Company will not respond to my emails or calls. DO NOT recommend! read more

I was on the fence, wondering if this would really look like My Husky. I was delightfully surprised when I opened the package. Cuddle Clones was pretty much spot on with Jaxon. His fur is the exact color, which is awesome because Jax was a sable husky, which is kind of rare. Aside from it being 2/3 Jax's original size, it's pretty near perfect. I would highly recommend them. I lost Jax, almost 15, in January 2024, so this is a very sweet reminder. read more

I typically don't write reviews, but I'm disappointed with my purchase. I bought a set of the pajamas as a gift for my wife. Was excited about getting it. However, when they arrived, it was hard to see the image of our dog on the pajamas. It is grayed out and shows no color. (My dog is white) Unlike what's depicted in online images. read more

Would not recommend. When they sent the first make, it was a pathetic representation of my dog. For the remake they told me they would be sending no less than two progress photos before sending the final product so I could tweak or give suggestions to ensure my satisfaction before sending it (I have this communication documented). They did not follow through with this service which was the only reason I got the remake in the first place. They refused a refund exception even though this is their fault for not providing the service they offered. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We ordered our stuffed pet a month ahead of when we needed it and paid a HUGE expedited fee to guarantee it's arrival on time. Well, the delivery date came and went ~ NO update on shipping, in fact, the order page didn't even show that it had shipped. After 3 weeks of emails to customer service with NO answer, we finally opened a case with our credit card. After we filed with American Express, a week later we heard back from Cuddle Clones. They stated that if we wanted them to ship out the stuffed animal, we would have to cancel the case with AmEx. WHAT??? Now it's 8 weeks after purchasing, (4 weeks after Christmas and after spending and extra $100 for expedited guaranteed shipping) and NOW they are getting ready to ship??? It really is our own fault, since we didn't take the time to read the independent reviews and just read the reviews here on this site. (obviously stacked! if you take the time to read the independent ones, you'll see that most people had the same issue with shipping). They wouldn't even refund our expedited shipping fee! My advice? Stay away! There are lots of other companies that offer these products and they are all made in the US ~ not shipped out to China read more

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! I am so sorry I did not do my research before I paid them almost $90 for pajamas for my granddaughter. I mistyped her address, sent a correction email the same day that I ordered them, but it took them 17 days to respond. And of course the pajamas had already been sent by then. My daughter was going to go to that address on the day they said they'd arrive, but they came a day early and so they were sent back to Cuddle Clones. I know I'll never see them. I put a nasty review on TrustPilot, and a very quick response went up online--they were sorry and would look into it. Yeah, right. They have time to scour the internet to look for complaints, but no time to address customer service issues. When you try to chat with them, nobody is there. They are a scam business and do NOT waste your money on them. read more

Absolutely horrible experience. I placed an order on NOV 14th and paid the expediated processing and shipping. Beginning 12/16 I have emailed literally, every other day. Twice I got responses saying they were sorry for the error and my order was, "almost ready for delivery". Now it has been an additional 3 weeks. My emails are not responded to at all and for a week I have been on their site during the slotted 'live chat' hours for which it consistently says 'we'll be back soon'. This company is a joke and customer service is atroscoius. How disrespectful to your customers you trust you to provide a service they pay for and about fur babies that mean so much to us. Don't waste your time. There are at least 3 other companies on google that offer the same products. Use one of them, ANY of them. But stay away from cuddle clonesz read more

My order was placed OCTOBER 31 WITH EXPEDITED PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING! It was supposed to arrive well before Christmas. It is now January 6 with no evidence of this item being shipped and silence when I reach out for information. The last email I received was 12/18 which said my item would be shipping soon. I ordered the pjs December 3 and paid $20 extra for express service. You'd think for that extra fee you'd get UPS or Fedex delivery, but you'd be wrong. Item comes via USPS on slow boat from China. Product didn't arrive until after Christmas. Repeated attempts via chat, message boards, and emails yielded no response from the company, revealing a complete lack of regard for customer service once the product is sold. I would note that the chat feature was inop during what should have been normal business hours according to their own website, and THEY PROVIDE NO PHONE NUMBER TO RESOLVE DISPUTES.
